The stay overall was great! The property is beautiful, especially the pool area which gives it the Caribbean feel. Rooms are very clean and nicely set up. Would stay again!

Clean hotel with spacious rooms. Nice pools. Good variety of breakfast. Most of the staff were friendly, though a welcoming smile from some of the restaurant staff would go a long way.

On the room description, it says the Family room has 1 queen BED and two twin BEDs. But that is a lie. In reality what it has is 2 Twin BEDs and 1 SOFA-BED, with a thin dirty mattress. BEWARE!

Liked the breakfast.
The room need some improvement: the carpet was old and dirty. There was mold on the shower tile grout. The tub drained very slowly.
Very uncomfortable pillows.

Nice hotel

Helpful staff who speaks good English. Hotel location not within easy walking distance to city centre but otherwise good facilities and breakfast was nice, especially the lovely fresh fruits.

Nice hotel but with some issues. Despite having 5 stars, it should actually have 4. The breakfast was really good. The Sauna and Turkish bath were always off. Even going there to turn them on, minutes later the staff would turn them off. No need... what a shame!
The room was spacious(511) but right beside the elevator, with constant noise during the night. Don't book that room!

This hotel is largely used by many businesses for meetings and also for family gatherings or weddings. It offers free use of its garage and it does what is says. The spa is fantastic with the indoor pool being of extreme importance during the non-warm months. If possible, take advantage of the services rendered and if treated by Iliana (sic), expect the best.

5 estrelas apenas de estatuto

Hotel 5 estrelas, mas de forma alguma com a qualidade expectavel. O Spa não funciona (pedimos a marcação de massagens e nem resposta). Os colaboradores, embora simpaticos, nao tem grande formação, conhecimento (desde quando é que ainda nao se terminou a refeição e ja estao a perguntar se queremos café). Enfim ... 5 estrelas so de nome...

El desayuno es correcto pero en mi opinión no es acorde a un cinco estrellas

EL area de piscina y spa no tenian supervision del personal del hotel, por loq uela gente no respeta las normas de uso y acabas teniendo niños a tu alrededor todo el rato.

Las sombrillas del area de piscina son de papel de fumar y a pesar de estar todo el dia bajo la sombra, cuando sales de debajo de ellas descubres que estas rojo como un camaron, pues al ser tan finitas no portegen del paso del sol

O Hotel é bom, entretanto algumas coisas a apontar... os colchões são ruins, estão ja a precisar de serem trocados. Um outro detalhe é o chão da piscina, muito escorregadio, no tempo em que estavamos na piscina vimos muita gente a escorregar(Inlcusive nós) e uma criança até teve uma queda e bateu com a cabeça no chão. o pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor, há hoteis mais em conta e de 4 estrelas ou até menos com pequeno almoço com mas opções. Esta a ter obras no hotel, e em nenhum momento fomos avisados dessa situação.

Não satisfaz para um hotel 5 estrelas

Para um hotel de 5*, existem alguns pontos que deixaram bastante a desejar: o berço colocado no quarto estava rasgado e em muito mau estado. A alcatifa, já muito antiga, estava suja e com um aspeto pouco higiénico. O AC do quarto, não sendo automático ou digital, era muito difícil de regular, o que fez com que pais e bebé ficassem doentes. Aquando da reserva, pedimos a colocação de chaleira, e nada nos foi dito durante a estadia em relação a isso. Pontos positivos: o pequeno almoço era óptimo e muito variado, a simpatia do staff também ajudou e a piscina interior estava muito bem cuidada, o que fez as delícias da nossa bebé. Uma remodelação faria toda a diferença neste hotel!

Pessoal muito simpáticos atencioso. Pequeno almoço excelente, bastante diversificado e muito bem servido. Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Não utilizamos a piscina exterior, mas a piscina interior aquecida era boa e permitia o acesso de crianças (sempre com touca). Ótima experiência.

Tudo no hotel estava de acordo com o esperado destacando-se pela positiva a piscina, a qualidade e a variedade do pequeno almoço bem como a boa rede Wi-Fi. O aspecto menos positivo que posso destacar é a qualidade do colchão da cama pois para um hotel de cinco estrelas esperava melhor qualidade. O lobby e o bar são um pouco impessoais e por isso não são convidativos ao descanso.

No geral, pouco abaixo dos hoteis 4 estrelas que ja fiquei. Excelente cafe da manha, boa limpeza, razoavel localizacao, atendimento fraco, indelicado e com tremenda falta de polidez na recepcao, o que na minha opiniao se faz NECESSARIO em um 4 estrelas....O porteiro( que nao me lembro o nome) e mais educado e atencioso que o pessoal da recepcao...PARABENS somente a ele...

The hotel is outside of town, but we walked from there to the city happy.The city was pleasant and interesting. The hotel reception was kohtelilas, but busy. The hotel was great, but the hotel was a few people. Ruokaililmme the evening and the food than normal. making a good breakfast.
We are looking for a fitness place and sauna. Fitness room was modest. There was one exercise bike and, unfortunately, it stomped another hotel guest. Sauna was modest and in need of renovation. The heater went off during bathing. There was no bath towels and Sauna seat.

L'Hôtel idéal pour la visite de Viseu.

Hôtel moderne mais avec une facade qui lui donne un coté ancien tout le contraire de son intérieur, Lobby, Spa, Salle du restaurant , Bar, c’est splendide de sobriété, de belles matières et de raffinement discret.

Les employés de l'hôtel sont à cette image, très élégants, souriants et disponibles.

Et quelle vue ! La grande terrasse de l'hôtel donne sur la vallée et ses splendides paysages. C'est vraiment magnifique, très belle région.

Le seul point négatif serais pour la chambre qui manque un petit de gaité, trop strict, pas de décor au mur, mais tout est propre,la salle de bain mériterait une « vraie douche » pas une douche dans sa baignoire et le rideau de douche qui vous collent à la peau, c’est dépassé. Seul bémol pour cet hotel.

Super petit déjeuner, de nombreuses spécialités portugaises s'ajoutant au copieux petit déjeuner continental…il ne manque rien
