The first night we checked in they didn’t have enough parking passes so you risked being towed if you parked by your unit. Instead you have to park in a distant parking lot and request a shuttle. However parking by the unit was extremely limited anyways. There was hair and dust behind every door and hair in the master shower that didn’t belong to us! They don’t have wrist bands for the water park at the front desk. You have to either request a shuttle or drive to hotel a mile down the road to get the wrist bands. I wasn’t expecting to run errands on my vacation. Finally when I checked out the lady asked how my stay was and I said it wasn’t great and we’d likely not return. Her response was, “have a blessed day”. While I appreciate that, there was not even a question about what issues I had. On a positive note, the layout of the room was nice and the pool was relatively quiet and enjoyable.

We had a great stay at Spectrum Resort Orlando! This was our second visit, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Our unit was clean and very nice (floors could’ve been a little better, but nothing major).

The amenities are amazing—my daughter absolutely loves the water park! The location is super convenient with Walmart, Publix, and restaurants nearby, and it’s an easy drive to Disney and Universal.

We’re already planning to make this our go-to spot for spring break every year!

The place appeared to be clean but there were a few things that were not. There was hair behind the bathroom door, dishes in the cabinet still had food on them, a piece of trim on the stairs was loose and we tripped on it several times. Maintenance was called about the trim on the stairs but no one ever fixed it the whole time we stayed there (6 days). Parking is also an issue. They have limited parking passes and tell you that you will be towed without one. We had a pass but no one used them and people were always parked in our parking spot or along the road in the no parking zones.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 3 years. It used to be clean, this time our house was dirty, mainly the floors. The floors, walls, and carpet were dirty. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Overall the amenities are great, kids loved it.

Overall we had a great experience!!

Plenty of amenities on property and enjoyed using the water parks.

The condo was beautiful with plenty of space for our family.

We wish pool would have stayed opened or had adult hours.

Our only real complaint was the cleanliness of our place, carpet had stains, our bed frame in master had a huge stain on the side rail, floors were dirty in corners and along walls.

We did have an issue with garbage disposal but they fixed right away. We would recommend staying again if possible.

This property is fairly new. It’s very clean. The only issue I had was the parking. When constructing these units they didn’t do very well with the parking. Other than that it was a great place to stay. It’s out the way of the normal Orlando hustle and bustle. We will definitely return.

This property has lots of misleading advertisements.
One pool on site only. We did not have parking at building therefore we had to walk 10 minutes with kids and all swim stuff every day. The best pool comes at $20 per person which is not disclosed at booking.

Our stay at this property completely exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly family-friendly and truly had everything we needed—and more. The inclusion of three water parks with our stay was such an amazing bonus and kept everyone entertained. We also really appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the condo, which made traveling with kids so much easier. We would absolutely stay here again!

The master bedroom bed was comfortable and soft.
The complex has many amenities to be used and are included.
Staff around the complex was very friendly and accommodating.

The only downside, the unit didn’t have any basic commodities like salt, pepper, etc when cooking(very minor inconvenience.

First of all the description of this place is not fully addressed with pool hours and water park hours and you have to walk more than 10 minutes to get there. The gate to go to the pool is not open so you need to walk through the main office to get there.The pictures from the don’t go with the resort pictures. There is not a lot to do after 5 pm so it’s pretty boring, The property we rented they were a lot of issues with the internet and the main shower will only have hot water. The light on three of our rooms where flicking and the canopy from the patio wasn’t working neither.

Our stay at Spectrum Resort had some strong positives, but also a few issues that impacted the overall experience.
On the plus side, the unit was well set up when we arrived. The kitchen was very organized and ready to use, and the beds and bathrooms were clean. It felt like a good space for a family stay.
However, there were several maintenance and housekeeping concerns. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay and requested more from the front desk, but it was never delivered. Two of the toilets were installed crooked with messy caulking, and one of them had a chain that broke multiple times. We also experienced a safety concern where the bathtub was producing hot water even on the coldest setting, which is something to be aware of, especially with young children.
Cleanliness could also be improved—we found orange peels under the table and sofa, which suggests the unit wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.
Overall, while the property has good potential and some solid features, the maintenance and service issues need to be addressed to match expectations.

