Great location within a few minutes' walk of the train station. Clean, nice sized room with sink and mini-fridge, good air conditioning, and a nice large bathroom! Very small shower and a very small elevator. Front desk was pleasant. Would stay again!

As usual ir is my home away from home when I am in Rome
Excellent place well situated a few feet from termini station and walking distance from
The Spanish Steps, Fontaine de Trevi. The Pantheon.
There are buses in front Termini Station to get to all those places and the other (like Campo the Fiore, the coliseum and the Vatican).
If you like shopping, the great designers boutique are easy accessible walking if you like.
All in all a good choice

Location if you are going to use train at early/late hours are the best about this property given it’s proximity and easy access to station. We didn’t like that you cannot open the window ( so you have NO IDEA if it I sunny, dark, raining etc which is very odd. Having an elevator is helpful and there are only a few steps to go up to the rooms. It is very outdated but everything was working well and TV was a decent size with a variety of channels.

The location was very convenient to the central train station and the manager who checked us in was so gracious and helpful. But the room was small, even by European standards, with a American sized double, not king or even queen, bed. The shower was about 24\"x24\". Not suited for a large person. I am 5'5\" tall and 150 lbs and I turned the water off every time I turned around.

The room, though small, had a beautiful, high ceiling with rough hewn beam that you could see coming from ancient times and that was the highlight of the room.

For what it was, location for early morning train and price it was okay. Good size room but bath smelled of mold/musty. Also soap/shampoo was in one bottle which actually turned the towel orange. I realized this and did not use. Staff cordial, area a little shady, but it was ok for a rest, came in late, left early. Did not have breakfast there.

We stayed overnight as family of three for few hours transit trip through Rome. We arrived late. Hotel's own reception was closed. However, check-in was very easy through next door hotel's reception(same building). There was a lift, which was very small(one person and two luggage) but functionally ok. Room was clean and comfortable. AC function was ok. No bedside plug point. We didn't take breakfast.
We were allowed to leave our five luggage for few hours after check out to spend frew hours for sightseeing (very grateful for that).

Told I would get a refund if I checked out by 11 but was denied the refund after checking out. Front desk staff was not useful or friendly. Great location near the Rome train station. We were at the hotel very early, and the person at the front desk treated us well. He was so kind and friendly and the person at the checkout was very helpful.
Our room was fairly clean but located in front of the breakfast area and people were opening and closing doors, making a huge noise. Washroom shower stall was not closing properly and the water was leaking, making the floor wet.
Overall, we had a good stay. Thank you so much.

Clean room very close to Termini in Rome. Booked here because of proximity to Rome Termini. There was AC which was not made clear to us but once found it was very efficient. Area is a bit sketchy as most areas around train stations are but enjoyed my stay there. Would book again.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable with many pillows. There was a heat pump for heat and a/c and there was an armoire for clothes. The bathroom had toilet, bidet, sink and good sized shower. Blackout window coverings were perfect. SMALL elevator but wide stairs available. Included breakfast had pastries, toast, fruit, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, juices, coffee machine for many different hot drinks… Delicious and perfect!! Best part of the stay was the two front desk gentlemen; they were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable! Hotel is really only steps from the main train station, Rimini. Perfect location.

This hotel was located on the perfect spot for our trip, extremely close to the train station, taxi cabs located just down the street, an amazing cafe on the corner about 4 doors down from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants steps away with amazing food. Was able to easily walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The room itself was a little smaller than a typical American hotel room, but there was still plenty of space to move about. They do provide an hair dryer in the bathroom, but I would recommend bringing your own as it worked ok. Everything was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a patio that we could open the doors to and kept them open during the evenings as well. It can be a little noisy outside late in the evening, so if you’re a light sleeper you’d want to keep the patio doors closed. There is a very small elevator you could use to go to the floor your room is on. My husband and I fit fine in it with our two bags, but if you’re a larger person or a large group with lots of luggage you’ll have to make multiple trips using the elevator. The staff is very friendly and gave good recommendations. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotels office when we checked out so we could explore some more before our train later in the afternoon. There was no charge for baggage storage. We would definitely stay here again whenever we return to Rome.

The staff were good but sadly there were many things that made the stay unpleasant
1. The AC wasnt working and Rome in August is a heat show so we struggled every night trying to sleep

2. There were ants ants and bugs on the floor

3. There were clothes in the room when we checked in, most probably from the people before us but it indicates no proper cleaning happened

4. The bed and pillows are so harsh on the body, after spending an entire day going around you want to recharge for the day after, i felt more sore and tired sleeping on the bed & pillow.

