Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Leider hat es am Strand nur wenig Liegestühle (Auflage des Staates), respektive nur Klappstühle. Wer gerne einen Liegestuhl möchte kann allerdings einen öffentlichen Liegestuhl einige Meter vom Hotel entfernt mieten. Am Hotelpool hatte es immer Platz, allerdings ist der Pool eher klein, aber die Atmosphäre sehr schön.

We had such an amazing stay at the Nai Harn for our honeymoon. The rooms were spacious, clean and the view was amazing. The staff was so sweet and the food was really good!!! The hotel is kind of secluded from the rest of the craziness, which we wanted and liked. You have the beach 10 steps away from the hotel and it’s beautiful and not too crowded. Would definitely recommend!!

Amazing stay and the property was maintained exceptionally well. Loved the vibes and all the people were super nice. Beach access is right at the door step of the property and well maintained by hotel staff.

The photos of the property don’t do justice to the ocean view we had from the rooms. Loved the rooms and very spacious.

Breakfast spread was delicious and had a huge variety. Also the evening vibe at Reflection roof top bar with the live music was spectacular.

Overall loved the place and will highly recommend to anyone staying in Phuket.

Great breakfast at Cosmo restaurant with fantastic egg station and you could order fresh mango and good coffee at the table. All staff were friendly & professional .. many thanks : )
The RockSalt Restaurant over looking the beach was overpriced with no atmosphere. The wine was nearly double the price!? So much more could be done with this space.

The Nai Harn is the perfect example of a beach resort! All the staff is super kind and efficient. Great food at both Rock Salt and Cosmos (particularly breakfast!) the rooms are large and immaculately clean. The pool and the spa are great!

Watching the sunset and the full moon rising at Reflections is a special experience.

But the location!!!...the beach is stunning! The views from everywhere on the property are amazing!

This really is the perfect beach resort!

Stayed only for a couple of nights at The Nai Harn, but next time it will definitely be more. The staff were attentive and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and they even arranged a late checkout for a small fee. My room was spacious, luxurious, and had stunning water views. Both Rock Salt and Cosmo served delicious food, and breakfast at Cosmo with the sea view was unforgettable. The highlight of my stay, however, was Reflections Bar — amazing sunsets, a relaxed vibe, and great happy hour deals. Can’t wait to come back!

Really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Nai Harn Hotel. The facilities, food quality, common areas all excellent. Our Grand Ocean View Room on the 6th floor had a fantastic view of the beach and over to the Promthep Cape. Beautiful sunsets. Lovely big comfortable bed. The balcony with relaxing bed was an additional comfort to enjoy the warm breeze. Breakfast selections were very good. The egg / noodle station were stand out! We ate twice at the Rock Salt restaurant - delicious, well presented meals. The Thai Green Curry with fresh fish was exceptional. Happy to recommend this hotel and would return again.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was flavorful accommodating very tasty! The views were outstanding! I would definitely travel there again. The only thing that I would have liked to be done different is from floors six through nine there’s no elevators so there was a lot of steps to get to our floor but I will say on a positive note that did allow me to get my steps in for the day. Such a joyous and wonderful experience I would definitely go there again!

Resort was nice and great location, although nothing within 10klms by grab taxi to do or dine or a drink location.
Rained daily and was bit boring for dining experiences around the area.
The resort didn’t have any exciting dining experiences and buffett dining.
Also walking up stairs to get to our room. When lift stop at level 6 instead of level 8 which most rooms with ocean views booked.
Overall great resort but lacks excitement, especially when raining daily.

Property, although a bit dated makes up with excellent service. There was a sewage smell in the first room I was given which I believed was caused by torrential rains the area had been having. Hotel cleaning staff seem to have tried to mask it to best of their ability with heavily scented deodorizers to little help. Having said that, I think the smell is unavoidable and would likely be an issue at any coastal hotel, staff was graceful and moved me to another room. I found closing the toilet lid helps improve the situation and when rain stopped, so had the smell.
Other than that, facilities were good, food and service was excellent. I have enjoyed my stay.

Room was great quality and the view from the huge balcony was simply amazing. I highly recommend spending a little extra to stay here just for the view and peace and quiet, it's a stay you won't forget. I was here on business but when I wasn't working I felt total relaxation and comfort. I will be back 100%. Plenty of small and inexpensive restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat at the hotel. All in all an incredible experience.

