water in the bathroom sink was not draining too well. floors and rug were filthy, no napkins in rm, room did not smell clean, waste basket was not empty. room too noisy. window with a crack open unable to close. no amenities only mouthwash. It look like a motel 6. I left at 6am.
I should get a refund. I would not stay at your hotel again or recommended to anyone.

The staff was ok. But.... they said because it was a \"3rd party / Expedia reservation\" ... they gave us a handicap room on the bottom floor. We asked for 3rd floor but no go!
Many children above floors were running late at night & started at 6:30 am again and it sounded like a buffalo herd. Needless to say we are donecwith Hilton.

Terrible Service from Hotels.com and the Hotel

I’m extremely upset about my stay and with hotels .com, I was booking my room and signed up for a credit card associated with you. Through your site and after it was complete , it took me back and booked the room . When I arrived my room was not what I wanted , I. Chose a king and when I got to my room it was dual beds . So I talked to Kayla I do believe at the hotel and she refused to re/room me. Told me I needed to contact hotels .com. So I did, and spoke with Braylon who also refused to help me and ended our chat before I was done talking . Which really upset me! So I got to my room to feeling I was in a circus with running going around . At 11. Pm trying to sleep there were slamming doors and yelling going on which the front desk did nothing about , I would like to be compensated for this . I’m without words for how I was treated by hotels.com and by the hotel and the front desk .

They left the ozone generator on in our room and we immediately began to cough and gagged. We have a 3 year old child and he was coughing uncontrollably as well. We had to turn the generator off ourselves and ask for another room, but at that point we did not feel safe staying there. We returned our key and demanded a refunded. They told us to go through Expedia which we did but we were asked to call back on Monday when an approving manager could make that decision. Overall terrible experience.

Have to pay for parking now

There was an incredibly loud couple that checked in around 1 am, having an argument, and the front desk person immediately moved me to another room. I was grateful since I had a very long drive the next day and needed good sleep.

I am perplexed why they started charging $12.00 a night for parking. Their parking lot has plenty of spaces and Hampton Inns usually don’t charge for parking. They didn’t used to charge for parking, but apparently started to and I wasn’t told that when I checked in and it wasn’t noted on Hotels.com. To charge people to park at a hotel is just ridiculous. It’s just another way to eke out more money from you. As much I liked staying there since there is plenty of dining options. with BJs right next door and you don’t have to drive to grab dinner, I’ll stay at another Hampton Inn location that doesn’t charge for parking.

I hate hidden fees! Tracy is a cow town. You have to drive to get there. Why charge $12 for parking!! Nobody walks or takes public transport to this place, it's miles from anywhere! Roll the fee into the price for a fair comparison.

I have stayed at this property about a dozen times. The last few times I stayed I was put in rooms next to the ice machine, elevator, and most recently a handicapped room where the bathroom smells like it’s the indoor staff smoke break room. I have continued to stay here for the fast WiFi, even though they charge $5 extra for it. But after being charged a $15 parking fee for the first time at my last visit and a $25 early check in fee for arriving at 2PM instead of 3, I will not be returning. The fees were an annoyance, but overhearing the staff say, “I don’t recognize him as someone who has stayed here before and he’s only staying for one night, honestly we can put him in any room,” I’ll go elsewhere. The water pressure isn’t great, and the breakfast is bare minimum for a hotel. It feels kinda like a Motel 6. But most other hotels in Tracy are pretty scary to stay at, so I give them high marks for safety and fast wifi. But Holiday Inn has both better showers and better breakfast. It’s worth a few extra $ to stay over there.

Mixed Reviews on the Front Desk

Our first experience when we arrived 1 hour before check-in time was abrupt sland rude. The front desk person, Pritka, was not very friendly ir helpful.However, when we returned at check-in time, Kayla, the next front desk person, was incredibly engaging, polite and helpful. Also, the $12 self-parking is a rip-off. There is plenty of parking there.

Crazy Pay for Parking

Room was fine and up to usually Hampton Inn standards. My only issue was you have to pay for parking! This hotel is in an area where parking is NOT a problem. It is not like it is in the city. Stayed at 10,000 of hotels and never had to pay for parking in an location like this. This charge was not mentioned in the Hotels.Com website. Be aware for the extra $12 charge.

My go to and favorite is Hampton Inn. As for
This Hampton Inn was perfect. Great location right off the I-205. It is nestled off the main road that has a BJ brewing restaurant right next door, and several choices for other places to eat in walking distance with the West Valley mall walking distance as well if someone likes shopping. As typical for Hampton Inns, it was quiet, comfortable beds, clean, darkening window shades, great A/C, fabulous shower soaps and conditioner, and friendly staff. I’m putting this one on my remember to stay again list.

The room was just ok. The bathroom had repairs that were evident to detract from the renovation work that was done to it. My fridge wasn’t working and had to have maintenance come fix it with a maybe it would work and if not we could use the employee fridge for my husband’s insulin since they couldn’t get us another one. The breakfast was not appetizing and don’t ask me how hard boiled eggs can go wrong. Overall, I’m scoring a 3 only because there were a couple of front desk clerks that were nice. Just disappointing

Checked in and found out internet was down. Had to have maintanence open our door. They charged us $12 to park our car there even though there was plenty of spaces and in a shopping area. Kinda ridiculous.
