We just booked the hotel so we had somewhere to go when we landed in Verona but it was way more amazing that we could have thought. The hotel was beautiful and the views incredible. The included breakfast was delicious!!

It was a little cold to get in the pools and we basically got up, ate and left but we would have loved to have stayed for a few days. Will have to come back.

The property is located in the countryside, yet it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the train station. Our room was in a charming country house with beautiful views of the mountains and courtyard. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful.

I am a frequent traveller. This hotel had some of the worst staff I’ve ever experienced. Extremely rude and arrogant. Further, the hotel is dirty and the breakfast deserves a score of 1/10.

This hotel far surpassed my expectations! The suite was very spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view of the lake and a sauna outside on the deck. The pool was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious! Would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. It was a very relaxing stay.

Property and hotel itself amazing venue. Only complains bed was very stiff ( we prefer soft ), staff was friendly though they didnt go out of their way to assist with us ( we had lost luggage with the airlines and the previous hotel called the airline for us and sent emails off , so helpful especially with the language barriers).

We have returned to this destination as we were so amazed following our last visit so took the opportunity to tag on to the end of an Italian tour holiday a few days in such a great place
Unfortunately things have changed somewhat since our last visit
Whilst the facilities are obviously exceptional and the views remain the same, the standards or market aimed at has changed the restaurant standard of food for evening meal was average more like a fast food environment catering for masses not individual attention
The infinity pool is excellent but needs facilities to stand alone should not need to walk from one end to the complex to the other
The room lighting is poor but still outstanding and finally our room had facilities for disabled people but was on the first floor and the lift was not disabled friend so rendered useless

Don’t judge only by the looks.

Ok... so the hotel is gorgoues in every way and you can’t take it away from them...BUT and there’s a big one...the staff was very strange seemed like they didn’t like tourist so much, yes there were very nice workers but I felt a little unwanted.
I was charge 5 euros for a card key that was lost at the hotel witch seems ridiculous paying 300 Euros per night!

It was the loveliest hotel, and the room was beautiful! We went in winter, so couldn’t use all the outdoors, which was a shame, because it looked stunning and very well kept. Spa is nice, a bit small, which wasn’t a problem for us, as it was only us and other couple in there. But I would guess it can get crowded on a busy days. Loved it, would definitely choose to come back if In the area.

Such a superb stay, we will definitely be back. We were on our honeymoon, the booked a lake view room and it was stunning with gorgeous views. The restaurant was just down stairs and had delicious Italian food with lots of options plus the setting was gorgeous with a really good athmosphere. We also used the spa, it was so relaxing and such a lovely treat. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 2 days/nights and didn’t leave the premise once. It has everything you need for a super, luxury stay, I would 100% recommend this location. I am already planning when I can visit again and will stay longer next time!

Beautiful up-to-date hotel near Lake Garda

We stayed at Le Ali del Frassino for 3 days. The hotel rooms and pool was much more up to date looking that most of the other hotels in the Lake Garda area. The hotel is suitable for both couples and families and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing few days in the Italian countryside.

Great little stopover hotel

Great hotel with rustic feel whilst having all the comfort you would want. Two great pool areas. Lovely views of their lake and fields from the restaurant and main pool. Would say you do need a car to fully enjoy the area as it's on its own away from Peschiera Del Garda, but only 5 mins or so.

A Must in the Italian Lake Region

I absolutely loved this resort hotel. The property is extensive and beautiful. The staff was superb. And the food at the restaurant was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was great. This hotel vastly exceeded our expectations and the cost was quite reasonable given the quality at all levels. We would definitely stay here again and use it as a base to explore parts of the region.

Quite simply the best hotel we've ever stayed at!

Quite simply this was the best hotel we've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Everywhere you look is impeccable detail and a level of upkeep and cleanliness I've never seen before. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and doted on our 18month old daughter. The hotel acts as a place of tranquility from the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda, yet is only minutes away by car. We'll be back for sure!

2 kleine Abstriche für wenig Ablageplatz im Bad und für den Service in der Bar und beim Abendessen, da gibt es für ein 4*S Haus Luft nach oben. Dennoch absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Die Lokalität und die Lage am See ist ein einziger Traum. Sehr schöne Zimmer. Enttäuschend war, dass in den Zimmer praktisch keine Ablage/ Staumöglichkeiten vorhanden war. Keine Schränke etc. Essen am Abend sehr fein. Frühstück enttäuschend. Jeden Tag gleiches Angebot. Lustlos. Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Roomservice hat bitte nicht Stören Status komplett ignoriert. Die Mitarbeiter im Gastrobereich sind schwach. Nicht aufmerksam, teilweise unfreundlich etc. Hier liegt das grosse Potential des Hauses. Über alles ein hervorragendes Haus an einzigartiger Lage. Die Schwächen beim Personal ausmerzen, etwas Abwechslung ins Frühstücksbuffet bringen, und ihr habt ein Juwel eines Hotels.

Fedt sted, men aircondition var i stykker

Et rigtig lækkert sted uden tvivl. Ville bestemt komme igen. Eneste store minus var, at vi alle dage ikke havde aircondition og derfor var der 26 grader på værelset. De forklarede at det var overophedet. Lidt ærgerligt at det sker i oktober måned hvor det slet ikke er varmt. Betød desværre at vi ikke sov godt om natten.

Gepflegt, natürlich, köstlich

Wir haben die wunderschöne, gepflegte Anlage inmitten der Natur sehr genossen, wozu auch die freundliche Rezeption und Bedienung im Restaurant beitrugen. Das Essen war köstlich und schön angerichtet. Die musikalische Unterhaltung an 2 Abenden haben wir sehr genossen.
Allerdings würden wir empfehlen, die eigenen Fahrräder mitzubringen, wenn man mehr als nur ins Städtchen Peschiera del Garda fahren möchte.
In unserem Zimmer hätten wir etwas mehr Verstauungsmöglichkeiten (Schränke, Schubladen) geschätzt, wobei uns versichert wurde, dass dies in den anderen Zimmern besser sei.
Das i-Tüpfelchen für uns als Paar wäre gewesen, wenn die grosse Poolanlage für Familien und der kleine Pool ausschliesslich für Erwachsene genützt hätten werden können oder mindestens das Reinspringen und Herumtollen verboten gewesen wären.

Fantastisch hotel! Ligging is super, prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamers en vanuit het restaurant. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon en bij de deluxe kamers kun je nog lekker buiten zitten. Mooie zwembaden met voldoende ligbedden. Personeel altijd vriendelijk. Het eten in het restaurant is ook zeker aan te raden! Ook voldoende parkeerplekken bij het hotel, deels overdekt.

WiFi verbinding in onze kamer was helaas wel erg zwak en de bedden zijn erg hard. Kamer is voorzien van een regendouche, alleen kun je hier net niet fatsoenlijk onder staan als je 1.90m bent.

Zeker een hotel waar we weer naartoe zouden gaan!

a really good resort, great location in the middle of all this nature and the small lake in

its a country side resort very relaxing.
the hotel has two restaurants they both are really good with italian and traditional food.
an amazing infinity pool with a great view!!
the breakfast can be better.. not that great.
the rooms are with all the facilitis but a bit plane and not that clean, the bed and the pillows are not comftorable at all, and there is bugs and mosquitos every where. to those who are sensitive its a bit harsh..
the room service is not good and the workers are not that friendly or just dont know english.. its hard to say.
there is an amazing spa with multiple stim
rooms, sauna, jacuzzi andopen showers with aromatic oils. one of the best spas ive been in.
over all this resort is amazing and worth it for sure!
