Well run accommodation close to Naiharn Beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Motel like rooms which are kept spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff always do a good job. Air conditioning and WiFi work well.The Pool is lovely when it is quiet. Think the pool area needs some revamping - definitely needs more sun beds (which are easy to move) for busier periods.

The most comfortable beds we stayed in on Phuket. Nice bar, restaurant and pool. Everything was clean and the staff were absolutely beautiful people. The manager and owner were very helpful with ideas on how to spend our couple of days. We will be back and stay longer to explore this beautiful beach area

Chris runs an excellent hotel. Just a 10-minute walk to the beach. Excellent service, easy motorcycle rental. Check out their restaurant for great food specials which are discounted for hotel guests. The food must be good as Grab drivers pick up from there frequently.

Very nice small resort- motel style with swimming pool and attached restaurant bar facilities. In a pleasant area walking distance to Naiharn Beach and an easy motorbike ride to Yanui and AuSone for snorkelling. Rooms are well set up and roomy, good WiFi and TV with English channels.

I don't think that it represented good value for money, it was too expensive for this property, although it was peak season

On the edge of Naiharn Lake. An easy walk to Naiharn Beach. Easy to get to Yanui and AuSone beaches. A well run hotel, like a nice motel. A set of rooms along a busy but not the busiest road. A lovely pool, restaurant and bar.
Good provision of beach towels,toilet rolls, pillows, tea bags. Good WiFi. TV has news channels in English and some film and other channels in English. Hot water and well cleaned rooms.

Good Value Resort in expensive area

Basic but comfortable and well appointed accommodation. Only major drawback is it is situated on a relatively busy road however this did not cause us any problems. Nice location between two good snorkelling beaches though motorbike hire is recommended to get to either. Easy walk to Naiharn beach. Plenty of restaurants about 15-20 mins walk away one or two closer. Nice swimming pool. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent Reasonably Priced Hotel in Naiharn

Very good reasonably priced accommodation in expensive area in Phuket. Good pool, good air conditioning, good WiFi, very clean. Only negative is it is on a busy road ( although not as busy as some) however this did not bother us. An easy walk to cafes, restaurants and shops and to Naiharn Beach.

Perfect place for a relaxing break!

The staff at Naiharn Beach resort are wonderful, especially Khun Aiew. She went out of her way to help us understand the COVID quarantine regulations and made us feel welcome. She also helped arrange a quiet room suitable for us to do our writing work. Great! The food at the restaurant is really good and they have laundry services too. The hotel is next to a lake which is wonderful for morning walks snd it is only a five minute walk to a lovely beach.

Can't beat the location, especially for value for money. Only 800m to Naiharn beach. Rooms are comfortable, clean, kettle + complimentary tea coffee. Wardrobe, desk, hot water, safety deposit box. Onsite swimming pool, bar restaurant that serve great food & drinks. The massam curry here is really good & the breakfast pancakes with cappuccino are excellent.

Convenient and great price.

Great location walking distance to Nai Harn beach, the best beach in phuket.
Rooms are well appointed. Comfortable bed, excellent WiFi.
The price is most competitive.
Yes there are more modern hotels avail but almost twice the price.
I highly recommend staying here if you need a quiet room in a good location.
My only suggestion would be more water pressure for the shower 😉

Nice resort, incredibly friendly staff

There's a lot I liked about my experience staying at the Naiharn Beach Resort. I'll do my best to highlight the good and the unexpected.

First, the rooms are setup more like duplex houses as opposed to a traditional hotel.There are roughly two units in each building. I liked this setup as it felt like a home more than a hotel. The rooms are comfortable - common to Thailand, two beds are pushed together to make a double. I didn't have the problem another guest had with the bed dividing, that said I was traveling solo. The room has a nice small fridge and all accommodations you'd need.

The staff is absolutely lovely. I checked in late, after check-in hours due to flight issues, but the bar was able to contact someone to open my room. The woman who came was wonderfully friendly.

There was an issue during my stay involving a power outage caused by the construction next door. All I can say is that whatever inconvenience I had experienced was offset by the hospitality shown by management. They went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and happy. Not just that, I truly felt like family and that my pain was their pain. Issues are bound to come up if you travel enough, what matters is how they are resolved. The team showed just how wonderful they were by taking care of me throughout anything that came up.

Third, the pool is lovely. Since it's not a huge hotel the pool and setup is a great size.

The hotel is located just over an hour away from the Phuket airport. We were placed in a room with a king-sized bed, but when we got in bed, we noticed that it was just two twin beds pushed together. My husband and I ended up just sleeping separately as the beds kept moving apart. The beach itself is located about a 10min walk from the hotel. It is heavily populated with tourists which was a bit of a bummer. The area itself is not very walker friendly in terms of finding restaurants. We did really appreciate the hotel in terms of setting up our taxi ride to the hotel from the airport and then setting up our taxi ride to the ferry and our ferry fare.

Great location. Just the right distance from the beach and nightlife to feel a bit removed, but close enough. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. There are two restaurants on site, which is very convenient if you aren't up to walking into town. Would definirely stay again if I'm back in Nai Harn.

First visit to Phuket and a little disappointed on arrival as there did not seem to be much around. On further investigation we enjoyed our visit enormously a lovely beach only 10 minute walk away and pool very relaxing. Staff in hotel very friendly and helpful.

Property is very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Very close to Nai Harn beach which is definitely one of our favorite beaches due to it having minimal tourism (atleast compared to Patong and Kata) and it is a scooter ride away from all the action. We were given a corner room, right on the road with literally no privacy. Lots of noise through an older, dysfunctional window, that also allowed smoke to enter from a nearby trash fire. Same issue with the vent holes in the bathroom. Rooms were modern, but poor overall set up. Not really a resort as advertised and we ended up leaving.

