The hotel had zero amenities, no laundry you were not able to ship the bags. The hotel was also not cheap and looked very outdated. The front desk staff that was JAPANESE was very nice, the others ones weren’t so kind.

The positive aspects of this hotel are that it's a good price and is in a good central location. The staff are polite and friendly. However, there are several areas that could be improved. The rooms didn’t feel entirely clean, not because of the cleaning staff, who seem to do their best, but because the facilities are somewhat worn down, with visible damage to furniture, walls, and fittings. While the mattress was comfortable, the bedding type slipped off easily and often touched the floor, which felt unhygienic.
Checkout is at 10am instead of the more common 11am, which is not great, and the lack of luggage storage service which is standard in every other hotel but not this one made it even more inconvenient. Lockers are available, but they come at an extra cost of 500 yen for medium size and 1000 yen for the larger ones that would fit a commonly carried large suitcase. Unfortunately, there are only four large lockers, and they were all occupied when we checked out, forcing us to make alternative arrangements and cutting into our final day in the city.
Additionally, there is no designated smoking area. Guests must request an ashtray from reception each time, which wasn’t ideal for privacy or convenience.

The rooms are worn out, lots of scuffs on the wall and stains on the carpet. The cleaning wasn’t great either… found hair from previous guests and when you look closely around the bathroom sink or shower you see mold and old dirt. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room is tiny but pretty clean. It's very close to the subway station and shopping department stores. But if you are mostly taking JR train to tourist places, it's not very convenient. The staff seems friendly, but looks afraid to speak in English.

Nice hotel close to subway

Close to Tienjin Subway, but take some time to find the hotel cause the entrance is inside the small street, but once you know the exact place, then you can walk to the hotel from subway within 5 mins.

Nice spot near the Tenjin shopping area

I stayed at this hotel and was satisfied with the rate I got through Expedia. The room was clean and the staff was able to provide good directions to their hotel over the phone. The subway is just a 2 minute walk away and the hotel is close to many shopping and eating spots. I'd definitely stay here again.

Small Room but Who Cares

This hotel is located in the Tenjin area of Fukuoka. Its just a few minutes walk from Exit 1 of Tenjin station so its very easy to find and convenient. The hotel staff were very friendly but their English is limited. The room itself is good but very, very small. I would estimate the space betwen the bed and the wall is just 15 cm and thats about all the free space you have. This didn't bother me since I only slept in the room and then stayed out all day. The bed is very comfortable and room can be completely darkened with wooden shutters if you want. Again, this is probably the smallest room I've ever slept in, in Japan but the value, location, and bed comfort made up for it. Highly recommended.

3泊しました。チェックイン時に、タオル類の交換とゴミの回収は毎日交換します。部屋に入られたくなければ、札を出して、フロントにあるタオル類を自分で持って行って。と言われ、don't disturbの札を出さなかったのに、3泊目、タオル交換がされていませんでした。

部屋の清掃は一切無し、2日目の夜は、ユニットバスの排水溝に髪の毛が溜まっていたせいで、排水が出来ず、自分で取り除くことに。
スタンダードツインでしたが、かなり部屋は狭いです。
ライブのための宿泊でしたが、イベント価格なのか、めっちゃ高くて、この価格でこのクオリティでは、イベントでなかったら絶対使わないホテルです。

浴室の蛇口が固く使いにくいです。

連泊でしたがタオルやゴミ箱は部屋の外に出しておいてくれとのことでした。新しいタオルはフロントにて自身で持っていきます。部屋の掃除は無しです。
チェックアウトはエレベーターの中の箱に入れるようになっていました。
これは楽ですね。
冷蔵庫に水もなくて残念でした。

숙박하면서 우리팀 제외, 한국관광객중 단 한사람도 제외없이 재떨이를 사용하지않고 바닥에 침뱉거나 재를 터네요.

お風呂場に誰かが使ったキズパワーパッドが置いてあるし、髪の毛は沢山落ちてるしとにかく汚かったです。肌寒いのに暖房は聞かない。
お水やお茶などサービスはなし。もう少しサービスがあっても良いのではとおもってしまいました。従業員ほとんどが外国人でした。

방이 좁지만 어디든 가기 편했어요

여행 가기 2~3주 전에 급하게 예약하느라 객실이 많지 않아서 여기로 할 수 밖에 없었지만 지하철, 버스정류장은 가까워서 좋았어요. 근처 편의점 등 쇼핑하기에는 적절한 곳이었습니다.
하지만 방이 너무 좁고.. 침대가 정말 불편해서 여행 내내 돌아다닐 때 허리가 아파서 고생했네요. 신랑은 좁아서 그런지 가족애가 더 생긴 것 같다고 하네요 ㅎㅎ 그리고 창밖으로 바라보는 뷰는 월주차장 타워....ㅎㅎ
시내고 잠만 잘거니까.괜찮아요 ㅎㅎ
직원들 모두 친절하였고 어메니티도 편하게 가져다 쓸 수 있어서 좋았어요.

荷物預かりがフロント前に置くだけで誰でも自由に手に取れる感じが不安だった。
出来ればバックヤードで管理して欲しいし、せめて荷物にはタグを付けてタグと荷物を交換する方法にして欲しい。

ウェルカムドリンクがコーヒーしかなかった。コーヒーが飲めないので、紅茶や緑茶のティーバッグがあったら良かった。
ハンガーなどももっとあると良い。2泊したので足りなかった。
便座も冷たく、暖房便座がよかった。
スタッフは常在してくれていたのは、安心感につながったので良かった。
部屋も狭く、総じて、値段の割に良くなかった。
