Amazing room and the pool table in the townhouse was fun for the family.

Beautiful complex and unit. Streets are narrow and parking in front of the units are very limited. To access amenities you do need to drive to them. Access to the water parks are great. Negative is GPS will often take you through different entrances and unless you pick up an amenities card you will have to turn around. We were not told this at check in and to get an amenities card we needed to go to another resort.

Access to water parks and pools on site is great. And the offsite water park very nice also. It is a bit confusing to know the Encore property, relates to the Spectrum property, relates to ReUnion, etc.
Our stay had issues inside the condo. Family staying (or owning) above us is up running around their condo all night. No front desk to call. I am typing this at 4am because of this. We have backed up toilet and no Maint staff to call. And we booked this type of accommodation to have laundry machines, yet our dryer does not work, so cannot wash sports uniforms for matches tomorrow.

Pool area can only be accessed from the front office, felt very unsafe in a locked area, if you had a fire or active shooter there is no exit from pool area except entering building, this raises a safety issue for myself and family.The area did have at least two gates with keypads , but had pad locks on them .

The information given regarding the amenities was false advertisement. Only 1 of the 3 water parks was available to us. We were in the first floor and the suite above us was occupied by a party that was extremely loud there was crashing noises all night long it started after 11 pm actually sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping items on the tile floors that were throughout the condo. False advertisement regarding the water parks and pool closed right after we checked in and were not able to get a parking pass for my handicapped husband who has mobility issues.

The 2 complaints are the lack of parking at the unit and parking in general and the shuttle to the parks situation not being more convenient. Not sure we would stay again because of these two things. The 3 bedroom suite was great. What really affected our trip is that the water park was closed and the internet was out for our entire stay and the resort was unapologetic.

The room was really good but it was different from what we booked. We booked a 4 bedroom room with 3 king beds and 1 queen bed they gave us woth 1 king bed and 2 queen beds and 1 room with 2 double beds. When we spoke to the manager he said the resort is at capacity and they cannot do anything spectrum doesnt guarantee the type of room. We had multiple families and pregnant women in our group and this was really inconvenient. Then their wifi was not working and they were always saying its throughout the resort. The female manager we spoke to was so rude and she said you can checkout today and we can refund you for the remaining days. What kind of resort does that. With toddler and pregnant women how were we suppose to just checkout in middle of our plans. Then their restaurants which had breakfast the encore one was really bad. Hardly 1 or 2 options for breakfast it was super crowded no one was actually there to provide service. Just a waste of time and money.

We have enjoyed our stay but we did experience a bit of an unfortunate event. We had cockroaches in our place. We noticed them in the laundry area and we weren’t able to catch them or get rid of them. It was late at around 10 pm at night and made it an uncomfortable night wondering if they would be crawling around in our stuff all night.

The unit is clean and spacious with one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms with a semi ensuite bathroom plus one toilet in the living room. One of the bathtub did not drain well, notified the front desk on the second day and someone came to fix it on the third day. The coffee machine was not working, someone came next evening to replace a new one.
We have to park our vehicle a bit far from our unit since there are not enough parking space, I wonder tenants come in high season have to park far away.

It really depends on what you are looking for. This is not a hotel with limited front desk support, no housekeeping service, and no food and beverage outlets on property.
The rooms are large and well appointed; however, the building is not soundproof at all. You can hear almost everything from neighboring rooms, and unfortunately we were not lucky, there was partying until the early morning hours.
The outdoor areas also fall short: there is no view and no shade (no umbrellas), which makes them very difficult to use during the day.

BEWARE of the \"free shuttle\" to the Disney parks. We booked this hotel as the resort receptionist specifically told us we would have a complimentary shuttle to the parks. What they don't tell you is that it's only two parks with VERY limited offerings.

I was so disappointed that I didn't get the place I reserved. They gave us the townhouse next to a bustling road, and very loud traffic starts around 5:30am

Everything was great ,we stayed in the 5 bedroom villa for 3 nights and it was amazing from the cleanliness to the surroundings and the location. It was a bit cold, so we couldn’t go to the water park, but we did go to the Lazy River and the pool. the pool and the Lazy River had warm water , we had an amazing time. I 100% recommend it and would love to go back.

We stayed at Spectrum Resorts for Thanksgiving in a spacious 5-bedroom condo that fit our family of 10 perfectly. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed access to the sister property’s amenities. Only downside was parking being a bit far from our unit, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

We didn't use the swim park as the temperatures were a bit cold, but we did really like the unit and felt like the staff was friendly and helpful. We also found it a convenient place to stay close to Disney parks for the most part.

Ensuring guests that are new to the resort are escorted to their rooms would be helpful considering how big the resort is and the different surrounding resorts. It can make it difficult for someone new. The condominiums are very nice aesthetically; however the ceilings are very thin. Someone walking very heavy on the top floor can be a bit unsettling to someone who comes on vacation to relax. Considering the $500 deposit fee, the expectations are a bit higher especially considering countries outside of the US have less resources and don't charge this amount for a security deposit. The people made the experience worth it. The staff and the people around were the best part of the experience. I'd also recommend clarifying that there are restaurants on the resort, but they require additional costs, as again, countries with less resources don't charge the amount of fees this resort charges in order to experience a relaxed time and doesn't charge for every restaurant the way Spectrum does. I did not stay at this hotel you made the last switch of hotel and upgraded supppsely to Encore Reunion at last minute. I was CHARGED $403.83 by Spectrum (never stayed there and my husband was charged $899.87 + $708.90 =$1608.77 for an upgrade that was given to us which is not the rental I originally book and location. I need an immediate refund and help resolving the reverse charges at the Encore and Spectrum. This is unacceptable please respond to this chat ASAP.

The accommodations were a little dirty. The pillows on the coach were soiled along with the curtains that were supposed to be shampooed. Never happened! The ceiling fan in the living room did not work and all they could state was, they would let the owner know. In the family resort pool area, a man thought it was appropriate to walk his fully naked four year old around and then attempt to walk her into the pool. The other guest or residents appeared like this was the norm; however, I felt it was highly inappropriate, disrespectful to my family, and needed to be addressed. Once I brought the issue to management’s attention, it was promptly addressed. Guests located in the newer townhouses can hear the sound the Interstate 4 throughout the day and tends to keep you up at night, but it is better than the smell of sewage near the older townhomes. The townhomes garages are very small and cannot fit a large SUV to assist with the ease of unloading a vehicle. The front office staff was pleasant, although they could not resolve all issues. A solid 2 rating.

When we arrived we found the Condo was in very poor condition. The floors were filthy, the rug in the living room was so dirty I would Let my kids play on it. We called ana had them come retouch up the cleaning but the cleaning manger was very rude and was irritated with the inconvenience. first there is mo water park in the complex you have to drive 15 minutes out of the property also there is no parking you have to walk 6 minutes to your house there is only one parking for each house and there is never parking not even for your car so you have to walk i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The incorrect room, when I asked to be change they did, but they informed me that the apartment may be dusty because the home keeping manager did not double check it. It was a little dusty it it was no big deal. After a long day, we came back to an apartment without internet. That was difficult for my teens. No TV, video games or phone internet. It was rough.
