Worse experience: stain on the bed and towels, bed railings pure dust; room very musty we cough all weekend literally pure suffocation from that hotel. The room smell old. No smoking signs useless. Ceiling spots on it. The chair in the room ripped up. Shower head look like never wash since up. Breakfast made no sense never could get.

Our room was very dirty no housekeeping for the 5 nights we were there. I requested dishes for 2 people but none was available because we had a kitchen suite. The furniture was very dusty with mold a rust in bathroom sink & around shower faucet & shower, I had to use our garbage can to catch the water from bathroom sink. Breakfast consisted of a coffee or tea & a Nutri grain bar. We would never stay thereagain

Walked into my room to find the bathroom door with multiple holes in it and the room had an off putting smell. TV didn’t work. Heat didn’t work. Walls, door, and ceiling are all paper thin. Extremely loud neighbors. Window covering was absolutely terrible. Seemed like daytime all night.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life.

I made a reservation from February 22nd to 24th. In the early morning of the 23rd, the hotel lost power. We were left without electricity and without heating during a snowstorm, in extremely low temperatures. The hotel does not have a generator, so we were freezing in our room.

Around 10:00 AM, we went to the front desk and canceled our second night. The front desk attendant wrote everything down on paper since none of the systems were working at the time.

However, we never received a refund for the canceled night.

I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. There was no responsibility for the safety of the guests. We had to seek shelter in a local church because the hotel offered absolutely no support, even knowing that we were with children in total darkness.

Nothing to write home about. Nothing in the room to cook with. Stayed in room 422, beds are on thin metal stilts. Door across the hall had crack I could see into through. Location is good, near supermarket, fast food, beer store and gas station. Lots of live in tenants and sketchy cars in parking lot. Shower was warm, water pressure great and bathroom was nice. TV had limited channels, shades only, no blinds. Overall it's good for a pinch if you expect bare essentials.

Front desk staff was really nice but overwhelmed. The whole hotel smelled awful. Had I been able to be refunded, I would have left. The \"breakfast\" included was laughable. Very disappointing, and not worth the cost I paid. We had to go to the front desk 5x within 1 hour.

The entire episode was out of the twilight zone. Shady characters waiting to squeeze in the door to the building, general chaos of activity squeezing through narrow passageways. Our room was absolutely disgusting. Ripped furniture, dirty sink, dirty bare floors etc. we left after 10 minutes.

The walls and ceiling of room 325 have black stuff all over them. Liquid stains on the headboards. Full size beds NOT QUEEN AS ADVERTISED! The windows blinds didn’t block any light so you would have thought it was daylight all night.. and worst of all was the smells coming from the heater and hallways.. absolutely disgusting… does corporate ever check this place? Cause it’s NEEDED!

Also the clerk that checked me in was completely bothered that I was there. Like I was interrupting her. Was very short, didn’t give any information or directions where we were going. Just put the key on the desk and went back to ignoring us. I had to ask twice where and how to get to our room.

Honest review here. The vibe of this facility was that of mainly people who needed temp housing. No issue with that at all. Everyone was cool, staff was awesome, place was clean!! What absolutely killed the experience for me was the bed. It was, without doubt, the worst bed I have ever attempted to sleep in my entire life. I could not get comfortable at all and barely slept. I was up for a bowling tournament and the bed was so uncomfortable that I had to withdraw from the event as I woke up with significant discomfort in my hips and lower back. I absolutely WILL NOT stay at this establishment again, and do not recommend it. But again, I want to be clear that the staff was AWESOME!

Aside from the sticky floor, worlds smallest breakfast and absolutely wrecked furniture (probably from someone's cat), the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pans that were provided had Teflon flakes coming off into food, so bring your own pan. Bed was nice.

This hotel was very dirty. Service was good at the desk but i wouldnt stay at this hotel again. If it was half price then i couldnt complain. But to pay over $100 to stay in a nasty hotel is absurd. The room was dirty and there were stains on the walls. The Breakfast was coffee and muffins. Signs for oatmeal but no oatmeal. Only utensils were plastic spoons. This is an only if your desperate location. Not a recommended hotel!

I was highly disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The main reason we chose this hotel was to have access to a kitchen. However, when we entered our room, we found filthy floors, countertops, and the bathroom. There were no kitchen supplies in the room; you had to get them at the front desk. We were provided with two plates, two cups, two pans, two bowls, and plastic utensils from a grocery store, but we only received two. The stove top was broken and wouldn’t work, and it took four calls before anyone came to fix it.
Additionally, if you need extra towels, please bring your old towels to the front desk before you can receive new ones. I signed that you are also responsible for taking out your garbage. I refused to do this. I believe we are entitled to a refund due to being misled by false advertising.

I stayed here for 2 days and nights, when I entered the room, I raised the window blinds and when I wanted to lower them, they never went down. I tried calling the room service but to my surprise the phone wasn't working as well. I went down the other day morning and informed the staff about it. They said someone will come to my room soon, but no one came to see it even after 4 hours. I went to the reception again and they said they can't really do anything about it as there's no maintenance guy available for the next 3 days. Moreover, there were hairs on the bed and on all the towels provided by them. They mentioned free breakfast, which was a big lie as there was only bread and coffee available. No hair dryer in the room and worst service what so ever. My experience with my family was terrible. Thank you.