Lovely hotel less than 10 mins walk from Nai Harn Beach. Great pool (although I didn't use it). Great burger restaurant attached. Reception staff are really friendly and gave me I've when I hurt my ribs! I would have given 5* but my room (no19) had problems with a drain smell in the bathroom and mosquitos in the bathroom too. When I moved room it was not a problem. Amazing value for the location (I paid £27 per night). Would stay again!

Everyone is very helpful and very friendly. Thank you for a welcoming and warm stay. Naiharn beach is a nice easy walk to the beach, past a little lake. Food is from a good Thai chain, but any local Thai food is delivered easily even by the local Thai owners, who will stop at the bar for a beer. Very comfortable environment, friendly. Take a scoter into town ( 10 minute walk) or go a little further to Rawai beach and eat fresh seafood from the market. I will stay there again.

Great deal for Nai Harn

Room was spacious and well equipped. Large comfy bed, clean shower and beach towels, TV (with English channels), closet + lock box, etc. Bathroom was nice as well. Big sink, strong shower pressure, toiletries provided, etc. Only complaint is that there were many ants everywhere (had to avoid certain walls/surfaces so my belongings wouldn't get infested).

Brilliant spot near the beach

Great location - close to the beach and restaurants. The staff are incredibly helpful! We originally stayed for 3 nights but added another 3 as we loved the place. The restaurant on site is pretty good but pricey - can get better quality for cheaper of you're willing to take a short walk. Great trip - will be returning again if we can :)

Awesome value and great staff

Had a great stay at Naiharn! Chris and his staff were super friendly, rooms were good, beds were better. Food and drinks at the resort were really good , the only minor downside was the 15 minute walk to beach....but who doesn't need a little exercise anyway. Enjoyed the daily happy hour at the pub as well as a little pool with the boys. All in all, a great place to finish off our vacation in Thailand.

Tranquil Alternative in Phuket

I stayed here 9 nights and this was the perfect choice for me. Jolz, the manager, was very customer focused and helpful with everything from making it easy to arrive at 3 in the morning, helping me get my lost luggage from the airport and booking my day trip. The room was large, clean, and had a comfortable patio and memory foam bed. Housekeeping was excellent, breakfast was tasty, and the saltwater pool was big enough to swim laps. I chose this location to be away from the crazy tourist beaches of Karon, Kata and Patong, yet within easy driving distance to visit them when I wanted. I recommend visiting the nearby beaches of Ao Sane and Ya Nui as well as the viewpoints of Windmill and Phromthep to catch the sunsets. I rented a Car to maximize my Phuket experience which was a very good choice. Although you can walk to Naiharn Beach in 10 minutes, renting a scooter or car is a good idea on this part of the island. I highly recommend this resort.

Was not expecting much because of the low price paid, but what a deal. Hotel is very close to beach and bars. Friendly staff went out of their way to make sure anything I needed from a moped to get around the area to finding electrical adapters to work in the Thailand electrical system. The restaurant was superb with the food served hot and quickly. The hotel bar was very well stocked and the free pool table provided a nice way to meet and enjoy the other guests at the hotel. Look forward to a return trip....

I had a great week here. The hotel is perfectly located a 10 min walk from the beach and 10 mins from restaurants and 7-eleven. My room was spacious and even though my terrace faced the road, I used it frequently, as it is a very quiet side street. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend.

The resort was great. Chris the owner is a great guy, has alot of knowledge about things to do locally, and round Nai harn. The staff are very friendly and helpful with anything need, i.e. taxi calls, to talk to the locals on the phone for information for you.
Well priced resort, great refurbished rooms, close to main town and only 10min walk to beach. Has a tour guide at the resort aswell who has great knowledge of things to do and also happy to help with any tour you want to do with good pricing.
Thankyou to the staff and Chris at the resort for an enjoyable stay and making my first Thailand trip an easy one to get round tge area.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The price was reasonable and the location was remarkable. 15 minute walk to a beach. The happy hour at the bar is almost the whole day. Chris is the friendliest guy in the world. We needed a 6am taxi to the airport and when it didn't show up Chris personally made sure that we made it to our flight on time. Cheers mate! There is a really vegan restaurant walking distance from the hotel. One night we ended up drinking at the bar behind the raggae bar. Go there if you enjoy the music, they were very friendly! The hotel is clean, the showers are spacious and the location is phenomenal. Chris and his team made sure that we will come back soon if we are in the area. Highly suggested!

Stay at the Resort.

I enjoyed the 9 nights at the resort. Staff were happy and always happy to follow up any request. We arrived late on the night that we booked in the resort staff were happy to assist with organising a some dinner.
The resort was well maintained and well looked after. The pool was clean and well maintained so we used it often. The fellow guests were a great mix of people and every one interacted with each other and there was sharing of food between the guests and lots of relaxing time spent with each other.
Loved the bar and their famous smoothies.
We are planning a trip next year but will stay longer.

She was incredibly kind, caring, and went out of her way to help us with everything we needed. It is rare to find such genuine and dedicated hospitality.The hotel’s location is a dream—it sits right by a serene lake and is located on the most beautiful beach in Phuket. The pool area is nestled against a forest, creating a cozy, rustic, and very peaceful atmosphere. If you are looking for tranquility and calm, this is absolutely the right place. A charming bonus was the hotel’s resident dog and cat; they are so sweet, unique, and very friendly.
