This hotel feels more like a three star hotel than a four star. It is very small. In the hallways there’s no space. When I was leaving my room I was always having to squeeze by a housekeeping cart. Also, there’s an odd/stale smell throughout the building. The shower drain moved out of place a few times when I was showering which was another detail that made the experience feel mid. Overall it’s not terrible, but not a true boutique/four-star experience. The staff is kind and generally helpful, but the physical building itself is just ok.

I reserve the same corner room with balcony every year during the first week of December to enjoy the festive season in Paris. Beige is my home away from home! Staff is incredible. Perfect location. Upon arrival, I walk to Galeries Lafayette to see the amazing Christmas tree!

The location was ideal, with most main sights within walking distance and several metro stations nearby. Breakfast was a little limited considering it’s served in the attached café, but it had everything we needed, and having it delivered to our room on the last day was such a treat.
We also enjoyed the cosy lounge area where guests can make drinks from coffee to cocktails at any time.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Beige, and my husband’s first time. We LOVE this hotel. Affordable, great, safe location, clean, beautiful, and cozy! Easily walkable to so many attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Felt very safe walking around the area at night too! The staff is so welcoming and helpful. Baptiste who works in the cafe that’s part of the hotel, was so helpful and friendly— even planned and mapped out a whole day for us to see all the sights and shop and eat! We plan on visiting Paris again in the future and we will definitely be staying at the Beige! Feels like home!

A lovely stay.
The basic rooms are quite snug, but still manageable, with a micro balcony. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy. My room did not have a fridge nor a luggage rack, but what the hotel lacked was made up for by the wonderful service.
My only complaint is that we requested the bedding to be changed on one occasion during my 3-night stay (you will need to indicate it specifically), but I noticed it was not changed.
The location is good, but the hotel is in a busy area and you may hear noises during the night. It is walkable to Montmartre and Le Marais, which was very convenient.

This was a boutique hotel located close to restaurants locals frequent in the evenings.Very charming. The staff, Clementine and Kahlill were terrific. They were friendly and accommodating. In the room, on the bed waa a note wecoming me and a gift. It was a canvas tote bag. I used that bag every day while touring Europe! There were lots of personal touches that made is feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend.

The location was great, not very touristy and close to lots of restaurants. The rooms we stayed in had a small patio with a nice view. The rooms are small (130 sq ft) which was tight but that seems to be the norm in Paris. Staff were also all very friendly.

Hotel Beige was in a great location for walking to Monmatre and the Louvre, and buses to Notre Damme. The hotel was clean and compact, with friendly staff. Room had no fridge and the area was quite noisy if you're on the first floor. But this is to be expected if you stay in a city.

I was scammed by Hotel Beige. I was checked-into the hotel by staff that did not disclose a basic, advertised amenity I needed was unavailable, at which point my $350-per-night stay was nonrefundable.
I was given my room key and WiFi password, but when I went to login to my remote job, I realized the internet was down. I went back to the front desk and was told the internet had actually been down all day (it was 3pm), and there was no idea when it would be fixed. I was told to go to a nearby WeWork ($250 membership) or find a place to buy a SIM card (only for my phone). Both of these “solutions” would require more of my money on top of the $700, nonrefundable, I had already paid to the hotel. Hotel Beige accepted my check-in, finalizing this transaction, while knowing they were not providing everything they advertised. This is fraud. No compensation was offered by the hotel. Hotels.com said they could not cancel the reservation because of the check-in and offered me a $70 voucher to compensate a $700 stay which was useless to me, as I needed to stay somewhere I could work remotely (like many do). After finding somewhere else to stay the first night of my trip, I went back 24 hours later (3pm, second day) to see if the internet was fixed so I could salvage the second night of my stay. It was not fixed.
I would advise against trusting Hotel Beige to provide everything they say they will.

Would highly recommend this hotel, very clean, modern and comfy. The bed and the pillows was very comfy, had a greats nights sleep, the hotel is in a perfect spot too, not too far away from everything, but it’s less quiet, compared to the main part, which I prefer. There’s some lovely places to eat, very close by which are fairly priced, the staff are lovely, always smiling and makes you feel comfortable, I felt safe in this hotel, nobody can just walk in. There’s a nice little bar downstairs where you can get water and drinks. Very clean, I would definitely stay again if I came back to Paris. Also got a nice little balcony with a nice view.

