This was the nastiest motel room I’ve ever stayed in. I was blown away by the service, the room, the smell, the lack of items that a motel room should have like soap and towels to shower off. I went to the front desk immediately with the request for towels and soap which are room had neither. The lady at the front told me the soap was on back order. Then she handed me two towels that were rather damp. I asked for dry towels. She said “oh, these are pretty damp, I’ll have to make a note” there was mold in the room, bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The pool area outside the room the grass was as tall as the fence. Absolute trash I don’t recommend to anyone definitely not even a 1 star hotel. NASTY!

The room that they asign it didnt work the light from the beds ,the door from the bathroom it didnt close and we didnt have no tówels i went to front desk to ask for towels they were giving me the hands towels to dry our hands they didnt have big towels they said they will bring them to the room,then a told wat was going on in the room so they change us to another room then we got there on wednesday and left on saturday and no body came to clean or to bring towels or toilet paper,when I reserve the pictures look everything clean , beutiful ,big beds i ask for a queen bed and when we got there so disapointed never will reserve back on this place again very bad impresión and expiriance 12/31/25— 01/03/26 visit from L.A.

It would be hard to imagine a more awful motel. The bed was hard as rock, the hot water was almost non-existent, the sink in the bathroom and the shower did not work properly. I would be embarrassed to own or run taste like this.

Bug crawling across bathroom floor. Only one thin towel supplied. Shower was dirty and worn. Pool closed. No breakfast. Warm coffee only in lobby. Only one small bar of soap provided. No shampoo. No conditioner. Small and cramped room. Sheets were clean. Toilet worked fine. Smelled very musty. Tv was fine. Check in and check out was fine. No working phone in room.

I was welcomed by Mayra and she has phenomenal customer service skills. She’s attentive, shows great interest in the customer, and make sure that I was completely satisfied with my room. It is people like Mayra that makes me want to visit super eight regularly whenever I am in Tracy. She is a good role model and my recommendation is that you use her to train front desk staff. I will be back again and again.

Horrible service when we arrived. Person at the desk looked so annoyed. We did get in at 9pm and were tired. The room smelled so bad. Went to wash our hands and the sink had no faucet handle, had to wash our hands in the shower. Constant noise all night long. The room walls are so thin you can hear everything. Checked out a day early because it was so bad. Asked to cancel the night, but the person receptionist said she was going to charge us for the night anyways. I told her about the faucet missing a handle and then she blamed me for not telling them the previous day, when we got in late and was gone all day. Completely rude. Stay away from this place!

I arrived at 11:30pm after driving 6 hours with 2 small children. I had reserved a room 9 hour prior to my arrival.
The front desk lady was super nice and pleasant.
She put us in a double room. It was NOT cleaned. Hair in the sink, used bars of soap, dirty towels everywhere. I went to the front desk and the lady spent the next 10 minutes trying to find us a clean room. Every single room was marked “dirty” We ended up walking door to door and looking in rooms to find one that was actually cleaned.
After we found a clean room, we spent the next 15 minutes going back and forth to the office hoping our key would work because it definitely did not. The front desk lady finally had to let us in with a master key and said if we needed back in for any reason that we would need to be let it.
Our room was “clean”, bare and very lack luster. The beds were very uncomfortable. No fridge, we had 2 towels for 4 people. We also only had 2 pillows for 4 people. We were told that the motel was out of pillows. Front office lady told us that the hotel was out of pretty much anything because people steal their stuff.
I found a bag of drugs outside next to my car the next morning.
The breakfast was prepackaged mini blueberry muffins. 1 per person.
Not healthy, clean or safe.
Don’t think about using the pool, looks like a pond.

