Convenient location. Close to the main train station and easy to get into the city center. Our room had the smell that someone had been smoking in it before (not sure when) and there were some noticeable stains on the carpet by the bathroom. The room was a good size, bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable and the sauna (extra fee per person/per hour) was a nice option!

I would have given 5 stars because the property was really clean and comfortable. The only let down was the breakfast. I've stayed here before and the breakfast was really good then, but this time there didn't seem to be enough staff to keep up with refilling the buffet. Admittedly it was very busy but so much was running out even though the staff that were there were working hard. What we had was adequate but I know it has been better. I would still stay again.

Extremely disappointing, the breakfast was to go which I had experienced at other hotels on business trips before and was never an issue as I could take it with me and eat on the way BUT the breakfast here was by far the most disgusting breakfast I have ever had, The bread was so OLD you could not even eat half a sandwich of it....the parking even though it was the only possible spot and not even gated cost 10 per night. The room was so small you had to even sit in the bed to eat, not even a mini table or desk for me to put my work laptop on. There is not even a closet in that room ....

Nettes Hotel, gute, zentrale Lage. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Leider ist die Qualität des Frühstücks eher unten anzusiedeln. Wenig und keine besonders qualitativ hochwertige Auswahl. Besonders das Rübrei aus dem Tetra Pak ist eine Unsitte die mittlerweile in vielen Hotels anzutreffen ist.

Check in dauerte viel zu lange, weil nur eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Das führte zu einer Stunde sinnlos geopferter Zeit. Wenn erst ab 15 Uhr eingecheckt werden kann, dann bitte eine effizientere Variante bieten.

Hotel og by ok til et kort ophold. De fleste restauranter er a la grillbarer, men i en lille sidegade fandt vi Gori, en georgisk restaurant, som var hyggelig. På selve markedspladsen lå en græsk restaurant, som var godt besøgt og tænker at maden var go der. Vi fik dog kun drikkelse mens vi så på livet på markedspladsen.

Wir buchen oft Hotels der Hotelmarke \"the nui\" (bspw. Hamburg, Frankfurt etc.) und waren stets sehr zufrieden. Immer chic, stylisch, sehr sauber und nettes Personal! Dieses Hotel hat den Nachteil des schlechtes Standortes in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes, entsprechendes Klientel befindet sich auf dem Vorplatz vom Hotel. Aufgrund einer großen Kreuzung und viel befahrenen Straße ist es zudem laut. Die Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder war u. E. eine Katastrophe (durch Bauzaun mit Schloss gesicherter abgetrennter Parkplatz), neben dem anscheinend nachts Menschen übernachten, die sich auch dort erleichtern. Positiv: Das Hotel liegt nahe der Innenstadt und es gibt einige Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Betten waren komfortabel, das Zimmer sauber. Das Bad war groß, uns störte jedoch der Duschvorhang im Bad, ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Somit war unser Aufenthalt \"okay\", würde aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Alles bestens. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,vom Check-In bis Check-Out. Freundlicher Empfang, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit komfortablen Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse, bei der Auswahl blieben keine Wünsche offen. Definitiv ein Plus sind auch die Bar im Loungebereich und die Möglichkeit zum Entspannen in der Sauna. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen weiter!

Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung und Wunsch ruhiges Zimmer wurde nicht entsprochen. Auch Besuch der Sauna war nicht mögich, da diese reserviert werden muss & für den Tag keine Möglichkeit mehr bestand. Das ist Schade und zusammen für mich kein guter Service.

Kein Fruhstück am Sonntag vor 7Uhr und keine Info im Voraus diesbezüglich. Ich habe Sonntag mein Fruhstück für nichts bezahlt. Ich habe einen Queen size Bett gebucht und nur einen Einzelbett bekommen. Personal war nicht hilfreich gewesen und sogar genervt von meine Fragen. Sie scheinen nicht so gut ausgebildet zu sein. Keinen entgegen Leistung würde angeboten. Mein Matratze war schrecklich gewesen, viel zu weich. Gut fand ich die Sauberkeit des Unterkunft und die zentrale Position. Schönes Hotel und gut gelegen zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Leider ist die Zimmerreinigung nur halbherzig, bespielweise werden die Mülleimer nicht geleert. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Zwar werden nur der Anzahl der Pakplätze entsprechend die Parkausweise vergeben, es wird aber nichts gegen Fremdparker unternommen, sodass man am Ende vor einem vollen Parkplatz steht. Mein Tipp: Das Parkhaus um die Ecke ist idR nicht voll und die Tagesgebühr ist günstiger, als die des Hotels.

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Innenstadt und es gibt einige Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und lieb. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, mit großer Dusche und toller Wanddekoration. Unser Highlight war aber das Bett: super bequem und weich. Das Frühstück war auch super, es gab eine sehr große Auswahl und es wurde auch ständig nachgefüllt. Das man bis 10:30 Uhr frühstücken und bis 12 Uhr auschecken konnte hat uns auch gut gefallen. Einziger Minuspunkt: ich finde 17 Eur fürs Parken pro Übernachtung für einen offenen und nicht überwachten Parkplatz etwas teuer, wir haben 10 Minuten entfernt günstiger geparkt. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr sehr zufrieden und vermissen auch schon das bequeme Bett.

Das Einstellungskriterium scheint hier die Förderfähigkeit des Arbeitsplatzes zu sein. Es macht wirklich keinen spass, wenn man an die Rezeption muss. Auch nach dem 12. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, sind noch immer keine Daten hinterlegt. Die Zimmer sind okay, aber mehr auch nicht. Zur Umgebung muss man sagen, dass einen dort ein gewisses Klientel erwartet - das muss man mögen oder es sollte einem zumindest egal sein... Laut wäre untertrieben

Sehr schönes Hotel. Beim einchecken kam man sich etwas verloren vor. Es wurde einem lediglich die Zimmerkarte kommentarlos hingelegt. Erst ein anderer Angestellter hat mir dann gesagt, wo ich den Aufzug finde, nachdem ich gesucht hatte. Ansonsten gutes Frühstück, sogar frisch geschnibbelter Obstsalat, den man ja auch nicht mehr so oft in Hotels bekommt. Schöne Zimmer. Daneben gleich Edeka, falls man noch was braucht. Es gibt auch eine kleine Snackkarte, die man im TV findet. Hab ich leider erst zu spät gefunden. Ein Hinweis wäre hier auch gut gewesen.
