Stayed here for two nights in early December. It was a contactless check in, with clear directions given. Rooms, toilet and bathroom are located downstairs while the living room, dining room, kitchen and a luxurious spa/jacuzzi room are upstairs. There's no washing machine and dryer, but there's a separate laundry room located next to the reception office.

The apartment is located in the town centre, with many nice eateries nearby. Parking is free, with one lot per apartment. Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay.

Really lovely place - cosy and comfortable. Sadly, if you have the windows open the noise from the street is quite loud. That was the only down-side. Other than that, the location is perfect, the size of the room was large, staff interaction was great.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is well located, a stone’s throw away from the Main Street. Our accommodation was spacious, well equipped and faces a park (nice!) And the spa bath was amazing! The weather happened to be very hot, so the front room was quite stuffy but very quickly, a fan appeared! Thank you.

Very spacious studio, comfortable bed, access to free laundry with washingmachine and dryer. , and extra linen, and kitchen/bathroom needs. Central to shops and dining. Doona bedding is personally too hot for me. A light cotton blanket as another option would be good.

Nice place but inflexible. Everything is done be self check in. No staff at the reception to assist us, not even at 9am where there is suppose to have a someone at the reception.
Anyway I overbooked another night accidentally with Expedia, but I only needed 1 night.
I contacted 3 weeks before the stay and Expedia told me is not up to them to make amend, told me to check with Prideau. WhatsApp them and Prideau staff Sandy/Julia responded with \"Sorry to hear, unfortunately your notification of changing your booking is too late. Expedia should advise you of this. Please let me know if you decide to stay.

Both side pushing responsibility to other party. So I'm being unfairly charged for 2 nights for a night stay. Never stay at such place again because of such poor service.

Amazing room in a great location. Had everything you need for a short stay. We stayed in room 5 and unfortunately the bathroom sink leaked all over the sides soaking our toiletries, the shower lets water out onto the floor and the kitchen sink plug doesn’t hold water so it was a little challenge doing the dishes. Nothing drastically bad but room just needed a little TLC for the price paid. Would happily stay again

A mixed bag - nice room with good facilities and close to restaurants and services, great bed but our room was noisy as close to the road. Check in complex as the front desk closed before we could check in. Alrigth for a pit stop but bring your airplugs if in the rooms by the road.

A staff member was quite rude as we needed clean sheets. Staff member made comments such as, “do not let this happen again.” “what are you thinking, no matter where you go you will not get a service like that from any accommodation.” “You’ve been here one night, no one is going to do that for you after one night at any accommodation.” I’ve stayed in previous accommodation where we’ve accidentally spilt something or needed extra this or that and they have been so understanding and accommodating. Key word ACCOMMODATING to US as GUESTS in THEIR SERVICE. I apologised for spilling something and needing fresh sheets but the way we were spoken to was not nice. My partner and I felt like an inconvenience asking them for a service, like we had to walk on egg shells in our room and was spoken to in a way like I was getting a lecture from my parent. This made my partner and I very uncomfortable. Overall, the accommodation itself was lovely and well kept but the customer service from this staff member was not necessary.

Loved the high ceilings and spacious feel of the living room. A real bonus was the spa - such a large spa in a beautiful setting. The double shower was also a great feature. The amenities were all of a very high quality. It was also a really bonus to stay in a place that was in walking distance of all the shops. Prideau’s exceeded my expectations.

We loved the location, the spaciousness of the apartment, and the apartment was well equipped. The small private outdoor space was delightful. The bathroom mirror over the sink is mounted way too high for this guest. At 5’2” I could only see my eyes in the mirror. The shower was excellent with plenty of space and water pressure.

This property is all about location, immediately behind the Margaret River Fudge Factory and is a very short walk to MR town centre. The room was very well presented and very clean. Owners TXT me prior to my visit to let me know where to park and how to get the key, which was great. Minor issues. WiFi wasn't working and this was a working trip for me so very inconvenient, room had nowhere to put your bags to unpack them except the bed. Call me a snob but I do like those small little tables made to put your suitcases on. In general I liked it and would stay there again but is in my opinion over priced and your are paying for the location.

