Truly beautiful room, would highly recommend, the terrace is very spacious and has a very modern hot tub.

Weather was a mix given the time of year, but plenty to do around the area.

The restaurant across the road is phenomenal

Expensive for a bland hotel

We wanted to treat ourselves to nice spa break & it had a secure car park, as we were on a road trip, so this felt like a good choice. Check in was friendly but that's one of the most positive things. It didn't feel like a spa or wellness hotel, more a hotel with a spa in the basement. If you've stayed in spa hotels you'll know the difference. The main areas are nice, but the suite was so empty and bland, just a few furniture pieces for practicality. They seem to confuse zen with blandness.There were no robes or spa towels provided so we had to use the room towels and bring them back wet. There was no one on spa reception to ask when we went there. The hot tub was freezing so not very relaxing unfortunately. We went within an hour of arriving and it put such a damper on the whole stay, we didn't go again. When we wanted privacy I had to put a note on the door as there was no sign in the room (but we were then left one I assume by housekeeping.) There was heavy rain in the evening and drips came through the sky window. We decided not to have breakfast, but the best part of the stay was the restaurant we found on the beach a ten minute walk away, Vecchio Mulino Beach. All in all we regretted spending so much on the room, as it really didn't feel worth it. The biggest irony is that the parent company are called Truly Italy but this hotel is very far removed from the true essence of Italian hospitality in our opinion. It's not a bad hotel per se, just a very average one.

Daily cleaning performed onky in the evening after 16.00 . 2 days of 4 in total the room wasn't cleaned at all. SPA availability only 15:00-19:00, and the worked didn’t come in time. So one booking was wasted..

Hotel is comfortable and clean, and conveniently located. Breakfast team was very professional. However, the front desk person was not professional and seemed disinterested in us as guests. When one of our 3 rooms had a broken air conditioning system, she tried to tell us it was fine and she couldn’t do anything about it. Only after a discussion that was unnecessary did she agree to change rooms.

By far the worst experience. We went for our honeymoon and the water damage throughout the hotel was horrific. Nothing worked, there were lizards in the room, the balcony was shared, the lights didn’t work outside. I truly do not understand how this place has great reviews. This was non refundable even if you cut your trip short. There was no special accommodation for a later check out. It was far too early. Overall, I would never stay here again even if it was a free stay.

We only spent two nights here but we wished we spent five. The hotel itself is beautifully structured and inside has a modern feel, with decor that compliments the natural surroundings and landscape. We also had the luxury of having a terrace on the first floor that looked out onto this scenery. For us, the standout feature has to be the spa which was included in the hotel’s package. It includes a wonderful steam room, sauna, relaxation room, jacuzzi, and two walkways that mimic temperate rainfall and entice your senses. It’s ambience compliments the hotel beautifully and we only regret missing the opportunity to get a treatment. Without a doubt we would return.

I really cannot recommend this hotel enough, the hotel it’s self was gorgeous, with big windows, marble floors and high ceilings. The rooms follow suit, spacious, clean with all of the amenities you might need.
The outdoor pool is the perfect size for a dip, with a bar and plenty of chairs/sofas/sun loungers to relax on and soak up the Italian sun.
The spa is exceptionally relaxing, very well equipped with a good size jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, relaxation room and hydrotherapy showers, all free to use every afternoon - we took many opportunities to enjoy the spa and the massages they offered.
Every member of staff we interacted with were delightful, exceptionally helpful and kind. The attached restaurant offered a range of delicious meals for a discounted price for guests, as well as offering varied breakfast options every morning.
The hotel it’s self is in a quiet area, around a 15 minute walk from the lake and a 20/25 minute walk into the beautiful old town of Peschiera. If you drive or hire a car the hotel also offers free and secure parking.
This hotel is ideal for a quiet and relaxing getaway, I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Poor management at the Ziba Hotel.

We arrived on a very hot day. Our room was warm but tolerable. When we arrived back to the room after dinner the A/C was not working. They did provide a fan for us which helped a little but we had a very uncomfortable night. The following morning, I discuss the problem with the on duty manager. She promised some sort of compensation. We checked out the following morning and I asked about the compensation which was not offered at checkout. She explained the the manager would be contacting me the following day. We have heard nothing from them. I would not recommend staying at the Ziba. Management did not keep their word.

Beautiful relaxing hotel

This is a really nice hotel , in a not too nice area. If you’re driving great , but long walk to town. Shame about building works next door. On positive side, lovely room and ambiance, very nice breakfast and superb pool area on a hot day. My partner says wellness very good too. Shame the pool bar was not up and running , got feeling a bit of renovation still going on but losing out on snack/drink business during the day. Lovely stay for 1-2 nights and found a great risotto restaurant 2 min walk away to save going in to town.

