Hotel is located just minutes off Via Toledo and is 5 minutes from Toledo metro. There are good access to restaurants and shopping.

The room is extremely comfortable and the breakfast in bed is fantastic. The choice and quality of food is worth at least EUR10.

Paola and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This was an outstanding choice and value for our stay in Naples and was in a very convenient location near tourist areas. The room was modern, spacious, and clean. If you book this property be sure to pay very close attention to the arrival instructions from the host, being it is a little tricky to find the first time.

The room was nice and clean and the a/c worked great. The breakfast was fun to order and was right on time. We appreciated the great location, high ceilings, and pretty view from the little balcony. The hosts were also very responsive and even sent pictures with notes so we would know exactly how to find the hotel. They were warm and welcoming and gave us great service. Thank you!

Very well located and absolutely spotless. We felt very welcomed and pampered from the very first moment. Breakfast is served in the room and it’s absolutely delicious. This was a wonderful little hotel that allowed us a restful night, There were local pastries upon arrival and a lovely breakfast served to our room the next morning.
Direction for parking and for finding the hotel were clear and simple.
The hotel is located near the incredible Spagnoli shopping area which was a vibrant spot to people-watch and take in the culture.
We also walked along the ocean and marina.
It was a lovely overnight.

The breakfast was a great way to start each day and Paola provided really helpful information on where to go and what to do in the area. With only 5 rooms coming back felt a little like coming home - no big hotel lobby or lines. The location is walkable to Spanish Quarter, the Centrico Storico (old city) and waterfront. Not to mention transit options. We loved it!

Naplesuite was the best home away from home. It is centrally located, comfortable and so clean. The hosts were the best! They communicated with us prior to our stay. We get breakfast served in our rooms. Upon arrival, they met us outside to make sure we were ok. Both Paola and Raphael gave us great suggestions on restaurants and places to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at NapleSuite! Paolo was extremely kind, personable, and helpful. She offered recommendations on places to go and even called a taxi for us to ensure that we were not overcharged.
Our room was clean and tastefully decorated. The mattress was more comfortable than the one we have at home! We had several choices for breakfast, which was made and brought fresh each morning to our room by Maria. The room appeared to be pretty soundproofed.
The area is safe, walkable and centrally located. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed three nights in September 2025. The stay was perfect. Location, quality of the accommodation, host communication, was all perfect.
Location was central to everything, rooms were big and quality and breakfast very good. Host was so helpful and always available.

Charming hotel

This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. From the charm of the building, the comfort of the room, the delicious breakfast, the small cozy environment and the absolute graciousness and hospitality of the owner and her son- it was a wonderful experience. The area of location was convenient but I found this part of Naples dirty. You definitely capture the “old feeling “ of Italy here.

Great location, comfortable air-conditioned room, and very attentive and welcoming staff.
Someone met us at the reception for late check-in and provided very detailed instructions on how to get there. Right in the city center, convenient to get around. Overall we are pleased to stay in Napelsuite for a night.
We booked this place as it also included breakfast, however, it was very basic - just bare bread with some egg and sweet jams, served in the room, so you end up eating on the bed because there is nowhere else to sit.

Clean and quiet in a busy city

It was a great stay. It's located on a side street 1 block off of the main road. It's a little tricky to find as it's inside of another bldg. The communication was great and they replied quickly to everything. The service was great. Breakfast was delivered to us. The room we stayed in was pretty big and modern compared to the other places we stayed in Italy.

It is comfortable and surprisingly very quiet considering where I’d is located in a hive of activity. The breakfast was very nice and delivered to our room as requested. A peaceful oasis in lively Napoli

Perfect Naples

We opted for airport transfer and that was well worth it. The hotel is only 50 meters from Via Toledo.
Rafael greeted us street side and brought our luggage to the lift and got is situated in our nice room.
Located at the heart of old town Naples, it is right where you want to be.
With the holiday, All Saints Day, the city was hopping, it was an amazing experience.
Paola and her husband made sure we had everything we needed and arranged for our car to take us to our next stop, Sorrento.

