my room was Smoking Room and no air circulation at all and washer and Dryer is really bad , I droped 3 times coin just for dryer ( 3*30 min ) for light weight cloths at the end all were wet !

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The lobby is on the second floor so take the elevator up to check in. The lobby is very modern design, easy on the eyes.
Like most hotels in this price range, the room is tiny, just big enough for a bed. The bathroom is tiny but it's fine for me.
The lobby has a coffee machine so visitors can get coffee anytime.

1인 여행객에게 추천함!
일단 위치가 최고. 밤 늦게까지 걸어다녀도 주변에 신신라멘도 있고 술파는 가게가 많아서 사람이 있음. 이게 또 단점이 될 수 있는게 시끄러울 수 있다는 건데, 다행히 2박 3일 내내 소음없었음. 직원들 친절하고 룸컨디션도 좋았음. 1인 여행이라 혼자서 쓰기에 전혀 불편함 없었음. 다만 오래된만큼 시설은 조금 낡았으나 관리가 잘 되어 깨끗한 편. 다음에 후쿠오카를 또 오게된다면 다시 묵을 의향 100% 후쿠오카시 정책으로 1인당 1박에 200엔의 수수료가 있으니 앞으로 여행가시는 분들은 참고하시길!

前台服務員十分友善，房間清潔度一般，廁所好像翻新過，很新和乾淨，可是酒店6至9月裝修，環境有些影響，而我們退房那天，暫存行李後，下午回去酒店一樓前台取回四件行李準備去機場時，竟然全部電梯也同時修理，把我們差點嚇壞了！幸好前台有位男服務員幫我們把全部行李搬下去。雖然順利解決，但作為一間酒店怎可能會有一段時間沒有電梯？也沒有預先告知人客，真的很無奈，酒店的安排真的要檢討一下！

結局、3時間ほどしか眠れず、仕事できていたにもかかわらず、睡眠不足で疲れがとれませんでした。その点が残念です。
ただ、一階か、向かい側にクラブハウスがあって、夜10時～翌朝7時まで爆音が聞こえており、若者が大騒ぎする声も聞こえてきました。

그냥 짧게 있다 가기엔 나쁘진 않은데.. 성수기에 10만/1박 묵었더니 가격대비 좀 아쉬워요. 방이 좀 어두침침해서 좀 분위기가 그렇습니다. 좁은데 가구도 갈색 벽지도 갈색 침구도 갈색.. 아 그리고 물건 주우려고 침대랑 책상 아래 봤다가 먼지 너무 많아서 기절하는 줄....침대 헤드에도 먼지가 쌓여있어요 청결 관리가 필요합니다ㅠㅠ 어메니티(칫솔치약면도기 등)는 프론트 데스크에서 필요하면 픽업하게 하는건 좋았어요.

직원은 일본답게 친절하고 한국어 가능직원 있습니다. 로비에 커피 녹차등 있고요 침대와 뷰는 조금 아쉽지만 가격을 고려한다면 괜찮습니다. 신신라멘 본점이 걸어서 2분 텐진역이 4~5분 걸리고 mina 쇼핑몰이 가까워서 유니클로 GU 로프트 등 쇼핑후 숙소에 옮기기 편했습니다. 다만 하카타까지는 거리가 조금 있어서 버스 이용 추천드립니다. 전반적으로 만족했고요 마지막으로 새벽에도 잃어버린 카드 찾아주시느라 고생하신 직원분 감사드립니다.

5/30~6/2 2 3박4일 혼자 지냈습니다. 일단 모든 면에서 최고였습니다. 인근 호텔 중에서 가격이 비교적 저렴한 숙소라서 약간 걱정을 했는데 실제 도착해서 보니 방도 엄청 깔끔하고 편의물품도 일단 제가 필요했던 드라이기, 전기포트 등 다 마련되어 있고 에어컨 빵빵하게 틀 수 있고 프론트 직원분들도 친절하시고 저한테는 흠잡을 곳이 없는 숙소였습니다. 다음에 후쿠오카에서 또 지내게 된다면 재방문의사 있어요.

후쿠오카는 자주 가는 편인데, 텐진역에서 비교적 가까운 위치이고, 신신라멘 바로 옆이고, 지하철 출입구 서1에서는 츠타야서점(의류등 종합매장)이 맞은 편에 있어 중고책이나 피규어, 이월된 의류 등 쇼핑하기에 좋았다. 지하에는 대형식품매장이 있어 간식거리를 많이 사기도 하였다.
에트와스호텔은 처음 묵어봤는데, 저렴한 가격임에도 모든 면에서 기대 이상으로 훌륭하였다. 특히 정갈하고 군더더기를 뺀 무료조식은 아침을 잘 안먹는 내게 딱이었다.
다음 여행에서도 이 호텔을 이용할 예정이다.