We spent a very enjoyable five days in this beautiful hotel.
The rooms were large and spotless. The restaurant served a great breakfast and all of the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful.
Easy access into the town for restaurants and bars.
It was too late in the year to enjoy the swimming pool and lovely garden area but would like to on a future visit.

Nice place to base in the lakes region

Will h the German rail strike I had to drive home and they were the ideal half way point. Hotel is a great find, I wish I had more time to fully use the property.
Minor issues were the kitchen not willing to make something off menu, offset by the manager opening a bottle of blush and serving it by the glass.
Would have liked hand wash cloths in the room.
Garage parking at 3€ a night and excellent addition.
Breakfast staff was overrun with guests but they worked real had to overcome.

perfect base hotel for couples.
plenty of parking for rental cars - a fair 1.5km walk in to Peschiera centre.
3 trattoria/restaurants in walking distance (less than 400m away).
very much worth a short walk down to \"Vecchio Mulino Beach\" for food/drink overlooking the lake.
short drive to trattoria \"Le Pergole\" has good food near the Lidl supermarket.

the hotel itself was a pleasure, all staff helpful and good english. we enjoyed our stay, the room, breakfast all good and we ate dinner there in Ziba bistro on 2 occasions.
we made use of the spa for a massage and steam room. i had a splash in the outdoor swimming pool (max 1.4m depth).

we had no issues with road noise.

no tea/hot drink making facility the only drawback but reception would get us hot water from the bar so we could make a drink in our room.

I would happily stay here again and would recommend to family and friends looking to explore the area.

The hotel was clean and modern, the staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was cleaned every day and clean towels and bed linen were provided. The breakfast was lovely , plenty of choice and all the food was fresh and delicious. The pool was very welcome especially as the weather was so hot during our stay.
The only drawback for my husband and I was the long walk down to the lake one way and a long walk into Peschiera the other way in over 40 degree heat along the main road. If you have a car then of course this is not a problem.
All in all it was a lovely holiday in a lovely hotel.

A clean modern well presented hotel, check in/out was effective and no fuss, only there one day one night, service and requests weren't a problem.
Only issue, when making initial booking, a request for when the restaurant was open (hrs) on Sunday night, no reply from the hotel happened, when pointed out at check in, apologies did happen and reception was able to point us to restaurant just 50 metres where the food was excellent and the price very reasonable,
Hotel rooms very quiet comfortable and from a child's perspective, the wi-fi worked, so no problems.
Breakfast is buffet with a selection of hot/cold, although some hot had been out for awhile, when asked for fresh cooked, chef did it immediately with quality and quantity.
Didn't do Spa or treatments, so no comment
Overall a comfortable stay and would return

About a 20 minute walk to/from the town down the main road. But if you cross the road and turn left there is a footpath a short way along that takes you down to the lake and you can walk along the shore to town. Beautiful.
The hotel has a lovely pool set alongside well tended lawns and bushes where you can relax on one of the many sunbeds and be secluded.

Disappointing stay

We had a disappointing stay in hotel ziba. We love Italy and we're very excited about a long stay beside lake Garda. As a family with 2 children we thought it would be easier to stay in one hotel and a 4 star one to make sure that our trip was comfortable. Our mistake was choosing hotel ziba. The service appeared friendly but as soon as we had an issue or a question it very quickly changed. And we had lots of issues. The rooms are very small and dull. There s a hand held shower and sparse comforts. You would not wish to spend any time there. The maids have yuu awake at 830 with their noise but in any case the very load air conditioning would have you awake anyway after a poor sleep in such an uncomfortable room. I love the gym and was assured there was one. There is not, there is a poorly air conditioned room with no windows and three machines. The room was so badly air conditioned that it would not be possible to use. The breakfast was basic at best and very inconsistent. Every day I had to ask for something, e.g. Water! Each time the very stressed one person who was looking after the area reluctantly and not very friendly eventually helped. Not great when you are trying to organise a family in the morning. We needed to go the doctor and were sent to the vet and again when we asked for help we received none. Our requests for basic information. About the local area were not met. very disappointing stay.

Beautiful, stylish new hotel with great staff

Booked 1 night here last-minute in order to see Lake Garda on our way back to Milan to finish our Italy trip. The staff was very helpful in providing recommendations for things to see, where to dine, & how to navigate the area on foot. This property is very new, clean, & stylish. It's a short walk of maybe 10 mins to the lakefront & 15-20 mins to many restaurant options right along the lake.

Modern, stylish hotel with a wonderful restaurant

We stayed for eleven nights in early September 2016.

The Ziba Hotel and Spa is very nice. It was originally an 18th Century winery as can still be seen in the wide doorways and vaulted ceilings. It is a little way out of Peschiera del Garda, so be prepared for a 25-30 min walk or to wait for buses. There is a car park around the back. The pool is safe with a partially enclosed, shallow area at both ends. There is a pool bar open from 10:00 to 19:00pm and there are plenty of sun beds around the pool or in the shady garden.

