The hotel has excellent facilities, in particular with private outdoor hot spring water bath, which is very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, but little too expensive. The hotel also has shuttle bus to the train station. Some facilties need proper maintainence, such as basin. Cleaness could be improved. Overall, this is a good hotel.

まさかの出来事！
チェックイン後、部屋に着いたら別の人の荷物が入っててショックでした。受付の人に伝えに行ったら一緒にもう一度部屋に確かめに行きました。どうやら入ってた人が部屋間違えたらしい。渡されたカギに明確に書いてあるのになぜ間違えたか謎です。相手不在だったので、とりあえず別の部屋に案内してもらった。はじめての宿泊で第一印象としてとても残念でした。それ以外は快適な宿泊でした。露天風呂とても良かったです。

海沿いにある鄙びた温泉街のおしゃれな和モダン旅館。
伊豆稲取キンメマラソン参加のため前日から家内と宿泊しました。部屋は十分広くて、畳敷きの和室にシングルベッドが2つ。清潔で快適なお部屋でした。お風呂は貸切風呂（個室風呂）が4部屋あり 予約なしで空いているときに使用中の札をかけて入るシステム。半露天風呂で脱衣所も余裕あり ちょっと塩っぽい温泉をのんびりと楽しめました。向かいの本館には大浴場があるとの事でしたが 今回は夜、朝ともに貸切風呂を利用。夕食はどうしても地元のキンメ尽くしが食べたかったので外に出て網本料理徳造丸さんへ。その分朝食はバイキングをたっぷりいただきました。残念だったのはロビー階にあるラウンジの閉まる時間が早くて食後のお酒を楽しめなかった位かな。車で行きましたが チェックインの際の誘導も手際よく とても親切でした。カップルにお勧めの宿かと思います。

施設内は清潔に保たれていて、従業員の皆さんもとても親切でした。
特に食堂では、私が1歳10か月の息子の相手をしている間に、料理を取り分けて下さったり、時々声をかけて下さったりして、とてもありがたかったです。
また、キッズルームも清潔に保たれていて、おもちゃの状態も比較的良く、安心して遊ばせることができました。

子供の夏休みに母親を連れ、朝食付きプランで利用しました。夕食は地元の美味しいお店で‼︎と向かいましたが、伊豆高原駅を過ぎると海沿いや、稲取駅周辺には魅力的なお店が全くありませんでした。リサーチ不足を後悔しながら宿に到着。和モダンな雰囲気とスタッフの対応に気分は上がりましたが、7階の貸切露天風呂は四ヶ所とも同じ作りで残念でした。また、位置によっては、向かいのホテル？窓が気になりゆっくりし辛かったです。向かい本館(石花海)の大浴場が利用できましたが、面倒で利用しませんでした。部屋はリニューアルされ綺麗でしたが、ユニットバスは手狭ですが、貸切風呂があるので問題なく。寝るだけ‼︎と割り切っての選択でしたが、意外にのんびり楽しめました。
