Maybe they have rooms that have been updated, but I was surprised this hotel was rated “very good.” The room we had was very worn and needs refreshed. There was mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom, the carpet was worn, scrapes on the walls, the bed was not comfortable, the linens were thin, old and worn out, but the pillows were good. There wasn’t much to the breakfast. I would not stay here again.

Room was spacious for 4 people for an overnight stay. It was clean and functional. The light in the bathroom was amazing … best I’ve ever seen, almost too bright for the small space. :-)

Front desk staff were friendly and competent. Parking was just outside our ground level room and was not overcrowded. Air conditioning was good and not noisy in this room.

However there was no microwave oven or ironing facilities. The small fridge worked well.

Parking is tight and limited so plan accordingly. The rooms are clean and spacious but a loud noise was constantly humming throughout the night as if a fan or vent was on which we could not find. It was not in our room but coming from the wall behind our bathroom area. Staff was serious but helpful. Overall i would book this room again because of convenience and price.

The room was decent, but definitely not worth what we paid. It's in desperate need of an upgrade. This hotel has high ratings for their breakfast, but unfortunately were not able to enjoy it. We went to breakfast around 9:30 and were told the breakfast area was closed. The lady did offer to let us get a to-go plate, but there didn't seem to be enough for 5 people. We've stayed at plenty of hotels and all see to serve breakfast until 10. The attendant at check-in was not very friendly or welcoming. She wasn't exactly rude, but maybe could use a refresher on hospitality/customer service skills.

First of all after 6 hours driving she makes us wait for her to finish a cigarette outside then our bathroom door was key locked and she wasn’t the least bit eager to fix problem. She finally gave us different room. Still making us wait while she smoked again. I need to also mention we have a disabled daughter in wheelchair and inspite of our daughter she still could not assist with anything! Not front desk friendly

This is an old property that needs to be updated. The stair case to the second floor looks like it going to fall down. It needs to b be repaired and repainted. The rooms are ugly. I had a feeling of being very unsafe in this location. I ended up leaving and just losing my money. I would never stay at this place.

The toilet ran off and on all night. It felt unsafe. It is right off of the interstate so maybe that is why. The staff was not real friendly. The breakfast was also not real good. We will not stay there again and we like best westerns. It appears that this is more of a truck stop hotel then a family one.
