The staff were so amazing the absolute best part they made the trip so amazing.
I can’t remember all the amazing staff but I remember Ayu, Wulan, Yoga,Septiari,Sutiass, Lidya, and Indra.

The facility is very good and nice, the staff is wonderful, friendly and always smile. The only things that we have reserved a private pool but unfortunately there is no privacy for Villa and Pooll. I would recommend the facility to remove the word of private because there is no privacy for villa and pool. The pool exposed for the floors and there was a big building under construction in front of the pool and Villa and labor can see the pool. the management moved us to another villa which is similar , no privacy and it was downgrade from the our reservation and no refund, but they gave us a Voucher for Massage, which is nice.

리조트 너무 예쁘고 매우 깨끗해서 너무 좋어요 !! 우붓 다른 숙소는 샤워기 필터 금방 더러워졌는데 여기서는 깨끗해서 마음 놓고 씻을 수 있어서 좋았고 물도 계속 주시고 직원분들도 너무 친절하셔요 ayu 님 엄청엄청 친절하셔서 기분이 좋아졌습니당!!! 체크아웃하고 고젝 불렀는데 추가요금 붙을까봐 ayu 가 직접 기사님이랑 통화도 해주셨어요 !!
요가 해주시는 putu 님도 잘 알려주시고 사진도 잘 찍어주셔서 좋았어용 무료니까 꼭하세요! 그리고 악사리 포토그래퍼분이 리조트 돌아다니면서 사진찍어주시는데 잘찍어주시고 너무 좋아용 한국인한테 맞춤숙소입니당

We had a wonderful stay at Aksaray Hotel. The hotel itself and the surrounding views were absolutely beautiful. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding staff.

Ayu was especially kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She organized everything quickly and perfectly, making sure we had the best experience possible. It truly felt like a real friend was taking care of us. Thanks to her, our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a personal touch!

We only stayed one night but, the staff were very kind and hospitable. Our room was lovely and very spacious. It is a beautiful resort, the spa treatments and yoga made us feel very relaxed, the breakfast was delicious. it is in a remote location so the road to the hotel is quite an adventure!

One of the best resorts we stayed at in Ubud. The entire resort was very peaceful and quiet. We slept most of the time we were here due to Jetlag. Very relaxing spa. Great customer service and great restaurant with delicious food and we met a lot of great people at this resort highly recommend.

The property is by a water stream and felt like one with nature to hear the nature sounds. The staff at the hotel burn mosquito coils, felt safe.

Most peaceful and comfortable resort

Eventhough the location was kinda far and independent, the mood of resort was so comfy and peaceful. And Every facilities like pool, morning yoga, underground bar was so nice. One of the most memorable moments was at the underground bar. Live music with good voice singer. So nice.

Perfect and amazing 3 days

It is everything I wanted.
I wanted a private pool, but not surrounded by concrete walls. The private pool is open to the forest but very private. The staff are angels working hard to make guests feel welcomed and happy. The cleanness, the food, the drinks, the tranquility, even the weather, the driver Made (Pronounced Maddi) who took us for 2 days on tour, and drove us to the airport…everything and everyone was 200% perfect. The only thing that people should be aware of, the toilet seat is higher than usual. Mosquitoes and insects are everywhere (like any tropical area), so bring repellent.

Disappointing despite the stunning location

Despite the stunning location this was not the 5 star experience we were expecting. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful and some basics were missing. We didn’t even have a bedside light and had to get out of bed to turn the lights off! No luggage rack either, we were asked to keep our suitcase in the floor! The bathroom vanity had neither lights nor shaving mirror with a really basic hair dryer. But the view from the terrace was incredible. The food in the restaurant was also not good… we ate there once after arriving because we were so tired but never again.

Property was a 5 star. It felt authentic in that it was off of the road where there were tourist. it did not feel like a tourist environment. the grounds were beautiful, the staff were amazing and accomodating. I loved my room, but i was not happy of the location. it was down stairs which really made my knees hurt. i am a senior and that was too much on my knees. to accomodate the manager Eva provided me with a complimentary massage. The young man that picked me up from the airport upon my arrival until my departure was stellar his name is Wayan Siatusa. Let me first start by saying I am hard pressed about giving this place a good review because I really wanted, however I have to give it an honest rating as do all the places I visit. I just want others to be made aware. The property looks great on photos and paper; however, the pools were dirty, the room smelled of mold and musk, there was loud Indian music in our hallway until 11pm, TV options were limited, shower and tap water smelled of raw sewage, the toilet was open glass top to bottom so no privacy from anyone in the room and there was a light on outside the bathroom window which was on all night and could not be shut off from out suite and lit up the room all night as there were no bathroom doors.
We paid 2 nights, non-refundable room and left after one and went to another location. The place is clearly outdated and will most likely fizzle out unfortunately. It does have a lot of potential but will need some love and attention. Before Covid or 2020 this place was happening by the sounds of it but since after its shifted. The staff were amazing and accommodating and if it was not for their kindness and hospitality we would have left as soon as we arrived. I hate being that guy to give poor reviews however ... no surprises coming from my review.