We got charged an additional 50 euros because i apparently only entered 1 person instead of 2 on expedia. They say they charge per person and that the rate on expedia is higher for 2 than 1. I went onto expedia and found that the daily rate for 2 was less than i had originally paid so i asked for the additional fee to be refunded and they refused. Also, website shows view of a church from the property which is not accurate. The only view is of neighboring buildings and their laundry. Location is in a back alley.

Staff was amazing and made us feel so welcomed. Sent me a bunch of recommandations on different restaurants and activities to do in the area. We loved the breakfast in the morning and were so impressed on the quantity of food! Very safe area of town and they sent us good info to find the hotel which can be a bit confusing at first. Unfortunetely, the AC in room 2 (Nacchere) didn't work at all, only blew warm air so the room was crazy hot being on the 4th floor. We made sure to book rooms with AC visiting Italy in July and August so this was a bit disapointing.

Naples was our first stop in a two week trip in Italy. Sara was extremely helpful! Before we arrived, she helped book a tour of Pompeii & Amalfi coast and arrange airport transfer for us. She met us curbside and was so welcoming! Because our tour left before breakfast, the staff arranged breakfast for us the night before. Sara also gave advice on things to do around town. Location was very convenient for us. The room was comfortable, a tad small for what Americans are used to but it was clean and had everything we needed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the two Juliette balconies that we could view the street from. It was a comfortable and quiet room with lots of space and modern bathroom. Air conditioning was quiet and easy to use. The smart tv and mini fridge with water were well appreciated as well. Breakfast had good choices and Paula arranged for it to come earlier as we had to leave by 8:30.

I highly recommend this choice for anyone who wants to stay in the core of Naples as it is close to everything!

Gaia, the receptionist at Naplesuite was very sweet and made our stay enjoyable. The view from our room was stunning and the breakfast was delicious. The location is also very central and conveniently located near many restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend Naplesuite and hope to return someday again.

The insides were beautifully done, you would never know this from the outside. extremely clean, beds were comfortable. Pillows were fluffy. Shower was fantastic pressure and hot. breakfast was a little trick to figure ordering out but man was it GREAT! They only downside to this was its EXTREMELY hard to find, more direction from hotel would have been great we walked around the blocks suitcase in tow 4 times before figuring it out. The entrance is in a back ally in a sunk in cove with metal green gates. You would never know its a hotel unless you are really payining attention to a tiny wall sign that says naplesuite suits. Even then how do you get in the metal gates? Call them and they can buz you in or i think she also said there is a buzzer out there you can ring#4.

Fantastic Service in a modern hotel

The hotel staff were great! Informative, friendly and attentive (they even put a candle for my birthday on my breakfast and when we had to leave early for our flight they gave us some selection of pastry and small bread the night before. It’s the little things that guests remember). The hotel looks recently renovated, clean and situated on a quiet street for a good night sleep. Location wise it’s walking distance to all the main places around Naples.

In the heart of Naples

Lovely hotel in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. Easy walking to most major attractions. 4th floor of an older building in a narrow street … lift takes you to the front door. Nicely renovated rooms. Great staff with lots of suggestions for restaurants, etc. Highly recommended.

Gave advice for what to see and eat, what areas of town to check out, and even helped us find ferry tickets for the following day. AC cooled down the room well. A hidden gem! Great Value!

This was perfect for an overnight stay before we headed to the airport. We appreciated the concierge service. They helped us book our cabs to the Almafi Coast and to the airport. A very clean hotel, with an excellent breakfast. Napelsuite is ideal for a couple or two friends traveling together. Its location is within a residential complex so its a bit confusing to get to. Nevertheless, Napelsuite is very communicative and provides detailed instructions on how to reach this Bnb. I would definitely consider staying here again. The care from the hotel manager really made our experience special.

Hidden Gem

This place does not look like much from the outside, but once you get inside everything is new and fresh. The room was nice, great shower, etc. The bed was comfortable with nice pilllows. We have no complaints. It was within walking distance to area's to see and places to eat. Our stay here was short because we had a very early flight out the next day.

Naplesuite was perfect for our 24-hour stay in Napoli. Our room was clean, well-equipped, and featured a charming city view. Breakfast was yummy. The hotel has a nice location for sightseeing (just meters away from a legendary pizza place)! Most importantly, the staff were entirely wonderful — they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a happy and comfortable stay in the city.
