Were given a room w/ 1 bed. We reserved 2 queen beds. Went back to the office, and he sent us to a different building with dog poop in the parking lot and a dirty hallway. Only 2 pillows on each bed for four people. Went back and requested more towels and pillows. He came back with 1 pillow, told me we should be fine because we already had 1 pillow per person and they only had 1 pillow left. Mold on the shower curtain & bathroom ceiling. 2 of the outlets including the 1 in between the beds are broken. That 1 doesn’t work unless pressed in on, so the bedside light doesn’t work either. 1 of the bedside lights is snapped, so it wouldn’t turn on safely if plugged into a working outlet. The outlet that the microwave is plugged into comes out of the wall if you try to unplug anything from it. There were only 4 outlets to begin w/. 2 of them have the appliances plugged into them, so there aren’t enough plugs to charge our phones for the night. The microwave has the plastic piece that turns the turntable snapped off. The furniture is all dirty and broken. There’s no coffee maker in the room. I remember seeing something about coffee available, but after the response I got when asking for the pillows/towels we needed, I hate to think what the response would be if I asked about it since there clearly wasn’t any in the office. We were kept up past midnight by a man in the next room screaming obscenities for multiple hours and when we left there was dog poop smeared on the hallway floor.

This was one of the most disgusting hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The condition of the room was shocking and completely unacceptable for paying guests.
The mattresses were flat, misshapen, and heavily stained with deep yellow discoloration that looked unsanitary and unsafe to sleep on. To make matters worse, the mattresses were actually smaller than the cheap metal cot-style bed frames they sat on. Because of this, you could clearly see the dirt, debris, and built-up filth accumulated around the mattress and frame — something no guest should ever have to see.
The room itself was bare and uncomfortable, with no lamps, no end tables, and no decor — just a plain white room under harsh fluorescent lighting that made the space feel more like a prison cell than a hotel.
The bathroom was equally disturbing, with stained tile that appeared poorly cleaned and neglected. There were also cigarette burns on the TV stand, reinforcing the overall impression that maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority here.
This was not simply an older or budget hotel — the room was filthy and far below basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. Based on the condition of the accommodations

Despite friendly staff and the room being updated a bit, there were cockroaches in the room and burn holes in the bedding. The building is adjacent to the busy highway, so it is very noisy. The rattling of the AC unit also didn’t help. Also, frequent police patrols through the property also did not make us feel safe.

Very run down hotel and room. Employee was under the influence of who knows what. Faucet in bathroom water pressure was extremely low. Shower water faucets nearly falling off. Shower water pressure was weak and no hot water. I stayed in the Handicap Room #319.
Overall an unsatisfactory experience.

Horrible service. They ran out of the paperwork that needed to be singed at check in. Wrote the room # on a 1in by 1in peice of paper. Got to our room and there were holes in celing. Mold all over bathroom celing. The fridge had a inch of brown in the freezer. Bed were rock hard. 2 pillows for 3 people. Asked for more was told to come back around 10pm 11 pm. The sheets were stained. Very noisy dogs barking all night. Will not be staying there again.

Pets were welcome with lots of yard to run that was away from the traffic. The floors were swept but not washed. The tub/shower was fiberglass with thick soap scum. Someone had sprayed a cleaner on it that did cut through the scum to the fiberglass, but no scrubbing was done. FILTHY

Water is brown. Mirrors, toilets, stands are always dirty. I was checked into a room that smelled of urine, cigarettes, and dirty dog smell in the bed. I had to change rooms. I also thought my sheets did not get changed in another room I stayed in they were covered in long gray hair.

The non-smoking room smelled heavily of tobacco. Wirings and piping were exposed on the wall. Cabinets were crooked water was leaking behind the toilet. The worst part is you won’t get a good nights sleep because the ceiling is so thin. You can hear every movement upstairs when you live on the first floor. I did appreciate the microwave oven and refrigerator.

The main office was locked, so we had to check in through the laundry room. The room itself was dirty, missing pillows, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. It smelled as though someone had been living in it. The sink was clogged and filled with dirty water. The corridor was unclean, and groups of people were gathering outside our window, talking and laughing throughout the night. I do not recommend staying here.

When we walked into the building where our rooms were the smell was horrific. Entering our room was filthy with dust and dirt clumps a bug crawling on the floor. The bathroom door casing had what looked like blood and also a spot of feces. The tub had scum rings and hair in it. The lights over each bed only 1 had a bulb in it. When checking the bed there were stains on sheets and mattress was covered in stains. There was hole in the wall. When I complained the guy just said he had no other rooms available and that yes he had checked for cleanliness. The outside doors didn’t have working security anyone off the streets could walk right in. It was after midnight when we arrived or I would have just got a refund and gone elsewhere. Instead we didn’t dare to remove shoes till on the bed and felt if we showered it would be even worse so we legit laid on the bed slept and left. I will never ever go to a motel 6 again.

The shower had no pressure, floor needed a good cleaning, 2 guests but was only given 1 room key (d/t shortage of keys according to clerk), key had to be rekeyed next day and had deactivated, coffee was scarce and no creamer or sugar, no microwave in room, uncomfortable bed and only 2 crappy pillows and very thin blanket. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room only 2 measly bars of soap, no coffee pot in room, the stairs and walkways needed sweeping, grounds not neatly kept, room smelled musty. OVERALL HORRIBLE. One good thing was the a/c unit worked great and cooled the room VERY FAST.

The hallway was filthy and the room stank of urine. It was uninhabitable, and my family decided we could not stay there. I talked with the night manager, who was sympathetic, but he said the hotel was full - much of it with \"long-term stays\" who behave poorly. So we found a room at the nearby Clarion Inn, which was clean and pleasant. Expedia customer service responded efficiently in processing my request for a refund, however, the end result was that the Motel 6 property manager refused to refund us anything.

The worst day of my life and that is not a joke

I plan my trip there because of the beautiful pool on their homepage guess what it’s been closed for three years. That’s the only reason why I booked my stay there they ruined my vacation. They wouldn’t give me money back. They treated me like garbage and the place was a filthy pigsty Management was rude. The place was full of section 8 people living there with animals and dogs the key cards never worked every time I came back at night 1230 in the morning. Let’s go get a new key card then you gotta go through the security window in 100° room where they’re doing laundry because I guess they get robbed or shot there. It is not a place for guests.
