Light beside the bed was missing not bolted to the wall anymore. TV came on but you couldn't change channels. Is a vibration coming from the ceiling kept me up half the night. Couldn't find any glasses then we discovered the dishwasher was full nothing put away.

Having a full kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils is great. Bonus if free breakfast.
Biggest complaint was staffing and resources when magnetic key system failed for the whole weekend. Why would operations manager not staff up front desk as a contingency. We had to wait for 15 mins for staff to return from escorting guests to be let in with master key. During busy weekend with the hotel at capacity. It is absurd that the manager didn’t think how this would impact customers. Duh. Bad faux pas on mgmt. They should have compensated something to the guests as a consolation. It really negatively impacted my experience staying at this hotel.

I had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience.

The pool was a highlight—perfect for the kids and a great way to unwind. It was clean and well-kept.

The only small issue was with the shower curtain, as it didn’t stay properly on the hooks. A simple upgrade to sturdier hooks or a more secure curtain setup would make a big difference. That said, it was a very minor inconvenience compared to everything else was.

Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d happily return!

This is a very nice hotel. The reason for my negative review is the staffing and the manager ignoring our calls and expedias calls regarding a promise of a discount they had made. We arrived on time for our check in around 3:30 or so. We were told our room was not ready because they were understaffed and that we need to wait 40-45 minutes. So, we understood and came 2 hours later around 5:30 assuming they had enough time, but our room still wasn’t ready. After informing them we had a place to be by 7:00 they finally upgraded our room and offered a discount for our trouble. Which was great and we were satisfied. But, they ended up charging us $240 for the upgrade which then took a few days for the charge to disappear. We were then told they could not immediately provide us with the promised discount because we booked through Expedia. We were told to call the manager the next day. We did, twice and the manager never returned our messages. We then brought this to Expedia’s attention, they attempted to reach the property and the manager. Again, no reply to Expedia's messages. We never received our promised discount for making us wait for our room. So, the issue is definitely one of trust and honesty coming from the manager at this hotel. Nice place but poor customer service and dishonesty with their promises. You cannot trust what they tell you. I waited a week to write this review because I understand a hotel being understaffed an issues arising. But they lied to us.

I really like this hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable abd sound proof. The linens are nice and a full kitchen away from the beds. Tons of storage and closet space even in the basic room. Lighting could be better as a tiny complaint.

One improvement is allowing trays for the breakfast up to the rooms. Breakfast ends early nice to get it and bring to sleeping family.

Staff was really nice!! Every one professional and friendly. Got food delivered to room no problem. Good wifi abd easy access to highway. Cheap drinks at happy hour and they let you bring your own snacks.

Beautiful room but. was dirty. Glass was not clean in the shower, stains on the walls, wipe marks all over the microwave and the carpet was dirty. The pool was green. Also the breakfast was cold and tasteless. We had to use plastic forks instead of actual steel utensils. Really? Never again.

I’ve stayed here in the past and all was great. This time made me change my mind about returning. We booked 2 nights through hotels.com. I had to cancel due to a family emergency. I understood I would have to pay for the first night. Hotels.com did call the hotel to advocate for me but without any success. I called the on duty manager to explain my situation. He was very short with me, said there was nothing he could do would keep the room reserved in case we changed our mind. At the time we were in the middle of a family crisis. I told him to cancel it completely as I did not want to be charged 2 nights. The next day I was shocked to get an email asking about my check in. The room was never cancelled at all and we would have been charged both nights. We ended up going the second night as my family member had become stable. The tv in our room did not work. We advised the same on duty manager of this at noon. We returned back to our room later in the evening and it was not fixed. No indication that anyone even tried to fix it. I called the front desk and they suggested we move rooms at 10:00 pm when all we wanted to do was watch the news and go to bed. We were compensated 20% which we appreciated but still an expensive stay. Not sure I’d come back and would probably choose another hotel nesrby which is less expensive. I do plan on speaking to the GM but I don’t expect much from them.

It showed that check in time started at 3 pm. We arrived with our 2 cats after a 2 hour drive and our room wasn't ready. At 3:50 pm they said it was ready. Upon initial entry into our room I brushed by the dishwasher with my bare leg. I found it to be extremely hot. Opened the door to find it filled fill with pots, dish ware, glasses from prior guest. How disgusting! A violation of our sanitary expectations. It was so revolting that my wife nearly threw up upon this discovery. It felt like our privacy was invaded.

For a supposedly upscale hotel, the standards are quite low. The rooms lack proper maintenance and cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. The front desk staff was very friendly, but housekeeping service was poor — our room wasn’t cleaned for two out of the four nights we stayed at the hotel.

First time unhappy with a Marriott stay

We booked a suite with a king and double pull out couch. This was not suitable for a family of 4. Even with the two smallest people on the pullout it was awful. Also, the smallest double imaginable. As a couch there was barely room for two average sized women to sit side by side. We booked this hotel in part for the pool for our 12 and 14 year old to enjoy. Unfortunately there was a baseball tournament in the area with teams staying at the hotel. Our family was told that a fight had broken out at the pool so they closed it to all guests. This was another disappointment. To add insult to injury, the TV in the main room with the sofa would not turn on. We called the desk who weee to send someone up. An hour later no one appeared we called again, this time no answer. Shortly there after a new remote was delivered. This did not solve the problem. I advised the staff member upon checkout that the TV does not work despite our efforts in hopes that they will fix it for the next guest.

They will not accept any form of payment except credit cards, no cash no debit-unreal! Checked in at 3:00, went back to our ball tournament and arrived back to our room at 7:00 to only discover our room had not been cleaned! We were needing to shower and meet our team and we then had to wait over an hour and a half for someone to clean our room with fresh sheets, clean the bathroom and take out the garbage left on the kitchen counters. At checkout they would only give me $30 off for my inconvenience. Stay elsewhere!!

The beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet during our 3 night stay however some things could be improved. They had no regular caffeinated pods to fir their machines. We asked for face cloths the first day and had to ask again that evening before they were deliveref to our room. Night staff was exceptionally helpful. Day staff...well not so much. The pool had a green tinge and did not see anyone use it during our stay. Fitness room was well stocked. The exterior lanscaping...overgrown weeds everywhere. Needs attention. Overall not what we expected with a Marriot named hotel.
