Room was spotless, staff were friendly. The only thing that I disliked about the experience was the noise coming from other rooms. Also there was no ice dispenser on the 2nd floor so you had to walk all the way back to the lobby or 3rd floor to get a bucket of ice. They could install better shower heads. Overall we liked it!

Stayed 2 nights here and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. With very comfortable beds and a small refrigerator in the room which is nice.
My only complaint, is the shower. Tub-style with a half glass door. This may look nice but does not hold in heat during shower. I was uncomfortably cold and at same time water bounces off your body onto the floor. If the hotel would at least put up a shower curtain it would greatly improve the experience.

Very lovely modern rustic hotel. Common areas are beautiful. Lots of gathering spaces inside and out. Very cool vibe. Restaurant was excellent. Absolutely loved the hotel from the moment I walked in. From the friendly greeting to the beautiful decor. We used the outside patio seating area, which was so very lovely. The guest room was also beautifully decorated and most importantly clean.

My neighboring room was snoring so loud I woke up at 140 am and contacted the front desk at 3am. I understand the hotel can't do much. But when I checked out at 345 am with no sleep they front desk did not even apologize let alone provide a partial refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I CAME TO SLEEP AND GOY NONE.

Best hotel hands down!

Every time our family come to town there is only one place we have them stay,,, Hotel Zero Degrees. Staff, location, the restaurant there,, the whole place. Best hotel within MILES! This week, we had family flying in from California and were to stay at Zero of course. Well, their fly was postponed 3 times within a three hour span and then cancelled. Forcing them to take a next day flight. When I called Zero at 11p to inform them I’d need to cancel the reservation, a young man (wish I could remember his name) said to me not to worry and that he felt bad our family spent 10 hours at an airport for no reason. That’s customer service and that’s why our family and friends will never stay anywhere else. ALSO,, Sunday brunch and the holiday brunches at the Terra Restaurant there, are AMAZING!