We stayed here for 2 nights (June 4-5, 2025).

Below are pros and cons:

Pros:
Location, location, location. Very close to the Roma termini. About 5 min walk, Cross the street and you are there. Quite a few restaurants near by to get a quick bite to eat or coffee.

I have seen where other people complained of noise. We did not have any issues. We were on the 4th floor and did not hear anything.

Room was good, room cleaning was done everyday without any issues.

Both nights, we came back late (around 10 pm or later) and did not have any problem. Streets are busy. This hotel is on a side street just few feet away from the main street.

We arrived early around 9 am and were able to store our luggage there and use the bathroom by the lobby to freshen up and change and head out. Check-in was 2 pm.

We did not eat breakfast here. So not sure on the quality

Cons:

Elevator is really small. So 1 person and a couple of suitcases at a time. But a lot of hotels have that problem. Its not a deal breaker!

Bathroom is really small. Specially the shower. You can fit in and then the shower head is right above your head! But again, for all the benefits, I would ignore this small in convenience!

Also, looks like this hotel and the parrot hotel next door have common owners. As our checkout was early in the morning and we checked out at the parrot hotel. They are almost connected to each other!

The property is a short walk from Rome Termini Station (if you come out of the correct exit that is). Staff were friendly and helpful. The guy on reception helped book us a taxi, as we had a very early morning checkout.
Our room was dated, but it was spotless, and the bed comfy. Would definitely stay again

We booked this hotel primarily because of its location: close to the station and Metro. The condition of the place represented by pictures on Expedia was deceiving as the place was found to be in a highly dated condition, comparable to a motel in the middle of nowhere.
Some stuff made reasonable efforts to keep it clean, and be courteous in the breakfast room, but others didn't take an effort to bring a bath towel that was missing to start with.
The courtyard was simply a yukki damp.
The hotel can be used for an inexpensive stay, but be prepared to lower your expectations as soon as you check in. Remarkably, the hotel could have easily earned 3 stars instead of 2 - by offering better customer courtesy, removing the damp in the courtyard and giving the place a few more touches.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Rimini. It is located a half a block from the train station and so it is extremely convenient for transportation. The hotel was nice and clean and had everything we need. Just be aware that it is a little hard to find as the awning it shares with its combined hotel says Corbet on it. There were plenty of dining options close by in and out of the train station. Property was conveniently located close to the train station. Good size room. Mattress was comfortable but the 2 pillows on the queen size bed were paper thin. The blanket on the bed was very thin as well. We were originally on the 4th floor. Had a remote for the air conditioning so we could control the temperature. Bathroom would not flush toilet paper. They moved us to the second floor. Second floor had central air conditioning. First night was freezing. The blanket was of no help. Second night, they had the central air conditioning turned off. It was uncomfortably warm in the room. Did not sleep well both nights because of this. Bathroom was very big. Shower was very small. Could not reach down to pick up the soap when it fell because of the lack of room. Listed as a 3 star hotel. Not sure about that. Fell short of our expectations.

Great hotel. Easy to find and get to from Termini station. A bit calmer on that side of Termini than the other side we noticed when we were out wandering, which was nice. Very clean. I reviewed this hotel inAugust 2022 (see below) I have just stayed at the Hotel Rimini again last week (June 2024) and can confirm my previous positive impression. I would certainly return.
Aug 2022: I've read the negative reviews with some surprise. This is not a 5star hotel (nor does it claim to be) but it is very clean, decent amenities, a really comfortable bed in a quiet room (we had a triple) and a very good and abundant breakfast. Lots of good eating places in the area. Did I mention it is steps away from the Termini Rail station if you have an early departure, as we did?? Would stay here again with no hesitation.

Hotel Rimini offered exactly what I was hoping for - a nice clean hotel to finish off my last 2 days in Rome after a 3 week vacation. It is close to the rail station and many of the Rome sites. It was small and simple (a coffee maker would be nice) but gave me what I needed.

I have stayed at this Hotel twice, and I trust this place. This second time the wi-fi was out the first day but they got it fixed that night. When I left the room for the train station I forgot my camera lens shade but the front desk told me so I was very happy. I will always stay here when I am in Rome, and I can recommend it to you.
