We experienced some issues prior to arrival. I emailed the staff with questions but did not receive a response, which reflected poor communication. The advertised 24-hour shuttle service was inaccurate; I requested a shuttle after midnight and was informed that no service was available at that time.
Upon arrival, however, the staff were very nice. The accommodations were great, and room service was top-notch. The food was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. Despite the initial issues, we would definitely come back.

Location is perfect is you like walking to nearby malls like wmall or mall of asia. Great family amenities like pool, breakfast buffet. Family of 4, kids ages 8-10 is likely comfortable for you to stay.

The facilities are poor. The main issue I had was the soundproofing of the rooms from the outside noise. I was in the fourth floor and I could hear people talking on the streets. Let’s just say, I didn’t get a lot of sleep.

We were sat in a high traffic area table and despite asking immediately not to sit there, the host says “We’re all full.” Half the tables were empty, there was no line outside, and they don’t take call ahead or reservations. She didn’t even bother to look before saying no.

We only stayed 2 days, but we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the (in-room) dining options. The hotel was not expensive, but still had a posh feeling. It is also within walking distance to the Mall of Asia. The only detractor was the construction project on the adjacent block though we never heard much noise.

However, didnt enjoy taking a shower with my feet submerged in 2 inches of water because the drain was plugged up and not draining fast enough.Yuk! Sone tile floors leading to the breakfast dining room were popping off the floor, I almost tripped and fell. Concerned about th uneven floors, some floors were sunken. Covering them with wall to wall carpet doesn't hide the fact that the tiles are breaking and/or popping off the floor due to the building settling, or worse, sinking due to foundation problems. God forbid! Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