The room was cool. Only complaint I have about the room is that it smelled like dogs had urinated on the carpets. I have a dog, so I know the smell. I know the resort is pet friendly, but maybe having rooms where you can choose from whether a pet stayed in it or not (just my opinion). Loved that they had a washer and dryer in the unit, so all wet clothes could get dry before packing up to leave. The shuttle within the resort was very helpful. Pool could’ve been a little cleaner as there was liter in it. Lamps didn’t work for charging stations. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The condo we rented was very nice. However there isn’t any parking available to you outside your building. Our car got towed the first night. Costing us an extra $200 fee. I also paid extra to have “pool access” thinking the pool would be behind my back yard. But you have to walk almost a mile to get to the pool. The water park on the property was full everyday we want. So had to stand in lines just to get in ! I would never recommend this resort to anyone !

Pros. The property, the resort, the accomodations all excellent. Perks are nice water park access to 3 waterparks

Cons: the closest water park is really only for kids... crowded.

We had a parking permit for infront of condo but it was always taken so had to park at main parking area and walk back many times

Courtesy coffee station was not operational during our stay.

Room was not ready till 5 pm and they were not able to accomodate a late check out.

I dealt with 3 front desk people. 2 were amazing and one had no customer service experience what so ever. While taking us on the fastest tour of the century and giving the lousiest directions to our unit a lady who was soaking wet with a baby in her hands asked for a towel. Instead of getting it for her he directed her to walk to the front desk dripping all the way to get one in the cold air conditioned room. Same guy ignored my request for somekind of gesture to us for the late checkin.

It didnt ruin our vacation .. the other two employees were awsome

The battery to lock our door was low upon entry. We had to wait almost one day before it got fixed. If travelling with toddlers, you can’t lock the door from the inside. My 2 year old was able to open and close the front door, so we had to block it. The rooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, large fridge and pantry for food storage.
The people above us were ridiculously loud! Partying until past 3am! With two small kids, it made sleeping very hard. The noise above sounded like someone was going to fall through the ceiling into our apartment. Safe to say, noise barriers aren’t really a thing. You can literally hear when your neighbours come and go and party!

Spectrum has many buildings, some are well maintained and others are not. If your villa is in a well maintained building, your experience will be much better. However, all buildings are beginning to show signs of aging. But ajy spectrum unit will be better quality than any encore or reunion unit/villa. (Bears den and reunion HOUSES are different though.) Other than that, the staff is friendly, responsive, professional and attentive. My family and i have stayed at spectrum nearly 20 times over the past 3 years. The staff and amenities are the main reason we return. I only wish parking within the roadway through the buildings is better enforced.

We had an excellent stay at Spectrum Resort Villas—definitely a 5-star experience for us.

The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo was outstanding. Very modern design with a cool, upscale feel, and the layout was perfect for our family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made a big difference for comfort and privacy. The three king-sized beds were large and extremely comfortable—everyone slept well.

One of the highlights was the patio backing onto the golf course. It was a great spot to relax in the mornings and evenings—quiet, scenic, and peaceful.

We also really enjoyed the giant clubhouse pool. It’s a beautiful space and a great place to unwind.

The only downside, if anything, was that the resort felt a bit quiet at times—especially for our teenagers. We would have liked to see a few more organized events or activities to keep that age group engaged.

Overall, though, we loved it and would absolutely return.

The property is great and quiet. However, the property advertising and pictures in Expedia appears to show there is a water park and pools in the property which is not the proper description. Finally, even the staff is friendly the check in was bad. We arrived at night time and it was very difficult to find out our building and room due to a poor instructions from the front desk and poor signals within the property!