The restaurant is superb for fine dining and served the best food we had all holiday. A two course meal with 50cl of wine for two cost just under 60 euros but was well worth it. The restaurant is open 19:00 - 22:00. The waiting staff are wonderful, particularly Marco, the Maitre D' who is utterly passionate about his food and wine.
The bar and restaurant are closed on Monday

The rooms are very pleasant and are cleaned daily to a high standard. There were 3 power sockets in the room plus a shaving socket, hairdryer and bidet in the bathroom. The rooms don't have balconies, they have French windows that open onto a rail which was handy for drying clothes.

The breakfast is continental though bacon and scrambled eggs are also available. There are cakes, rolls, a toasting machine, cheeses, salami, ham, fresh fruit, fruit juices and an orange juicing machine, cereals, yoghurt.

It was a nice base for walking into town or for trips eg to wonderful Sirmione.

Amazing hotel and spa

The hotel is situated in a quiet area within a 20 minute walk of the port, train station and bus service. There are many local restaurants within a fifteen minute walk including the hotels spotless restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful to meet everybody's dietary requirements. The hotel rooms were of a great standard and size. The spa area was amazing and the foot spa gratefully received after a day's walking! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel in Peschiera del Garda, just outside Verona. It was a beautiful area and the hotel was lovely. We could easily get into Verona by train and also enjoyed visiting nearby Sermione. The hotel had delicious breakfasts and our room was very comfortable and clean. We were made to feel very welcome :)

The hotel was tucked away and unassuming from the street, but the stay was quite nice. Very modern hotel. We stayed one night after a day at Gardaland and chose it based on the location. The standard european mattress left me wishing for something softer to lay on, but it wasn't horrible. The room had enough space and felt larger than most rooms. The best part about the stay was the fact that the hotel utilizes a soft water system for the showers. The water in Italy is hard (due to abundance of natural minerals) but the soft water system left my skin nice and silky soft. It was a nice surprise that an engineer like myself appreciates. The breakfast served had a great variety, standard european brioche/pastries, american (eggs and bacon) and selection of cereal and toast.

My husband and i had a wonderfull time in Italy,we had gone over for wedding, the Hotel was perfect for us, good location very friendly staff even the cleaners were such a friendly bunch, couldnt speak english but somehow we managed to understand each other, didnt want us to leave.
The food in the restaurant cant comment on that as we never had dinner there but the breakfast each morning was very good, good choice for everyone.We actually hired a car while over there as we like to visit different places, but there were plenty of bike hire shops etc around.
Would definately recommend this Hotel.

Schönes Hotel für einen Urlaub am Gardasee, in wenigen Minuten ist man am See. Wir waren mit unserem Baby in dem Hotel unserem Zimmer war geräumig und ohne es zu bestellen war bereits ein zusätzliches Bett im Zimmer aufgestellt worden was sehr aufmerksam war. Einziger Nachteil für uns da wir mit Kinderwagen unterwegs waren, es gibt soweit ich gesehen habe sechs Zimmer zu denen man nur über eine Treppe kommt, leider hatten wir genau so ein Zimmer. Aber die Treppe ist kurz und breit also ging das auch.

Una struttura con buon potenziale ma in alcune cose necessita di miglioramenti. Non mi è piaciuta la non puntualità dell’operatrice dei trattamenti, che in entrambi i giorni in cui avevamo appuntamento era impegnata a fare cose sue (il primo giorno era in reception della spa a parlare al suo cellulare, il secondo giorno dopo 15 minuti di attesa dove lei non era in spa sono dovuta salire su a chiedere se c’erano problemi ed era lì a parlare con una collega, avevo anche scritto un messaggio su whatsapp alla reception per segnalarlo ma non ho ricevuto risposta essendo impegnate a parlare tra loro), specifico che in sè i trattamenti sono validi e positivi. Non mi è piaciuta in parte la pulizia o meglio il bagno è stato pulito bene e gli asciugamani cambiati regolarmente, nella camera invece no ho trovato che il pavimento non viene spazzato, in quel caso la pulizia si limita a rifare il letto. Infine, l’episodio più grave riguarda la colazione, ci è stato proposto in fase di check in di aggiungerla per 12€ a persona al giorno e ho chiesto, prima di dire sì, se ci fosse qualcosa gluten free, mi è stato comunicato che c’era un angolo adibito e quindi aggiunta. In realtà di gluten free non ne sanno un granché purtroppo un giorno sono stata male a causa di fette biscottate che erano state messe nel mio piatto senza glutine per poi accorgermi che avevano glutine. La receptionist si è scusata e ha stornato un giorno di colazione. Tutto sommato non lo consiglierei ma non è da zero.

