Pros: great location, lovely pools, grounds like a small oasis . Room big - dated but clean . Nice size balcony. Nice atmosphere , friendly staff . Laundry on site which is a godsend - the lady in there is amazing . Clean towels and bedding in the room daily.

Cons : As lovely as the grounds are the pool area could do with a jet wash (pool cleaned often I must add) The loungers, umbrellas , patio need attention . There seems to be one maintenance guy doing all and I don’t think there’s enough hours in the day to do all .
Breakfast - just weird . Staff in there try but cups, Cuttlery , butter etc run out often . Breakfast is like a full Asian meal but you can get an egg/omelette. Again the floor and windows in the breakfast room could do with a good wash .
Expedia needs to update the details of the hotel - there is no roof terrace or bar , the beach across the road is not for sunbathing - it’s where the long tail boats moar (still beautiful) There is no winery attached to the hotel for wine tasting ?? Strange thing to put as wine is very expensive there - 30% import tax.

We were a family of 13 - even though there’s not a lot of loungers etc it’s no problem , people come and go , including us, throughout the day to go on trips - it literally is a hotel to meet !
The nearest beach with loungers etc is Nai harn beach - 200bht in a grab , which has beach bars (very nice it is too)
Despite the few negatives , we would definetly stay at this hotel again . Its value for money

We had a great time staying here (almost 4 weeks)
Pro : location fab - lots of restaurants along the strip, favourite Nikita’s. just 10mins in a grab to Naihan beach. Pools are great, if not a little small but people come and go so you can usually get a Lounger. Towels provided in your room . The grounds are beautiful- there’s one maintenance guy that seems to do everything !
Our room was dated but clean . Beds so comfy and sheets crisp . Nice balcony area..laundry a must - the lady is so helpful (and cheap)
People in Rawai are friendly and helpful.

Cons : whilst the pool is maintained and cleaned , and the grounds are swept , the loungers/shades and patio around the pool could do with a jet wash. Plus more then one of us have caught our foot in the pool from old lights that have been removed ?
Breakfast - get there between 7&8 to ensure everything is available - cups, butter, Cuttlery etc it could also do with a good wash on the floors and windows ! Breakfast ok - staff do their best. The beach nearby is for boats only . Not sunbathing ! Also said theres a winery attached . Not true ??! Also no rooftop bar (or any bar within the hotel ) so definetly needs updating (on Expedia for sure)
Would we stay here again ? Yes - it is value for money , if you can over the nooks and crannies !

Not great, not bad, kind of just mediocre. Rooms were not well insulated so hard to regulate the temperature and could hear guests in the rooms on all sides just talking conversationally. Used amenities such as coffee/cream/toiletries not replaced when the room was serviced but the rooms were clean and the staff pleasant.

We booked a 9 night stay at the Meet Hotel.
When we got taken to our room by 2 staff in a buggy we heard loud music blaring next to the swimming pool it was a New Zealand man drunk and playing loud music he was in the next room to us!
Then we were woken up at 2AM a few nights later by the same man playing extremely loud music I had to knock on his door to tell him to turn it off!!
There is no security men checking the villas and not checking that guests are safe which is very poor and unsafe!
the next morning Very Rude Russian guests arrived at 5AM and sat around the pool next to our room and were talking very loudly and drinking heavily!! AGAIN I had to go out the room and tell them to keep quiet we are trying to sleep!
We should not be subjected to this very bad and rude behaviour on holiday!
And when the same guests checked out at 5AM they are shouting and arguing very loudly again woke us up and banged on every rooms door being very nasty!!!
Again NO SECURITY
The room is about 1 mile from reception and set back from the road by 800 meters a 15 minute walk from the beach and the shops.
THE ADVERT IS VERY MISLEADING IT LOOKS LIKE THE HOTEL IS DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH IT IS NOT!
IT IS A 15 minute 800 meter walk!!

