The place was clean,parking was great, the pool was great, the food was good,breakfast was great but lunch was not good I didn’t feel like I got my money worth, I complained to the front desk and was sent to the manager and the manager gave me 100B back and apologized I took the money, left without being satisfied.

Check in did take quite a bit of time at least 30 minutes or more, but once we got to the rooms, they were very clean. Had everything that you needed and more staff was super helpful very friendly and try to help you with anything you needed. They went above and beyond. My son lost his 360 camera at the hotel we were at BKK airport when they found it they contacted us and they sent one of their workers in a taxi to the airport 55 minutes away N turned it into us like I said above and beyond I would 200% recommend this hotel for single person, couples, and family with children. Pools are amazing adult pools and kid pools very clean and they have everything you need. They have Cart pick up. At your room for people who need a ride back-and-forth they have a freeshuttle to 3 different beaches. Food and room service. It’s excellent and prices are very friendly. We stayed there 5 days and I had 5 days of excellent service and I was 200% satisfied. If I ever went back to Phuket, I would definitely stay there again and I would definitely recommend it to anybody and everybody.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pools are great for kids and very family friendly. Location is fairly close to the main street along the ocean where there's restaurants and massage parlors. Just about a 15 min walk. There's a 7/11 uphill the from the hotel that's about a 3 minute walk. The downside to the hotel is its level of cleanliness. My shower had mold and the couch had stains and hairs on it. My room had a foul odor of a wet towel and I believe it was coming from the ac unit. Additionally, the towels they provide you are pretty worn out and old so when you take a shower once or twice you'll walk around with funky smell when you sweat. I have to rate this stay a 4/10 with cleanliness being my biggest pet peeves.

The location of the hotel is not good. It shouldn't be so expensive in that area. It's far from the beach and there are few places to play around. The hot water supply for bathing is seriously inadequate, and there is basically no shuttle bus. It doesn't match the brand and price at all. It feels like a fake.

One Phuket best hotels in the Rawai area! I’m so thankful to have come across this hotel out of the ones I encountered. Excellent front desk, 24/7 security and golf cart service! Safety Hazards for Families – Avoid if Traveling with Young Children

We booked 5 nights here but fled after the second night due to safety concerns and appalling service.

Dangerous Water Park: The kids' water park is a hazard. The sprinklers are so heavy you can't see where you are going. I injured my back on the slide on day one and couldn't walk for two days. My child also fell on the second day.

Zero Accessibility: Because I was immobile, my husband asked for a second key card. Reception told him they wouldn’t give one and that he should come to the desk every time he needed to get into the room so they could walk him up. He had to fight for a basic second key.

Terrible Location: The resort is on a steep hill with no footpaths. It’s surrounded by heavy traffic and motorbikes, making it impossible to walk anywhere with a stroller or young kids. You are essentially \"trapped\" in the resort.

Poor Communication: The staff struggled significantly with English, making it impossible to report the injury or discuss a checkout. They refused to answer the phone when Expedia called to help us mediate.

We lost 3 nights of money because the hotel refused any credit or refund, but our family's safety was more important. Parents, please look elsewhere. The water park may make it look like a kid friendly hotel, but it's not.

Ize checked us in and helped out us out tremendously!! Something happened with our room so for the hassle she gave us a suite! It was modern with an upstairs and a beautiful view! She made our stay :) They also had a waterpark for the kids so we will be back when we come back for family vacation!

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, I really like my stay. It’s close to all the things you need like 7eleven, the beach, all the restaurants and stores or scooter rentals. Rawai is a very calm location in Phuket compared to Patong or old town Phuket.

Lighting was a little odd in the room. Had to turn off master switch to turn off light in closet.Air conditioner did not work well to cool off bedroom area.
Shower design is poor that watee leaks out of shower area. Beautiful place, 4 pools, lovely infinity pool with view. Nice staff.

Das Hotel war wirklich klasse. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Jede Anlage verfügte über einen Pool, und auch die kostenlosen Parkplätze waren ein großer Pluspunkt. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

A wonderful place, especially for families with children. The playroom is well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The pool area is perfectly adapted for kids of all ages, with plenty of attractions to keep them entertained.

The rooms were clean overall, although there were a few minor imperfections, such as fingerprints left on furniture and a shower cabin that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. However, these were small details that didn’t significantly affect the stay.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of options truly something for everyone.
The location is fairly close to the main area of activity in Rawai, but getting there requires walking along a road without a sidewalk.

Amazing crew. It’s a 5 star experience especially considering the amount you pay.

Breakfast gets very busy at 9~. They warn their guests about the fact, nice and calm until 8 am.

This hotel got all the big things right. Great service, food also very good and with the price you pay one can afford to be lazy and eat in without spending much more than out in restaurants, pool areas are good, cleaning nice and good advice from front desk.

What I miss is probably some umbrellas around the smaller pools available. Maybe sunbeds there as well. Then they would be more attractive for guests and relief the crowd at the big pool. That would also make our apartment with pool access even better. Our dauther liked a swim before noon but it gets very hot, and no shadow available.

Tip to parents, if you want to get around in uber or bolt with a child and have some car safety. We rented a seat for 300B per day down the street at a car rental place.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider enttäuschend, obwohl die Anlage eigentlich viel Potenzial hätte.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die wirklich großen, geräumigen Zimmer. Auch das weitläufige Gelände kann gefallen, allerdings muss man dadurch sehr lange Wege in Kauf nehmen.

Leider überwogen für uns klar die negativen Eindrücke. Schon im Zimmer hatten wir Ameisen, was natürlich gar nicht geht. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ insgesamt zu wünschen übrig – besonders unangenehm war verschmutzter Salat beim Frühstück. Generell wirkte das Buffet schlecht organisiert: Viele Speisen waren leer und das Personal kam mit dem Nachfüllen und Abräumen kaum hinterher.

Zudem ist das Hotel stark auf Massentourismus ausgelegt. Es waren ständig große Reisegruppen vor Ort, wodurch es überall sehr voll und unruhig war. Eine entspannte Urlaubsatmosphäre kam so leider nicht auf. Auch die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer war sehr enttäuschend und hat den Gesamteindruck weiter verschlechtert.

Insgesamt wirklich schade – das Hotel hätte mit besserer Organisation, mehr Sauberkeit und höherer Qualität viel mehr aus sich machen können.