This hotel was disgusting. I don't think anyone had cleaned the room before we arrived because the floor was dusty and had small trash bits on it (small pieces of tissue, clumps of dirt, etc.). It was also really sketchy - a bunch of people hanging out in the parking lot constantly (like with camp chairs smoking). I did not feel very safe, especially with a child. Definitely would not recommend.

I found it unacceptable to have a ripped leather sofa in our room. It was so dirty and ripped that I couldn’t get myself to sit on it during my stay.
Clean bathroom and kitchenette, but they didn’t provide the cooking ware including the coffee machine. I called the front desk to get it to me but she said it was unavailable currently and that she would call when available. Unfortunately, i checked out without getting these kitchen ware nor the coffee machine I requested.
Keep in mind to get your kitchen stuff just in case.

Overall, it was Okay, but i doubt i will ever come back.

I would usually opt for more accommodations but it was a last minute trip to Phish and all the rooms were $$$ in Manchester. For one night it was fine. No utensils was rough with having yogurt. No plates. Bed was comfortable enough. Very quiet and clean outside. Bathroom was a little dirty. Some furniture bear up. Wall was dirty too but not the worst. Clean it up a bit and it would be ok.

Après de longues heures de voyage, la dame n’était pas à son poste, après quelques minutes et 2 autres clients après nous, nous avons dû sonner pour qu’elle apparaisse au comptoir… oui il y’a un écriteau qui mentionne de sonner mais quand même. Demander l’heure de fermeture pour le outlet, l’information n’était pas exacte. Puis nous avons débarqué nos valises à la chambre. La toilette était vraiment malpropre. Pris en photo et montrer cela à la dame, nous avons changé de chambre. Nous étions fatigués. La dame était désolée et vouloir nous promettre un dédommagement par la suite (crédit), ce qui n’a pas été fait.

The noise level from the road felt like I was sleeping in the parking lot. I didn't sleep all night, my two friends had the same experience in their rooms. There were no curtains on the windows, just blinds, so the room was lit up all night from the outdoor lights. I would not recommend the hotel!!

The room was a good size, and the bed comfortable. The assist handle in the bathtub was missing, it looked as if something had been put in the tub and it was not properly cleaned. The tub drain was clogged and particles came up into the tub as the tub filled. There was a lip under the counter top in the bathroom sink that showed what appeared to be mold which had been over looked while cleaning. And the chair in the room, though comfortable, was very worn and ratty looking. I took some photos however the feature on this review page won't allow me to upload them.

Unfortunately, our visit was less than ideal. It took over 30mins for us to check in despite being the only patrons there. There was an issue with one of the staff members that left us locked out and waiting for a room late at night. Beyond apologizing, there was no recognition of the inconvenience. Once we finally received a room it was on the top floor and the entery light wasn't working. After making our way in, and turning on a light by the bed, we could see the chair next to the bed was so worn it had holes in the armrests. There was a large scratch (~2ft long) mark on wall against were the chair was placed. The room had all of the advertised accommodations for having an \"extended\" stay, however besides that, this room was no better that a Motel 6. Oh and the advertised \"free breakfast\" was just Nutragrain bars....nothing else...no fruit, no simple pastries...just Nutragrain bars. I guess it was good that we really only needed the room to sleep one night before driving back home, however I expected better. If I had known, I would have spent a few extra dollars to at least get a real breakfast at a different hotel.

Ash buckets were disgusting doesnt make for a welcoming entrance! TV although had Direct I believe the guide had no names of shows it reflected \"no information \" on every channel...No ICE machine???..

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in

I had an absolutely awful stay at this Extended Stay hotel in Merrimack, NH. From the moment I walked in, the entire place smelled musty and unclean. My room was filthy—dust, dirt, and grime everywhere, and the bathroom was disgusting. The heating didn't work, and to make matters worse, most of the charging outlets were non-functional.

The noise level was unbearable, with people running up and down the halls all night. On top of that, dogs were barking constantly throughout the hotel, and to make matters worse, there was dog feces all over the property. The parking lot was a nightmare—completely unshoveled and unsafe.

The service was equally disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing any of the issues I experienced. This place is in serious need of better management and a complete overhaul.

I would never stay here again and strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Save your money and book somewhere else!

Heat did not work when I arrived to my room. Took a while to realize the fuse was switched off (why?). Water damage in the shower area, shower head leaked a lot of water. A lot of noise travel from room to room. Various area had not been vacuumed/swept. Poor snow removal. Poor lighting.

Only complaints one of the cabinets were broke off and laying on the floor upon arrival. And one of the comforters appeared dirty.

I did call the front desk and let them know about the broken cabinet so I would not be charged and she was extremely apologetic. We were only there for a short period so it wasn’t a huge concern.