The Nai Harn is a gorgeous property, with incredible views from the side of a mountain and wonderfully attentive service. The valet realized we were taking two beach towels each day and started to prepare them for us. We spent 8 nights here, over New Years. Wonderful Cosmo restaurant as well for a great breakfast and other meals. Fabulous and restaurant on the water just a short walk from the hotel -- On the Rock Bar and Restaurant. Deluxe ocean views at the 8th and 9th floor are great rooms, and sit above several floors of similar sized rooms but with larger extended outdoor patios. Both are great options. We came for a snorkeling trip. Excellent at Ya Nui beach, where we kayaked out to the small Ko He island twice and swam there once. Excellent corals and lots of fish. The other superb beach for corals and fish is Ao Sane, a 10 minute walk up a hill from the hotel, though construction is making a mess of the beach. Also did a day trip to Coral Island to snorkel on Banana Beach (excellent) and off shore (ok).

Staff service and attentiveness levels very high. Standards across the board very high.

Two very small points for hotel to consider:

1: Passenger lift to have fan / ventilation added (we live in hot climate and lift in our apartment has this)

2: For the rooms like ours for this stay that have terrace day bed it would be great to have a shaded area / parasol so can sit out on terrace and enjoy views without direct sun to deal with.

Very nice hotel overlooking one of the best beaches. Excellent staff and breakfast, good restaurants but a bit overpriced for what they offer. The pool is small and didn’t use it much but the view is great. Just be careful with the location. A bit far from other beaches of the west side and nightlife but depends on what you are after. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

A gorgeous hotel with beautiful views. It's a bit far from the airport (1 hr 15 minutes) and from the start of the water-based tours (we did the cave canoeing), but the beach is stunning, and the food delicious. I considered switching to somewhere closer, but have no regrets.

Each year I come back as the Nai Harn hotel has incredibly friendly staff, is close to a beach with waves and massages and local restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is not kid friendly so leave them at home.

The Nai Harn in Phuket offered a nice blend of luxury, convenience, and cultural immersion.

The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the pristine beach right at our doorstep. With lifeguards ensuring safety, we could enjoy swimming even when the surf picked up. Nearby dining options provided an affordable taste of local flavors without straying too far from the hotel's comfort.

While the breakfast buffet lacked the extensive Thai food choices found in some Phuket hotels, the array of options provided (including vegetarian selections) ensured that every palate was catered to. Moreover, the freshness and deliciousness of the offerings, such as the homemade Greek yogurt and pastries, guaranteed a satisfying start to the day. The food was always top quality.

One of the unique aspects of The Nai Harn is its proximity to Wat Naiharn, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the local heritage with just a short walk. We were particularly impressed by the hotel's inclusion of Friday almsgiving to the local monks, which not only showcased their dedication to fostering a deeper connection with the community but also provided us with a unique opportunity to participate in a cherished local tradition.

Overall, The Nai Harn exceeded our expectations, offering a harmonious blend of luxury, convenience, and cultural immersion that made our stay unforgettable.

And there’s even a couple local bars within 50 feet. Just to get a local flavor. Views from the rooms and restaurants are spectacular

The hotel I always looked at from Yanui Beach

Above all, this is a hotel where the friendliness of the staff stands out.
It's an old hotel, but the design is very beautiful.
In particular, on the last day, my friend got food poisoning, so I canceled my entire day's plans, but after notifying the hotel, fortunately they allowed me a late check-out, so I was able to rest comfortably.

And suddenly, the flight was delayed by two hours, causing a problem of insufficient transfer time, but the airline's call center was not connected.
So I asked the hotel counter staff for help.
She was very helpful and spoke directly to the airline to resolve the issue and put me at ease.

Our stay at the Nai Harn was absolutely fabulous! First rate, 5 star. The resort is set on a hill overlooking the ocean, the rooms are very clean and well appointed, comfortable beds and the outdoor deck amazing. The buffet breakfast was the best we have ever had. The staff is wonderful and so accommodating. The restaurants are very good and we enjoyed happy hour every evening. We have traveled to many places and this is the nicest resort we have had the pleasure of staying. I would recommend 100% and we will be back!

This is our fourth time staying at the hotel in the last four years - we travel to Thailand from Canada and will not leave Thailand without a stop over at Nai Harn. It's one of the most spectacular hotels that we have stayed at around the world. Staff are exceptional, hotel is beautiful, the view alone is entertainment, beach steps away, swimming pool and gym around the corner and the food is out of this world with top chefs who work at the hotel. A must stay!! See you in 2025!
