We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean, very friendly and welcoming staff. The beds and pillows were comfortable! The included breakfast is way better than the usual- real, tasty food! And it didn't cost an arm and a leg to bring my dogs. Highly recommend this hotel.

We would have liked a standalone restaurant; we did not want to drive after dinner after a full day of driving. It would have been nice to sit down in a quiet place with a restaurant or dining room menu. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room and bathroom were large. There was a separate kitchen area which was very handy. If had been the summertime, we would have used the balcony with the outdoor table and chairs and liked that they were available. The bed was comfortable. The couch had tears on the arms and so did the chairs- they were all in poor condition. The fireplace was lovely. Unfortunately the hairdryer in the bathroom was not working and only blew cold air. All in all, I would still return here, but I would ask them to ensure the hair dryer was working and the furniture was not torn (we were actually surprised they would keep that furniture in a hotel room). No problems with the bed though, very comfortable.

We checked into our room it was clean and everything, but there was no heat so they moved us to a new room. The hotel was clean and everything like that the following day we lost all our food at the resort due to the fridge stopped working.

A diesel bus for the mine workers was parked outside my window. Due to the cold the bus was started up 3am and ran all night - it was very loud and was not able to sleep!! Called the front desk and asked them to move the bus but they told me that there is nothing they can do!!

Breakfast was average. Waitress barely let us walk in the door and asked for our vouchers. Then she asked if we wanted eggs. I wasn’t sure why they weren’t on the buffet. She also asked us about beverages at the door. She should have seated us and then asked questions and explained why the eggs were separate.

We loved the big balcony with the Mountain View. Our room was right above the kitchen, so it was a little noisy, but that wasn’t a huge deal for us. Everything was clean and breakfast was great.

The room was clean, everything was in good working order, and was comfortable. the bed was very comfortable. The room was older with a mishmash of styles and finished from random updates. The hotel light outside our window at night (Room 321) was visible even with the blackout curtains.