This resort was fabulous! Check-in was smooth, the staff were very accommodating, the beds were super comfortable!
The amenities is included with your stay such as access to all of the eight Reunion resort swimming pools and three waterslides parks plus the spectrum pool and clubhouse made our stay exceeded all of our expectations.
We had family flying in from all over North America and they were able to accommodate us by having our condos located in the same building.
We have nothing to sit bad to say about this place, you won’t be disappointed!

Really nice upscale condo with lots of room for 2 families. Didn’t feel cramped at all. Very convenient to Disney parks. You need to be able to walk a bit to get to your car due to limited parking near buildings. Probably wouldn’t get packages shipped there due to issues finding buildings and units. That being said, it was so nice we would consider staying there again.

Beautiful complex and unit. Streets are narrow and parking in front of the units are very limited. To access amenities you do need to drive to them. Access to the water parks are great. Negative is GPS will often take you through different entrances and unless you pick up an amenities card you will have to turn around. We were not told this at check in and to get an amenities card we needed to go to another resort.

Access to water parks and pools on site is great. And the offsite water park very nice also. It is a bit confusing to know the Encore property, relates to the Spectrum property, relates to ReUnion, etc.

Our stay had issues inside the condo. Family staying (or owning) above us is up running around their condo all night. No front desk to call. I am typing this at 4am because of this. We have backed up toilet and no Maint staff to call. And we booked this type of accommodation to have laundry machines, yet our dryer does not work, so cannot wash sports uniforms for matches tomorrow.

Pool area can only be accessed from the front office, felt very unsafe in a locked area, if you had a fire or active shooter there is no exit from pool area except entering building, this raises a safety issue for myself and family.The area did have at least two gates with keypads , but had pad locks on them .

The information given regarding the amenities was false advertisement. Only 1 of the 3 water parks was available to us. We were in the first floor and the suite above us was occupied by a party that was extremely loud there was crashing noises all night long it started after 11 pm actually sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping items on the tile floors that were throughout the condo. False advertisement regarding the water parks and pool closed right after we checked in and were not able to get a parking pass for my handicapped husband who has mobility issues.

The property is very nice though.

The room was really good but it was different from what we booked. We booked a 4 bedroom room with 3 king beds and 1 queen bed they gave us woth 1 king bed and 2 queen beds and 1 room with 2 double beds. When we spoke to the manager he said the resort is at capacity and they cannot do anything spectrum doesnt guarantee the type of room. We had multiple families and pregnant women in our group and this was really inconvenient. Then their wifi was not working and they were always saying its throughout the resort. The female manager we spoke to was so rude and she said you can checkout today and we can refund you for the remaining days. What kind of resort does that. With toddler and pregnant women how were we suppose to just checkout in middle of our plans. Then their restaurants which had breakfast the encore one was really bad. Hardly 1 or 2 options for breakfast it was super crowded no one was actually there to provide service. Just a waste of time and money.
All in all the room was good but was inconvenient coz we booked a 3 king bedroom for a specific reason. The staff was not at all helpful.

We have enjoyed our stay but we did experience a bit of an unfortunate event. We had cockroaches in our place. We noticed them in the laundry area and we weren’t able to catch them or get rid of them. It was late at around 10 pm at night and made it an uncomfortable night wondering if they would be crawling around in our stuff all night.
We initially booked our trip so that we could use the water parks but 2 of the 3 were closed. Overall though a good experience.

The unit is clean and spacious with one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms with a semi ensuite bathroom plus one toilet in the living room. One of the bathtub did not drain well, notified the front desk on the second day and someone came to fix it on the third day. The coffee machine was not working, someone came next evening to replace a new one.
We have to park our vehicle a bit far from our unit since there are not enough parking space, I wonder tenants come in high season have to park far away.
The front desk staffs are friendly. The water park and pickleball court is nearby and need to pay admission.