The reservation I did. They didn't have my bed and they gave us 2 twin beds instead of one king bed and no refrigerator no microwave. I kept calling down to the office, asking them every 30 minutes for a refrigerator. And a microwave. And it took them almost all day to bring me a microwave and a refrigerator to our room

we checked in we asked the lady if we can have a view and a certain direction. She says there’s no rooms available. We get to our room and it’s literally the door hinge is completely broke off. It looks like someone kicked it in. It smelled really bad it was next to loud inconsiderate tenants and we were terrified. Finally, we asked to be switched because we felt unsafe with men just doing drugs and walking back-and-forth to our room, they finally switched our rooms to a view we wanted, which they should’ve done in the beginning. This room was a whole lot nicer, and it came with the fridge. Unlike the other room the only problem with this room the towels are completely gross. You can see all the stains and the little people is being covered by a paper towel.

Budget friend but at what cost...

Its very run down and i stayed 2 weeks. Both shower heads had jerryrigged tape holding them together and as a stop leak, and half the lights worked, there where bugs, the furniture was either broken or about to break and key cards needed to be reactivated everyday.

Property in renovation is understandble but give due diligence to cleanliness all round the property, ensure each room is fully furnished with clean towels and take actual pictures to post for truthful advertisement not limited to just the clean and completely furnished rooms; listed amenities didn’t exist like the grab n’go, pool. This place seems to be a brothel. Place seem unsafe for guest and company vehicle. The term \"newly remodeled\" is a joke. Smoke detectors in room taped up. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night with no vison of actual fire. Our associate left in the middle of the night and did not return to hotel for the second night.

First room I got was filthy! The room smelled like cigarettes the window was broken and there was still ashes by the window, the blanket looked like someone had burnt it, looked like they hadn’t cleaned it. I went to the front desk Bonnie was nice enough to put us in a different room we went to a 2nd room and the second room the light-switch did not work, the bath room tub was dirty. The pool does not work. Looks as if it hasn’t been working for a while.

The property is pretty well kept. I would say that the room I stayed in wasn't quite ready for a guest. There was no closet space to hang clothes but, I made it work and I liked the room and the Staff, especially the 2nd shift. She's really guest forward. Thank you. This place is horrible. It used to be a motel 6 i stated in about 7 years ago. It's very noisy right next to the 205. There are homeless people walking through parking lot. Theres about 30 handicap parking spots which is very inconvenient for everyone else. The first room they gave me the door didn't latch from the inside or the outside. I went back, they gave me a room on the back of the building. I was concerned. I asked the lady if my car would be there in the morning, she said i should be fine as the cops are there all the time. I should have known better watching the homeless, the drug addicts, and the hookers and pimps lingering around. I went into room number 2 and it stank of Marijuana BAD! Then there was only 2 half pillows on a king bed which was surprisingly comfortable. The showers are ridiculous. You barely get wet. The TV didn't work at all, so again me and all my luggage went back to the office and was put in a third room where i couldn't see my car. My window faced a disgusting pool with a tarp half over it and mold growing on it. I had no smoke detector in room which is crazy because the first night the fire alarm went off 2 times at 10:30 and after midnight... only 1 time the next night. I didn't sleep well at all stressing on my car getting broken into or taken completely. They said they're a Radisson brand Hotel. It said there's a breakfast, i didn't see that, and even if they did, i would never eat it. Spend a tiny bit more money and never stay here.

Let me say the staff was really nice and helpful. But the property itself is quite run down, outdated, out bathroom towels were soiled when we arrived, the shower was small and had many different textures of other people’s hair on the floor and walls.
The room had a weird smell. The heater barely worked and we were so cold with a 5 month old baby. Due to the run down and dirty hotel conditions - I think it was absurd to charge a $50 non refundable pet cleaning deposit when the cleaning team doesn’t actually clean. Our room also has no screen on the window making it very unsafe to air the musty room out and our room was without a fire detector - no fridge no microwave in the very tiny room

Discriminatory against disabled people

This property is clearly unaware of the legal protections that the ADA provides for disabled people and their service animals. I was not allowed to stay unless I paid a non-refundable \"pet fee\", which is funny because I have no pet. Then they said that if my service dog was to stay, I'd have to give them the a license or paperwork to prove that my animal was a service animal. Crazy..

