I have stayed here about 10 times. They are starting to redo the room so it is still in a transitional phase but looks 1000X better than it did 5 years ago. Great location with a great bar 20 steps away and one of the nations best diner across the street.

First off the bathroom still had poop stains all over the bowl. Second the shower had pubic hair in every corner and on the walls. Bedding was old and poor condition with large sticky stains on it. If I could have gotten a refund and pay twice as much down the road I would have. Truly disappointed.

Computer system was down for check-in. Booked a room with a king-sized bed. Not available. Got offered a room with 2 queen-sized beds. Ended up getting a room with a single queen-sized bed on the ground floor next to the parking lot and all the smokers. No water fountain to fill a water bottle. The breakfast area consists of two, tiny tables and 8 chairs. The room floor was dirty. Only one light was functioning in the room. The mini-fridge and the AC were very loud. What a shame. This hotel and it's management can and should do much better.

Agreed to accomadate a handicapped room and upon arrival they gave it to someone else. Place smelled of marijuana in the halls and elevator. Room was dirty blankets, floor and bathroom. Place needs a state inspection.

Second time I have stayed here on this trip - first night a week earlier was better, but overall, the property feels kind of dingy - carpeting smells musty like an old apt bldg - the elevator squeaks like it needs maintenance and threshold is filthy going into it - clean your property. There were rowdy people on the floor 2nd night I stayed making racket till 1:15AM - not OK for a lodging facility.

Front desk was a loaner spent 2 hours looking for rooms that were booked and could not locate it. I had to pay twice the price for a booking that day vs the ones I did weeks prior. The language barrier was horrible and the front desk staff lacked training of their system. They would not provide me with a numbered receipt but rather a printout of the reservation without price payed out. I asked for a manager on check in and check out and both times a manager was not available. Lesson learned I won't ever purchase rooms there again

Truly the worst property I've ever encountered. Dirty & dismal. From the filthy, stained lobby furniture to the crumbs in the bed, to the cigarette-burns in the comforter, to the disgusting shower. One of the beds even had what appeared to be a sheet of foam instead of a blanket. The little taped-on-the-walls 'warning' notes from management didn't help either. Absolutely terrible. Avoid like the plague (which you well might catch there).

The bed in the room is comfy. The room has no mirror outside the bathroom. No place to hang coats or other clothes. Very few outlets to use as well. Not many places to eat outside of a diners and taverns nearby. The person thst checked us in neglected to tell us that none of the side entrances can be used even though your key will open the door. The emergency alarm will trigger. Not much parking. Not enough room for guests to get food or enjoy the breakfast thats offered.

Upon arrival to the room, the light switch entering did not work. We arrived late and the room was very dark. We had to use our flashlight on our phones to find the switches on the lamps by the bed. The next day after waking up and the room had more natural I unfortunately found stains on the lower half of the bed that appeared to be stains from bowel movements of former guests. Upon leaving in the morning for the event we were in town for, there was no staff at the front desk to report this to. I have pictures to show what was seen. Upon returning the line was so long and I was exhausted I just returned to our room. We checked out as soon as we woke up because we could not wait to leave!!

A toddler wouldn’t eat that. People party in the parking lot all night. So mad we got stuck there. Not worth the money. If you can find a better place, GO THERE. The foyer was extremely dirty (greasy counter, dirty floor, trash can overflowing). Messy: desks behind the counter with piles of paperwork all over the place. Too many people loitering around/ walking/ waiting???? We had been assigned to a room on the first floor. When we requested a quieter and safe place, we were moved to the 4th floor, where it was indeed quieter and there seem not to have other guests in adjoining rooms. The room was ok at the end (clean and comfortable) but the place in general made us feel somewhat unsafe. Definitely not worth what we paid for the night.

Don’t make the same mistake as me and stay here. The pictures made it look like it was updated. It was so terrible. We went to Walmart and bought pillows and blankets because we were too scared to sleep under the covers it was that bad. The vent in the bathroom was missing the cover and there was black mold in it. The pillows on the bed were 12x12 couch pillows. The rug was stained the color difference under the bed to the rest of the room was crazy. There was a nose ring on the ground which made me think it wasn’t even vaccumed. The man at the desk was too busy on the phone to help us check in. We sat there waiting for him to finish his personal conversation to help us. Every night we arrived there was a man laying across the entrance on the ground smoking a cigarette with a bottle of liquor in his hand. We had to step over his feet one night because he was fast asleep. I honestly can’t believe I paid to stay here nevermind the fact that they home a security deposit for this place. I got there on 9/20/24 checked in I asked the guy if I could pay when I check out he said it’s all paid I said no I want to use a different card then what I booked with he said yes you can pay on check out. Got to my room it smelled like mildew BAD! There was what looked like blood splatters on the ceiling and a bullet hole above the bed. On Sunday I saw the charge on my discover and it didn’t match my hotel.com amount so I questioned it. The guy had no clue I told him to figure it out and I’ll check back when I get back as I had a wedding to get too. When I came back that evening the workers were high as a kite the office reeked of marijuana and they gave me some bogus line on how it’s taxes and this and that all taxes were added to hotel.com numbers still didn’t match. At this time I said I want to pay for my room gave them the card I wanted to use they told me I was all set. I asked where my receipt was he said you get it in the morning when you check out, I said I am checking out at 330 he said that’s fine. I also mentioned the issues with my room and I was blown off! Also not once did room service change out my towels for clean ones or do anything else. I will defiantly be calling customer service and filing a HUGE complaint. And to top it off they took my other credit card number and still charged the room to the wrong card! They also charged me more then I was supposed to be charged!! Never again don’t waste your time or money on this DUMP!!