Thanida the Manageress the reception staff cleaners are good and helpful.
The breakfast is very basic the breakfast staff did not want to talk to guests and were unfriendly

Had to move hotels 4 nights early! was not refunded by the owner in full that’s bad

we had a pool room off the patio however there was no ladder to enter or exit the pool....what's the point
the lead photo of the property shows a fantastic looking beach with the caption direct access. there is no direct access because there is no beach. beach loungers umbrellas towels. There is no Beach. 100 yards away there are rock walls. 500 yards away there a sandy area where a couple dozen longboats shore up. We rented scooters to find a beaches 3-15 km away. the beaches we found were awesome lol

Hotels.com had this place listed as a 5 Star luxury hotel. Not a chance, more like 2 to 3 stars at best. Room was OK, but all communal areas needed a good clean and breakfast was awful with plastic plates! I am not a child, and we are not camping. Sandy floors everywhere, toilet in breakfast room was a health hazard. Elevator was really dirty with stains on all walls. Hotels.com - You need to downgrade this hotel accordingly.

Our stay at Meet at Rawai was great.
The hotel looks good, the greenery around is amazing and the rooms are very clean, with towels and sheets changed daily. The staff is quiet and pleasant.
You'll also receive bottled water and instant coffee.
The property features two pools, which our family enjoyed using.

The only drawback from my side is that the hotel promotion page is misleading as it features beach access, without mentioning that the beach is not for swimming (although it's really close). Also, we visited at the beginning of the season, and it was quiet. However, as more people arrived and the hotel became busier, we could hear them through the walls.
Overall, this hotel provides excellent value for money.

My family and I stayed here for nearly two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the ocean. For swimming, the best nearby beach is just a 10-minute drive away.

A special thank you to Porpang for her outstanding hospitality and for assisting us with car rental arrangements and booking our trip to the Phi Phi Islands, which was truly unforgettable.

Great location, very clean rooms, safe, walkable to food and convenient stores. Do be prepared to have 500bht for key deposit. Washer and dryer you can use between the hours of 10-7. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors, but everyone was very respectful of noise level. We would stay again!

Most pleasant stay at the meet Holiday

The stay was quite good. The room is spacious enough and clean . It’s not noisy, and the staff are friendly and helpful when need be . Had a hot water issue for a few days but they fixed this as soon as they could . Pool is nice without being great. Breakfast is pretty good as well. Many Thai dishes and western food ect .
Close to all local activities, cafes, restaurants, bars and massage and sauna.
Overall highly recommended. Cheers

The staff are not friendly at all and don’t speak good english. When we got to our room on the 3rd floor (no lift and heavy cases) we found a dirty floor mat in our room. Later on I also found a pile of dirt under my pillow. We then went down to the pool and it is absolutely infested with mosquitoes so is impossible to sit on the poolside without getting constantly bitten. We then went back up to our room and were getting changed when a staff member walked in without knocking the door!!!!! The service here is just awful. I would not recommend staying here.

Das Hotel ist extrem veraltet und hat einen starken Schimmel Befall weswegen wir frühzeitig abgereist sind und das Hotel gewechselt haben. Beim Frühstück gab es nichts obwohl wir früh da waren war nichts vorhanden.

Nice Resort close to the coastline

Cosy small Hotelresort with 2 Pools hidden in the 2nd row. Quiet, clean, friendly, close to everyhhing. Rooms are great, friendly attendend staff. Breakfast is ok, classic Thai , nothing special but very tasty. Its worth to dtay here again.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft des schönen Gartens mit Pool gewählt. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und waren flexibel. 6 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man den Nai Han Beach.
Frühstück war so lala.

The hotel is located on a beautiful island, surrounded by blue sea, blue sky and delicate beaches. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it seems to have entered a paradise. Makes people feel comfortable in an instant. The garden design of the hotel is also unique, with trees and flowers, creating a very pleasant holiday atmosphere.

L'établissement est assez bien situé et au calme. La piscine ferme malheureusement trop tôt. Durant mon séjour, un membre du personnel a vaporisé des insecticides ( sous forme de fumigènes) dans tout le jardin et à la piscine alors que les gens se baignaient et se relaxaient sur les chaises longues...