Leider aus meiner Sicht ist keinen 4 Stern Hotel.
Klimanlage funktionirt sehr schlecht und kühlt nicht ab.
Frühstück qualitativ schlecht.
Sehr einfachen und sehr laute Zimmer nahe Haupstrasse und Autobahn). Schlechte isolierte Fenster.
Zimmer und Badzimmer sindcsber sauber.
Pool ok aber leider nicht so sauber.
Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett und hilfbereit.

Leider funktionierte es mit dem Check in nicht um 15.0 waren die Zimmer nicht fertig und das versprochene what’s up wenn sie fertig sind kam nicht. Um 17.30 probierten wir es nochmals. Da funktionierte es. Frühstück sehr minimalistisch aber in Italien normal. Für 4 Sterne hätte ich mir mehr erwartet.

Very impressed by this beautiful hotel and the staff. We had a small issue with our room and the manager immediately moved us to another and upgraded us. Perfect location for visiting surrounding area. We highly recommend staying here and would book again if we come back.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist deutlich ausbaufähig. War sehr enttäuscht von der mageren Auswahl. Nur Croissant und Toastbrot. Wurst/Schinken nur auf Bestellung, sehr wenig. Ebenso die Eier. Nur Omelett oder mit Speck. Da solltet ihr besser werden.

Das Hotel liegt etwas oberhalb, ca 5minuten zu Fuß bis an den See.
Sehr freundliches Personal, danke Laura.
die Zimmer sind komfortabel, grosses Bett,
leider fehlt ein Kühlschrank.
das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch ( die Kaktusfeigen einfach lecker)
der Pool mit Bar, war sehr schön, danke für die guten Aperol...
Ich habe mich bei Javier und Valerie sehr willkommen Gefühlt, Essen, Service und die Herzlichkeit sind fünf Sterne wert.

Wir waren schon vor ca. 4 Jahren in diesem Hotel, sogar in derselben Juniorsuite. Kaum Abnutzung seither festzustellen, was für gute Pflege spricht. Flachbild-TV für heutzutage viel zu klein. Zimmer grosszügig, auch für 3 Personen. Auf Grund Corona beim Frühstück keine Selbstbedienung, aber sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, welche die gewünschten Artikel bereit stellen. Super toller, nie überfüllter, bewirtschafteter Pool, klasse Parkplatz ohne Enge. Wir werden wieder dort übernachten, wenn wir in der Gegend Urlaub machen. Ist nicht ganz billig, aber sein Geld wert. Tolles Restaurant auf der anderen Seite der Strasse. Das Hotelrestaurant hatten wir nicht genutzt, daher hierzu keine Aussage möglich.

Mooi hotelkamers, jammer van het netheid aan het zwembad en ligzetels. Die precies niet goed onderhouden. Ligzetels waren ongemakkelijk door versletenheid, bubbelbad van het zwembad werkte niet meer en netheid rond het zwembad was alles behalve.

Wir verbrachten insgesamt sechs Nächte im Ziba Hotel & Spa und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet und die Hotelanlage sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, es gab jeden Tag frisches Obst. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen, welches das Hotel aufgrund der Covid-Krise getroffen hat. Wir haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt, es gab überall Desinfektionsmittel, das Personal als auch die Hotelgäste trugen im Inneren des Hotels eine Maske, im Freien musste keine Maske getragen werden. Bis zum Strand läuft man ungefähr 5 Minuten, bis zum Stadtzentrum Peschiera sind es zu Fuß 15 Minuten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Une vrai déception

Hôtel mal placé : au bord de la route, on ne perçoit aucune proximité avec le lac, et aussi il est assez loin du village le plus proche (le parcours à pied entre le village et l’hôtel est désagréable, on y doit marcher par une route de banlieue mal éclairé et dépourvue de tout charme). Aussi, le jacuzzi marchait très mal pendant notre séjour (l’eau était froide), mais l’hôtel n’a rien fait pour le réparer car soi-disant le « technicien n’était pas disponible ».
Cet hôtel fut pour nous alors une vrai déception, ce qui s’ajoute au niveau plutôt faible des hôtels italiens, que proposent en général un très mauvais rapport qualité/ prix comparé à d’autres pays européens (Espagne, France, Portugal, etc.). Rien à voir avec les restaurants italiens, qui sont fabuleux et d’ excellent rapport qualité/ prix !

Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht am Abend. Ab 3Uhr früh wird es dann angenehm. Sonst sehr zu empfehlen, die wirklich heißen Tage sollte man aber nicht buchen.

Nel complesso positivo, anche un percorso spa non era funzionante, l'acqua idromassaggio non faceva un buon odore, l'aria condizionata in camera non era possibile regolarla dalla camera ma solo da reception, e dall'annuncio la suite vista in foto che pensavo fosse quella da noi assegnata è stata assegnata ad altro cliente, quindi stesso prezzo due suite differenti ma senza vasca idromassaggio in camera.
