The room was well equipped with fridge, coffe, kettle and a few utensils so can do bf on your own if you wish.
Deborah
Our room was not properly cleaned. The floor had black hair all over it, the AC unit was very dirty and there was splatter on the light fixture in the bathroom. We complained and we're moved to a different room. That room was cleaner but the remote for the TV was missing. The replacement didn't synch to the TV. We had very low sound that couldn't be remedied. We were given free breakfast in the restaurant as compensation.
Nicole
Chateau Nova is always a great place to stay. It is clean and takes the little steps to make sure comfort is taken into account. For example real coffee mugs instead of paper ones in the room.
Tayler
Very clean room with a big bathroom and fresh comfy bedding.
Sarah
Clean room, friendly staff, convenient lounge
Helen
We were there 3 nights and our room was never cleaned! We called every day. Gross to not have clean towels and coffee and bed made. Very disappointing considering it was not busy

All good other than coffee pots in room do not have the proper coffee supply. The coffee bags provided do not match the type of coffee pot. They are for a single cup coffee pot, not a 4 cup machine.
Myrine
Good check in. Friendly staff.
Philip
The staff were friendly, room was clean and bed comfortable. Carpets in hall and elevator could use replacement.

Nice and clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds, good quality towels, quiet. Should add USB charger ports on the night tables, everything was great otherwise.
Mike

Fantastic staff: customer service excellence. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

Chateau Nova Peace River is a well maintained and kept hotel. While they don't have a pool or hottub and does not include a breakfast, it is definitely a higher end hotel that is worth staying at. Front desk staff was very friendly.
Thomas
Stayed 2 nights. Both times no internet. Afternoon staff person useless. But day shift staff are great.
Thomas

The first room they gave us has the dirtiest mattress i have ever seen, i walked in checked it , called the front desk and demanded a different room, they came immediately and moved us to a room the manager had checked, it had food under the couch , under the table as well, a key card and hair elastic were under the couch, dust covered everything, stains on the wall....
housekeeping is a joke at this hotel......

Was a little concerned upon entering the building due to people loitering about at the front entryway and in the lobby who didn’t seem to be staying there. Additionally despite the hotel being newer it wasn’t as clean as expected. The bathroom sink wasn’t very clean and there was some kind of dirt on what was to be fresh toilet paper.
The positives were the kind and considerate staff who offered us to change rooms and honored a complimentary breakfast which tasted very good.

We love supporting local businesses, and every time we visit Peace River we choose to stay at Chateau Nova. Unfortunately, this will be the last time.
We had almost no sleep due to extremely loud neighbors who were arguing throughout the entire night. We called the front desk multiple times to report the noise — at 11 PM, again at 3 AM, then at 5 AM, and again around 7 AM. Despite repeatedly asking for help with the situation, the noise continued.
When we mentioned the issue to the front desk agent during checkout, no solution or compensation was offered, which was very disappointing.
The only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars is because the breakfast was delicious and the server was amazing.
If you are traveling with your family and hoping for a quiet night’s rest, you may want to consider staying somewhere else.

i liked the Entertainment box int he room, though it was kinda just hanging on top of the TV. The only thing i didnt like was that the remote didnt turn the TV off, because i like to fall almost asleep while watching something and then turn it off. but thats not a show stopper, i was glad i spent a few more bucks on this property than others that were a little cheaper, this was worth it. My card also deactivated between the 2 nights but that could have been my fault as well.

Room was nice, clean. The restaurant was good but the only thing that takes this hotel down a lot in my book is no breakfast unless you want to buy it. I obviously didn't read that first!!

Clean and nice facility.
Melissa
The rooms were great the front staff was great so all good there. There is one complaint I have to pass on. The service in the lounge was terrible. We both ordered a chefs salad for supper and it was so fresh and wonderful however the waitress was absent we waited for drinks and had to call out to bar to get attention to get takeout containers when we were ready to go. She didn’t know the product on menu and it’s a shame it wasn’t busy and she only had us and maybe one other table. You have a lot going for you for a hotel do yourself a favour and make staff choices that make your facility memorable.
Peter