Lovely newly built hotel, great views and staff. Needs some improvement in delivering the evening entertainment, but I'm sure they will learn with time. Some food was great, some so so. Chefs better making Indonesian dishes and lovely pasta rather than western dishes. A bit secluded so more suitable for those looking to stay in the hotel or rent a scooter

This is a new hotel and it’s absolutely fantastic. Condition is perfect clean and well looked after. Staff is amazing.
Negative side is it’s far from Ubud but if you want the perfect mountain surroundings this is the perfect hotel.

Also there’s not a great variety of breakfast menu. But all in all it’s a great hotel.

The staff were absolutely wonderful — especially the lovely ladies who made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, the rest didn’t meet our expectations.

Our room felt like a basement: dark, noisy, and with an awkward view of people being massaged. The fridge was super loud, and the hotel overall very echoey — sleep was hard to come by.

The cascading pools looked nice, but the upper one was knee-deep, the main pool freezing, and the valley view overgrown. The yoga shala is beautiful, yet only one class at 7:30 a.m. feels limiting.

Restaurant seating was uncomfortable, and the gold “special dinner” chairs felt out of place. Check-in and check-out times are also quite strict.

Despite the great service, the hotel simply wasn’t our vibe — Bali has so many other charming options.

Vi var på bryllupsrejse og boede på Aksari en uge. Hotellet er smukt og ligger meget roligt væk fra by og støj. Vi havde booket en af deres to villaer, de ligger “afsides” fra de resterende værelser på hotellet. Der var fra og ro, i den forstanden at der ikke var støj fra de andre gæster. Dog er der en lille flod som løber langs med hotellet, og der kan man tydeligt høre vandet plaske - det var dog ikke en gene for os, men værd at nævne hvis man er lyd sensitiv. Vi var der i september måned og solen havde desværre svært ved at nå terrassen og poolen i villaen grundet de høje træer der afskærmer hotellet, så poolen var meget kold i villaen. For os var det fint at bruge hotellets store pools men hvis man tænker poolen er opvarmet så er det altså ikke tilfældet.
Hotellet har to restauranter og begge laver virkelig lækker mad. Personalet er søde og servicen er i top klasse.
Vi brugte en af hotellets chauffører, Wayan, han var sød og rar, god til at guide os og varetog vores interesser på bedste vis.
Vi blev ofte imødekommet af personalet i receptionen efter dagens oplevelser på øen og de var meget nysgerrige og interesseret i hvordan vores dag havde været og tilbød altid deres assistance hvis vi havde behov for hjælp.
Deres servicemanager, Wulan, var altid nærværende og smilende - man er ikke i tvivl om de gør alt hvad de kan for at man føler sig hjemme! Kæmpe ros til hele staben på Aksari! Vi kommer gerne igen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Helt fantastisk, personalet strakk seg til alle lengder for å gjøre oppholdet perfekt. De kjørte ut fra resorten for å fikse urter for kvalmen min(dehydrering). Maten var den beste jeg har smakt. Helt nydelig iskaffe. Villaen var en drøm, man bor midt i jungelen men føler seg likevel helt trygg. Anbefaler på det sterkeste å bo her, vi kommer definitivt tilbake her igjen om vi skal til Bali igjen. Dette er det fineste stedet vi har bod på noen gang. Med den beste servicen.
Anbefaler å prøve candel light dinner I kapellet og flouting breakfast, det var en helt magisk opplevelse.

最高の経験でした！まず、スタッフさん全員の対応が素晴らしくて感動しました。3人で泊まらせていただいたのですが、ウェルカムクッキーが美味しすぎて手が止まらなくなってしまったのですが、そのクッキーをわざわざ部屋まで持ってきていただいて嬉しかったてす。ベッドは広くてとても快適です。floating breakfastのオプションをつけたのですが、可愛らしいデザインにしてくれ、忘れられない経験になったのでつけるのをおすすめします。また泊まりたいです。

Hotellet er perfekt for en \"weekend getaway\" med nydelige omgivelser. Dette er ikke i gåavstand til noe som helst, men midt ute i jungelen. Stabben er veldig vennlig. Eneste negative er atfasilitetene (spesielt spaen) er rund 3 ganger så dyr som andre hotel på Bali.

Très bel hôtel, avec des choses à revoir !

Très bel hôtel, piscine magnifique, et personnel sympathique. Mention spéciale pour Korja au restaurant, qui est d’un grand professionnalisme. Également, le tea time l’après midi est très appréciable.
Mais beaucoup de choses sont à revoir pour un hôtel de ce standing et à ce prix :
- Ménage de la chambre fait partiellement, nous avons dû chaque jour demander des serviettes, eau, gel douche…
- La piscine est gelée, il n’y a donc personne qui se baigne. Également, dès qu’il pleut, ils enlèvent les matelas de la piscine. Sauf que ce n’est jamais remis ensuite, il faut à chaque fois demander pour avoir un matelas sur le transat.
Ce sont des petits détails, mais qui sont frustrants et qui gâchent l’expérience de cet hôtel de standing.