Located in a Carpark at the Top of M.R has own parking. Everything is spoiled by the very loud traffic & trucks rumbling all night & the place isn't double glazed so you get absolutely no sleep. Also 3 \"no smoking signs\" yet guests can smoke in their couryards; this is horrible as you have to kerp your doors closed & forgo sitting outside. Property should be \"totally Non Smoking\".

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's walking distance to the shops and restaurants. It had all of what we required for our 2 night stay. If you require a very quiet spot then this is not for you, as there is quite alot of people going by, and the walls are not very sound proof, but we luckily didn't have too many noisy people around us so it was fine for us.
The shower had scum around it which when I wiped a tissue over it, it came off, so it was just a matter of them not cleaning it properly. Overall though I thought the room was clean.

It is very noisy, sound just travels right through the place, the bed was very hard and the bathroom window needs a curtain as it gets really bright too early.. didn’t get a good night sleep for three nights.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of hotel.

The hotel is close to the Main Street in Margaret river at the top end. Unfortunately when we arrive the fridge hadn’t been cleaned from the last people who had stayed and the shower had also not been cleaned as my husband found hair long blond hair in the shower. What was move disappointing was when I send a email to them letting them know a lady call me back and what to assume me that it was cleaned. I was just doing them a favor by telling them that they need to speak to there cleaning staff. David on arrival was very helpful and understanding about the fridge situation but we did know about the shower until we left the next morning. Hence the email. We would not say there again or recommend it.

Arrived Saturday 23 June about 4:PM.
Unfortunately we here given a room on first floor which would create great difficulties for me as I am on oxygen 24/7. Phoned Trudy (Manager) to see see if it was possible to get a ground floor room. She was extremely helpful and guided my wife through the procedure and we got
a room with the parking right outside the door. The room was excellent with spa and a courtyard.

There was easy access to eateries in town. We are out one night and took advantage of the kitchenette to cook for ourselves on the second night. Very quiet location behind the Main Street with easy walking distance to shops and drive to wineries.

My stay was only one night as on business but i was pleased with the accomodation. Very clean rooms and lots of space. Location is great as a street away from the centre of town so everything is in walking distance. The spa bath was massive and just what i needed after a long day of driving. My room also had a courtyard which unfortunately i didn't get to utilise but it was a good space, tody and private.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE everything abut this place. I stay here every chance I can when visiting Margaret River.
The staff are always happy, friendly, smiling and helpful.
The location is just off the main street, so its very convenient to wander around town, go shopping, out for dinner,and then home again.
The rooms are always spotlessly clean. The decor is refreshingly modern and the beds are so comfy... I get a better sleep here than at home.
Some rooms have balcony's so its lovely sitting out there on a morning with a coffee, reading my book, with a park & a street view in the background.
Most of all I love to soak in a Spa when I'm here... my special treat.

Communication from owners was fantastic,I received a phone call on the day of our arrival letting me know that the room was open & ready for us to go into when we arrived,earlier than normal check in time.The room was spacious & had a back & front balcony,comfy big bed,the spa was a nice extra to have in the room.Parking is right outside your door,& you are literally just minutes away from the main street which has lots of places to eat/drink.Short drive to the caves,beaches,& all other attractions.The Dome is at the bottom of the street,as is the Margaret River bakery both great food & service .The local breweries are good to check out whilst you are here.

Great place to stay in Margaret River

This hotel is at the top of town and is excellently located just off the main street, so very close to all restaurants, shops and other amenities. The hotel is small but with good parking, very clean and well looked after. I would definitely look forward to staying there again in my next trip down south.
The only thing that I would ask the hotel is to make sure that they have two room keys to give to their guests. It really doesn't cost that much money to have another key cut for each room. Their key locks outside every room are not as practical as having more than one key.