The staff tries hard but the facility needs a lot of work and attention. It’s true you get what you pay for so I was not expecting a 5 star resort. The issues are more around safety outside the facility and lighting on the outside of the property is dark. The bed sheets had hair and looked to not be changed from the previous guest just bed made. The floor was dirty, the bathroom had urine still in it from another guest, exhaust cover was falling off, shower head leaked more water into the floor than the shower area. The feeling is they have a nice person at the desk dealing with everything and no leader or follow up. The first room assigned I went to still had other guests staying there or had just left. It would seem Expedia would verify these places before adding the location and adding the pictures. The pool had a tarp over it and was full of green water. Again you get what you pay for and when staying here unless they make some changes expect more of a motel style stay where you sleep in your clothes and bring everything you need to just sleep and that’s it.

The lady at the desk was beyond amazing! She was attentive and took care of me as best she could and her customer service was a 10…. However being under the impression the the Radisson tool it over you would think that the rooms would be a bit nicer. Not the case! The first room was dirty and I found clothes behind the door in the bathroom. The second room had a hole in the wall and the toilet ran all night. Even though the lady was understanding, the rooms were still in horrible condition and you would think after being taken over the quality of the room would change.

The property is apparently no longer a motel 6 and is no longer taking reservations from 3rd party groups like Expedia. There were obviously people living at the motel. The room was barely clean, with bugs and cigarette marks in the shower. The area around was dirty and a bit scary.

I recently left a review and now that im no longer at motel 6 i feel safe and comfortable now to come out with the truth that i was coursed by the manager and staff myra to put a great review so myra could earn her way to being manager i was offered different things promising to leaving a good review i finally did the review because it started to become extremlly uncomforable when i would come and check in after booking my room online i admit i didnt do my daily checkins each and everytime like they said i was supposed let me add im currently no longer allowed back to motel because of this reason so please anyone who knows if motel 6 even had growns or is this even legal i just want to make sure my truth is out and MOTEL 6 IS KNOWN FOR HOW AND WHAT THERE TRULLY ABOUT to and would go into office and check in like im suposed to i was very uncomfirable and i felt like if i didnt do the review and i would face being pressured by either myra everytime i went into office or if it wasnt myra i was harrased by manger currenly at motel 6 but truth is MOTEL 6 IS GROSS, DIRTY AND HAS COCKROACHES IN ALL THERE ROOMS AND ITS DICUSTING THE ONLY REASON I STAYED AS LONG AS I DID WAS ONLY FOR CONVIENCE. I just admire the staff mira she's so delightful and always seems to put a smile on my face and you definitely can't go wrong with the new manager he's the best that I've seen sense I've been coming to motel 6 he polite does his job rite and is not lazy he upgraded all of the curtains and bedding in the rooms which made it more comforting to stay between the two they just make my stay wonderful there willing to go above and beyond

The front desk Clerk was VERY Weird. We booked 3, he seemed confused and unhappy. It took him a while to process the hotels, very unfriendly. There was a weird smell in one of the rooms. Was very unsatisfied with my stay. I found multiple roaches in the room and in the bed as well as in between the towels. The room was dirty and not up to date and when letting front desk know she simply said her manager was not present. I was very very disappointed with my stay to the point I considered going to my car to sleep however the area did not seem too safe. The staff was rude, the rooms were filthy. I had to do my own cleaning with Clorox wipes. I marked my room number on the bag of dirty wipes & turned it into the check out counter. My 9 year old daughter found bugs on the floor, both alive & dead. I reserved & paid for a deluxe room with a mini fridge, microwave & a tub but did not get any of those items at all.
It was a hassle getting the staff to bring a fridge & microwave because they refused to in the beginning but after going back & forth on the phones, they finally just brought them..all that nonsense just to end up bringing them.
On top of that, the rooms were NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ADVERTISED on Expedia! Very disappointed.

There was no smoke detector in the room. There were people just hanging out in the parking lot at 2:00 AM. We did not feel like our car was safe.

The front desk guy when I checked in was rude , I asked for a bucket for ice he gives me it but when I go and tell him there is no ice he laughs and saids back \"hahaha oh yeah there is no ice\" he is very very rude
