This hotel was amazing! It is two blocks from a train station, which helped so much with navigating. Very close to shopping and excellent food. Hotel staff was amazing. Beds and pillows are very comfy.

Very satisfied 9 nights stay

Walking to hotel from Tenjin station takes 5 minutes from the nearest exit. Room service is excellent and very comfortable beds. There is a 7-11 shop which connects to the hotel. Many Yatai stalls just across the street

It is an outdated hotel. Decoration needs badly a fresh update. Terrible check-in organization led to a huge queue at check-in time. This could be better sorted out to not lose time. Furniture looks and feels very old. I would rather recommend exploring other hotel brands even near the Hakata area.

The hotel was a little older and the room was smaller than i was expected and the breakfast buffet was very pricey, which we did not use because of it. The location was great. Easy access to the transportation and many shops. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The room was exactly as advertised! Very clean. Sheets are not changed daily unless requested for environmental reasons, but the rest of the room is taken care of.
The only negatives are:
We were on the 3rd floor and it was a little noisy, but much less than you would expect in such a busy area. If you are smell sensitive, the lobby/entrance are difficult. It always smelled very strongly like a perfume.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was really good. The parking service was very convenient and helpful. There was no view from our room, but the hotel is located in a very convenient area, with quick access to the subway station.

Make sure you request for the upper floors

I lived on 4th floor on the first night on Sunday, the air-conditioner didn't work and the room was so stuffy. I've asked their staff helped to open the window to allow more fresh air, however it was so so noisy throughout the whole night, many people talked, screamed, radio sound from the street, not sure is it because there are 7-11 convenient store for gathering many people on weekend night. All three of us couldn't sleep for whole night under such room condition. But luckily they re-arranged the upper room for us after we raised out our request and share our bad experience on the first night. If you plan to live here, please make sure you have request for the upper floors. Other than this, overall condition is proper and fine enough with its very convenient location. Front line staff are helpful and polite especially the young guy at front desk, while one middle-aged man at night shift seems not so polite.

A pleasant stay except........

It’s a good hotel with good location and breakfast was good too. One thing to be improved is about the rice (breakfast ). We had 5 meals and 4 of them were cooked too dry. I think it’s easy to resolve with proper water level in the rice cooker

Overall, it’s a pleasant stay.

일단 응대해주신 호텔리어중 나이드신여자분은 말씀이너무빨라서 정신이없었어요ㅠ
호텔위치는 시내도그렇고 지하철편의서 카고패스까지 가능해서 짐없이 움직일수있어 너무좋았어요
객실도 3명써도 전혀불편함없었고요.쾌적하게잘사용했어요
밑엔 편의점까지 딱인 하룻밤이였어요^^

위치는 정말 좋았습니다. 방크기도 좁지 않았고 24인치 캐리어를 바닥에 펼쳐두는게 가능했어요. 화장실 냄새를 걱정했었는데 방이나 화장실에서 아무런 냄새가 나지 않았습니다. 외부 소리도 거의 안 들렸어요. 정말 예민한 편인데 4박동안 밤중에 자동차 경적 소리를 한 번 들었던 정도만 기억에 납니다

다만 가을, 봄 여행시에는 이 숙소를 선택하지 않을 거 같아요^^... 자기들이 정해놓은 시즌이 아니면 난방을 켜주지 않는다고 합니다. 저는 늦여름 이후 10월 중순에 호텔에 묵었는데 하루가 다르게 날이 춥고 길거리 사람들이 다 긴팔과 외투를 입는데도 호텔측에 난방을 요청하니 안 된다고 했던 게 이해가 안 가요.

더울 때 오면 에어컨 조절 자유롭고 추울 때 오면 난방도 자유롭게 조절할 수 있는 거 같습니다. 그치만 갑자기 더워지거나 추워지는 날엔 그냥 참으라고 하는 호텔 대응이 정말 불쾌했습니다. 이불을 더 준다곤 했지만 이불은 객실에 있는 걸로도 충분했어요. 공기가 차가워서 아침이면 목이 아프고 얼굴이 얼었습니다ㅠ 저는 다신 몬토레라수르에서 안 묵을래요.

조식은 행사가격으로 2인 6만원이었어요. 조식은 음식종류가 정말 적었고 서비스도 그닥 좋지도 않았습니다. 근처에 아침에 하는 식당 많아요 호텔조식 먹지말고 식당가세요..

宿泊予定でしたがこちらの手違いで部屋が一つしか取れておらず、どうしようかと悩んでいましたがフロントの係の方が対応してくださり系列のホテルで家族みんなで宿泊することがだしました。対応の速さと優しさに感動しました。今度また福岡に行く際は、今度こそ宿泊したいと思いました。

トリブルの部屋かと思っていたらツインルームにエキストラベッドの部屋だった為かなり狭かった。ホテルも少し古さを感じました。90%位海外の方の宿泊だったのですが室外に食べ物が放置されていたり朝食ブュッフェで取っている横から割り込む人などあり文化の違いもあるのだろうけれど客側マナーの質の低さを感じて辟易としました。
気持ちよく過ごす為にはそのホテルの客層の質も考えないといけないなというのが次回への反省です。
朝食のブュッフェは品数豊富で披露宴を行うこともある天井の高い広い部屋ででよかった。
トイレとバスが一緒の部屋はトリプル宿泊の時は辞めたほうが良いなと思いました。

福岡の中心に行くのにも歩いて行けるし、下にコンビニもあり便利でした。部屋も綺麗でトイレとバスの広さも十分で、過ごしやすい部屋です。また利用したいと思います。
