Our stay at Be My Guest Viseu was amazing. Felt like a fairytale. Twin beds which made my son happy he didn’t have to share a bed with mom. It was very helpful to have a kitchenette so that we can have breakfasts and some meals without spending a lot of money. Staff were very helpfully especially since we checked in on the day of the Apagão.

Just the loveliest hotel that is maintained so well. The staff were all so friendly. A beautiful pool. There’s a pay laundry facility right beside it. So many stores and cafes nearby with the most delicious food and coffees.

Let me start by saying the building and rooms are BEAUTIFUL and unique and feel very trendy. We had a couple of issues that were annoying enough to knock down our rating and enjoyment. 1. Once we made our reservation we began getting emails, a text and a phone call about when we were checking in. We were on our way to the city when we made the reservation and were a couple hours away and we were meeting someone for a visit before getting to Viseu. We did not know how long our visit would be so we could not give them the time we would arrive. Then our friends had us follow them to the hotel so when they called and wanted to know when we would be there we did not know, had to google directions because they wanted to know it would be before 10 pm. We said it would be but they wanted more info. We finally determined we were a few minutes away, it was 8 pm. We felt harassed and uncomfortable. 2. The ad says \"in room plunge pool\". That is not correct. They have one pool and you reserve and pay to use it. 3. You have to pay for the little things, you want a coffee pod, you have to buy one from the office and the office is not open all hours (closed 10 pm to 10 am). 4. They offered to help us with our bags up the stairs but didn't notice my husband hauling our stuff upstairs to the room (no elevator) until the end of his second trip and there was no need at that point. I wouldn't return personally but it was just irritants to me that may not bug others.

She walked us to our room, showed us the Roman walls that were discovered during renovation, recommended festival and restaurant. This was an old house that was totally gutted on the inside but they did a wonderful job keeping the old charm on the outside but modern touch on the inside. We really enjoyed our stay at bemyguest and definitely recommend this place to any looking for old charm but new amenities.

We loved everything about Bemyguest-loft guest house. It was very charming place to stay. The staff were so good. I commend them on their fantastic service and help. It is situated in midst of the older section of the city and easy to walk to all the main attractions and plenty of restaurants close by. The underground car park is a 4 minute walk and cost 12 Euro for 48 hours. I would definitely recommend this charming place to anyone.. hopefully we`ll get back there one day. Thank you again to the wonderful staff...

Great location. Parking is offered at a near by underground parking garage for 6 euros. It is about 1km drive away but only 300 m walk to the apartment. Service on check in was great, provided map, coupons on local restaurants. Good personal service. Limited on basics for cooking utensils/pan. Couldn’t get connected to wifi. Nice touch of complimentary wine on check in. Also had wine for sale in room. Overall would definitely stay again.

Stayed here overnight for our trip North of Portugal. Easy to find and right in middle of town. All-in-1 apartment comfortable and equipped. Good WiFi and even had a bottle of wine to us. Bed was a little soft but overall very clean. Car park not an issue if can find a space downstairs(was told free 8pm-8am) otherwise the paid parking a little far away.

This loft is exactly as show in the pictures: super cute, modern and spacious. Joel, the host, was very kind to accommodate our request to check-in a little early and he was also there was to greet us upon arrival.
The space is very clean and we felt extremely comfortable there. Location is also a plus, short walk to coffee shops and bakeries. We would definitely go back there.

Leider hatten wir dieses Mal Silberfische in der Wohnung und Schimmel im Bad. Sie hätten das erneuert, allerdings hätten wir auf das Bad 24 Stunden verzichten müssen. Das Schwimmbad ist für Alleinige Nutzung für 45 Minuten pro Person für 15 € buchbar. Das Wasser war ein was kalt.
