Dirty room ,smoke smell ,gross , walked in walked out asked receptionist for a different room because of smell she said she could not accommodatethat request noticing there were empty rooms parking lot semi empty. Left and stayed at hampton inn lesson learned. This motel very sketchy. Would be nice if Hotel .com gave option to reimburse members when faced with slum places that dont match pictures. Dont stay at this Motel 6 .

Room and overall area is disgusting. Holes in the walls, busted doors, broken amenities, dirty floors and tweakers and drunks all hours of the night wandering outside around the vehicles and coming in and out of the rooms next door. At this point i wished i never found this place. This place should be reported to the city and be condemned for the nermerous health code violations let alone the massive trash pile by the dumpsters with trash strung out around the area.

I initially reserved a non-smoking unit and I was given a unit that smelled of smoke. It was unbearable. Additionally, there was construction in the next unit that started at 7AM. The staff however was nice enough to switch our rooms.

Room as outdated. There was mold in several places in the bathroom. Housekeeping was rather stingy with towels. Asked for a few extra towels as we had 4 people in our room, and was rudely told “give me what you want” meaning we had to give them the used ones and were only given the same in return. Forget about an extras for the other people in the room. Also saw a roach crawling on bathroom floor. And finally, we were staying for 2 days but we had to go back to registration to have our room key cards reactivated. No explanation other than “they work now”

The room was clean and maintained just fine. I appreciated that there is a microwave and fridge. I was very disappointed that I booked a two queen bed but they gave me a room with only one bed. They said they did not have any other rooms available which was very frustrating as now we didn’t have enough bed space for the number of people. Only options were to have someone sleep on the floor or find a hotel last minute which were all twice the price because it was now last minute. I understand the hotel might become full, but I do expect the number of beds that I reserved and prepaid for over a week ago, to be provided.

Our room was completely flooded out from an unknown source at the property the first night during our stay returning from a family event very late at night with kids, all of our belongings were completely soaking wet! Our elcetronic devices hair dryers/curls ruined blankets pillows were absolutely soaking wet that were on the beds , Hotel management was not helpful with this situation at all!
They did not want to give me a refund because they believed moving my family of 5 to sleep in a one bed was enough. Even though we had to transfer all of runied wet personal items from one room to another at 1am WITH KIDS! The type of people at that location are quite unsavory. This can't be blamed on the staff. They were helpful and quickly offered to change rooms for us when the room that we first had was unsatisfactory.

Yesterday we had a handicap room reserved but there was a pipe that broke so they gave us a different room. Ok or so we thought until we had twickers that kept knocking on our door looking for the person that had the same room before us. We like this because it is close to the hospital my daughter is in. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It was run like an hourly motel and traffic at 2 in the morning kept me up most of the nite. Pool was filthy. I booked 2 nites and left after the first nite to another location, losing my money for two rooms for the second nite. There was no way my family was staying another nite after what we experienced. Also, one of the rooms had cockroaches.

We were given room 130 which must be the worst room there. There was no mirror in the entire room. No refrigerator or microwave like I requested as I had 2 small children with me. The room door looked as if it had been kicked in previously and the bathroom door stuck so bad I started to have a panic attack because I couldn't get out. There was barely any water pressure. You couldn't flush the toilet and take a shower at the same time. I've stayed there before BUT never in that room and never will I again!!! The internet didn't work most of the time and the cable went out 2 separate occasions for a few hours both times!!!

Upon arriving to the property we noticed 2 dilapitated RVs parked directly across from the room we were assigned. The RVs looked like they hadn't moved in a few years, and had missing registration tags. The occupents of the RVs were shady and made us feel extremely uncomfortable, unfortunately we had no other option but to stay.. The room floor was sticky, the vent in the bathroom has likely never been cleaned, The tv remote had sticky gunk all over it. It was not a pleasant experience.

Upon entry, there were no less than 30 flies in the room, and we spent the first hour or so attempting to kill them all. The property and room were not well maintained, the walls were paper thin, and the ac unit was broken. I have stayed at other Motel 6 locations, and while not big on frills, they were much cleaner and safer.

We showed up to the hotel a half hour after check in. The front desk was empty and we were on a time constraint due to my parents getting married. We were informed that there was no room ready and they can call. Once I let them know we arrived in time to get ready for a wedding, they advised we should call ahead next time. Disgusting! We checked in about 2:00-2:30 and we left about 5:30. Our girls were exhausted so we decided to get a room for the night. The room had a musty smell but we looked passed it. Turned on ac and for a small room, it just seemed like it couldn’t get any cooler than 90 degrees in there. Then the clincher, my husband went to put a drink in the fridge and a roach….. came running out from the bottom of the fridge. We told front desk and they literally said there wasn’t anything they could do about it! Was pissed off to have spent any amount of money here! Oh well lesson learned
