Overall the entire place was nice, little dirt here and there but it’s understandable it’s out in the hill country. The staff could be a little more helpful in a certain issue that I had other than that they were ok. Kitchen in the unit is very helpful if you are trying to save cost on eating out. They gym was small but convenient

This was my second time here and It was so clean and relaxing. Even with it 47 degrees outside when I arrived they had the hot tub and heated pool on for us to enjoy! If you need a relaxing time away - this is a great property with a beautiful view. You have to try the star gazing show they have on Saturday nights. Unbelievable.

My room was so spacious and inviting. The kitchen had everything I needed, and more, for my weekend stay - full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, blender, and tools for cooking and grilling. The bathroom was huge and the bedding was high quality with plenty of pillows. I left my pillow when heading home, and they messaged me to pick it up, ship it, or get rid of it - EVERY hotel should have this service! The pool and rec area had beautiful views in the morning and evening, it was very nice to sit out with my dinner and watch the sunset.
My only complaint was at check-in I was told to go to the concierge, and it was just a sales pitch. I was so tired from driving for 4.5 hours so I was pretty annoyed.

We were in town volunteering at Lions Camp clean up day in Kerrville as a group of four friends. The property and amenities are wonderful. Our 2 bed, 2 bath condo was perfect. Clean and bright, quiet with a private balcony where we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise. The kitchen is well stocked, pool towels and extra pillows/bedding were handy. We enjoyed the wine tasting in the community/game room and the pool area is beautiful with views of the Hill Country. I highly recommend going to the Star Gazing party too! Just one thing that kept me giving 5 stars is the time share presentation after check in. We arrived after a 7 hour drive at 9:30pm and the last thing anyone wants to do is answer questions about why you’re here, who is staying with you or “are you married?”.
I feel there are better ways to approach this with guests.

The room was clean, and the kitchen accessories great. Our ac vent was dirty but staff came and cleaned it right away. Our Murphy bed was comfy but was still broken in the same spot from last year as we stayed in the same room. We love it here as the pool hot tub and play areas are great. We are coming back in July. You can not go wrong by making reservations here.

Excellent experience. The property was clean and well designed. The two pools were beautiful with one slightly heated for adults. The star party event Saturday night was awesome - kudos to the astronomer and his telescope. The property is surrounded by oaks and cedars and sits on a hilltop ridge. It felt private, but restaurants weren’t far in Kerrville. I didn’t realize it was a time share property and was surprised to be asked to join a sales tour. But it wasn’t required - I declined and it was no big deal.

I would highly recommend staying at this location. The rooms and the property were great. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. They will offer you a gift to go to a timeshare presentation but they were not pushy at all. Matter of fact we enjoyed the presentation. I used to sell timeshare 30 years ago and I went mostly to see a modern presentation. I wish it would have been like it is now back in my day. The presentation was short and the salesman really listened to me. When we told him \"no\" there was no push and they didn't hold us hostage while they tried to close over and over again. Gave me a much better view of the timeshare industry.

The room was great. But not being informed ahead of time that this was a timeshare property was insulting. Then at check in the concierge tries to make you feel obligated to attend a timeshare meeting on one of the mornings of our stay was even more insulting. I hate being pressured about anything when I am supposed to be relaxing on a vacation.If I had known this was a time share scam I would not have booked the room.And to top it off they hold $40 to make sure you go to the meeting.

Large condo with many amenities. Even gave packets of laundry soap for the washer/dryer located in the condo! Seasoning packets as well as salt and pepper was also supplied which was great for cooking at the resort. The grounds and area were beautiful. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at WorldMark Hunt – Stablewood Springs Resort. Check-in was incredibly easy, and Tracy was wonderful—she texted us all the information we needed ahead of time and even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which made us feel very welcome.

The location is perfect: quiet and scenic, yet close enough to Kerrville and Fredericksburg for shopping, dining, and wineries. The views were beautiful, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the large hot tub and pool.

The amenities were a great bonus—there were board games available to check out, plus a ping pong table and pool table, which made for fun evenings. Overall, it was a relaxing, comfortable, and well-managed resort, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Our ring was very nice however we had to lug our luggage by Shoulder and hand to the room because there were no carts available. We asked the person working the front desk and he told us they had two and he guess they were being used. we were extremely dissatisfied about that. I did speak with the general manager and she said she would pass it on. Also, we were not happy about having to pay $100 deposit instead of the normal $25 due to the hotel having a bar and issues they had had with other people.

Con - The studio room murphy bed is not comfortable at all. I would recommend reconfiguring this room with a real bed. Also, water temp in the shower was room temp, but maintenance corrected the 2nd night.

The room was beautiful, a home away from home! It was clean, had everything I needed (as far as cookware, silverware, coffee cups, wine glasses & down to storage for the food I prepared), the bed comfy & the fire place made it so cozy!! The grounds were kept clean. Pool & hot tub, OMG, has a beautiful view over the hills of Kerriville!! It was a 10/10 place to stay that’s for sure!! The staff were great as well!!

I don't like the wifi policy/price, but that is well overshadowed by the excellent facility and service. It is a 5-star resort. The area has been hurt by the flooding, parks and restaurant closings, but we will return because of the WorldMark resort.

What a gem!

Stablewood Springs Resort is nested in the hills in a beautiful quiet and picturesque area. The condos are so well decorated, spacious, and functional. The pool area is impeccable, fun, and relaxing! Yes they managed to have all three in one area broken down by zones. The children and kids at heart can use the slide for a fun dip in the large pool, then heat up in the hot tub, or just swim laps in the heated pool above, unless you just want to relax by the fire pit, all with a view! There's also an activity center with games, and many activities like wine tasting, tie dye , arts and craft.. Overall this place is a gem for a fun and relaxing stay! I strongly recommend!

Location is great overall but you have to know which suites to stay in. We got the presidential suite for the view but our specific suite had tons of thick trees taller than the porch and up against the house which completely blocked any view whatsoever. That was pretty disappointing. They also required us to do our own dishes and take out our own trash to the dumpsters on site. Normally I’d be okay with that at a holiday inn; not a place I just spent $200 a night at. Wifi also is not provided with that cost; you have to pay for their wifi service. Staff were friendly and helpful when asked questions. They try to get you to hear their pitch for timeshares but if you are good at saying no, then it’s fine. Just an average stay for us; we probably won’t return.

My initial impression of the place was “lack of management”. Then I realized that management is there, they are just confused.

I thought I booked a hotel. Only to realize there’s no housekeeping or room service, and I have to take out the trash.

Property is spacious, but outdated and cheaply built. Again, I thought I booked a hotel. Only to settle into an apartment complex and fall asleep to the sound of my upstairs neighbor’s loud snoring.

Upon arrival, we encountered about 10 employees and NO one greeted us. The receptionist welcomed us to the “resort” and told us to make sure to take out the trash, do our own dishes, and see “the lady”. The lady proceeded to strong arm us into a time share presentation. No was not a good enough answer the first couple times. But she got the point eventually.

I have no problem staying at a short term rental if that’s what is advertised. However, don’t welcome me to the resort and tell me to clean up after myself in one sentence. Not the best way to sell your time share. Management, it’s all about setting expectations. Make up your mind and quit calling yourself a resort.