The room was comfortable clean, and the location was fine using the metro system. Housekeeping was great. I loved an aesthetic of it , all in neutral tones , Parisian balconies , cute little lobby and lounge area ( all of my Instagram girlies - that’s yous pot !!! 😅 ) . Amazing and welcoming stuff with a really good knowledge of english . And it’s located in a really good area with everything you need around . My rating is 10/10 !! We had a great experience at this hotel. It was located next to a lot of delicious food options. We also could get as much water as we wanted from the lounge area downstairs, which was really nice during the summer. The room had air conditioning, which we appreciated. Although the room was small, it was perfect for my husband and I, plus our toy poodle. It was a pet friendly hotel, which is perfect for us! The staff was very nice and helpful.

The absolutely most amazing part of our stay was working with the staff! They were, frankly, the best ever at any hotel I have stayed in -- ever, anywhere, anytime! This is NOT an exaggeration.
They wrote down their names for me, and I'm really upset that I misplaced them. I really wanted to give them credit personally.
Anyway, the daytime concierge was phenomenal. Here is what he did: The first day, we missed our Seine River dinner cruise because streets were closed by Olympics bicycling, and we missed the cruise. I also couldn't contact the company because I did not have cell coverage. The concierge volunteered to call them for me, and spent time haggling with the company on either giving us a refund or allowing us to reschedule. She worked through the night to set up a wheelchair in the three airports I'd be using on my way home -- Paris, Newark and Chicago O'Hare. I got the wheelchair, and the trip home was made so, so much easier. I owe a huge debt of thanks. I left a 50 euro tip for them, but I think that is still insufficient for their amazing help!
The absolutely most amazing part of our stay was working with the staff! They were, frankly, the best ever at any hotel I have stayed in -- ever, anywhere, anytime! This is NOT an exaggeration.
They wrote down their names for me, and I'm really upset that I misplaced them. I really wanted to give them credit personally.
Anyway, the daytime concierge was phenomenal. Here is what he did: The first day, we missed our Seine River dinner cruise because streets were closed by Olympics bicycling, and we missed the cruise. I also couldn't contact the company because I did not have cell coverage. The concierge volunteered to call them for me, and spent time haggling with the company on either giving us a refund or allowing us to reschedule. The Beige Hotel was very welcoming clean very light and modern. Staff very helpful, when ever we needed a taxi straight on it. near to train station's too. Had lovely room with a balcony lovely view of Eiffel Tower amazing at night time.

I can confidently say that Hotel Beige has become one of my favorite hotels. From the moment I had questions about amenities and rooms before my stay, their responses were always prompt and helpful. As a first-time visitor to Paris, I wanted the full experience of having a balcony and was pleasantly surprised when they fulfilled my request for a specific floor and view of the Eiffel Tower, even though we didn't select a higher tier room.
Upon arrival after an early start from London, they graciously offered us early check-in. The room was delightful, with a fresh scent, firm and comfortable bed, and a refreshing rain shower. Thoughtful touches such as ample outlets, an iron/steamer, complimentary water, coffee/tea, and tissues were appreciated.
I also commend the hotel for their environmentally conscious practices, cleaning rooms and swapping towels based on requests rather than daily cleaning. Another standout was the exceptional service provided by the night shift staff. On two occasions when I had to leave early before breakfast hours, they kindly prepared boxes filled with pastries for us to take on our tour.
The kindness and attentiveness of the staff truly made our stay memorable, and we didn't want to leave. Thank you, Hotel Beige, for an unforgettable experience in Paris!

Stayed here several times, because it’s out of the tourist area. It’s a truly French neighborhood, with restaurants, bakeries, produce stands, flower shops and everything a good neighborhood needs. The friendly staff is amazing and speak English fluently. The 33 rooms are small, but tasteful. The breakfast room is a cafe setting, and very cute.

This was our first time visiting Paris! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer hotel! We booked hotel beige because of the great reviews it had online. We’d also seen some lovely pictures and videos of the hotel on social media. We couldn’t have been happier! The service from the staff was so professional, the hotel was clean tidy and the room was absolutely beautiful! We had a balcony with a couple of chairs and a table and wow that just topped it off! We couldn’t had been any happier with our room and our stay. It’s only a 15 minute walk from the train station. And it’s also right in the middle of all the popular sight seeing destinations in Paris. Thank you hotel beige! We will be back!

Me and my husband just stayed here dec28-jan3 and we absolutely loved everything from the room with the view of the Eiffel Tower, with balcony with seating area. the staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and went out of their way’s to help us navigate around the city and getting tickets for museums. The breakfast was included in our stay and it was delicious every morning! This is our second time at this LOVELY hotel. It's in the best neighborhood ... if you like *real* Paris with no touristic shops or lots of tourists. It's in the 9th and close to so many great shops and restos.
