Only one request would benefit visitors whom are restricted with mobility and require handicap accessibility. The bathroom was great but the hotel should invest into a proper shower chair for individuals with mobility issues chair that has handles as they do advertise rooms suitable for handicap. Also 2nd handicap parking spot would be preferable for the hotel.

Really good hotel at good prices and services. Stayed for an overnight stop and place was accommodating with complimentary tea/coffee from the local tea shop and coffee roastery. We took a kitchenette room as an upgrade from last time, and was nice to have extra space and a fridge to put things in.
Need was nice to sleep on, but pillow was flat and maybe more suitable for a young child, rather than an adult.
There is no 24 service, so i couldn't ask for another pillow. There could be improvements in that area.
There was few to use bicycles, but there were no gears on it, no option to have a helmet, and could be better too.

We arrived after the registration staff had left (7:00 pm) so we had to use the electronic checkin provided outside the door. I was skeptical at first but it worked fine as long as you had the checkin code and pin they emailed when the reservation was confirmed.
Be aware that while there is an elevator in the facility you were required to use the steps to enter the building, only when exiting could you use the lowest level next to the parking.
Breakfast was very good.

The location is great, right next to everything. The rooms are quiet, nice and clean, pretty basic but in accordance with the pricing.

The only negative experience was with the eco-friendly shower, which could have a bit better water pressure, it took me ages to take a shower because of it.

Hotel has very nice premises. Room is small for three people but the value for money is definitely great.

The concept is beautiful build and have more to improve in hotel rooms as well in the check in service and restaurant. I have arrived at 10 pm at the hotel and i receive sms with the instruction how to make easy my check in the hotel on that nicht. the touch screen in the entrance room for the check in insurance on the hotel not just make harder my night but already gave me huge disparity to find another hotel in that night. after 28 minutes fighting with the command and responds on my check in service and try to call customer service and receive support by phone and nothing to rich that time , a man just come out from the hotel and guide me out in my self check in macin that they have put lot of energy to understand . First at all make it easy like Omenahotel have by check in by sms . The air in the room was very dry and bean allergic to carpets in general i did se in the description below what type of carpet they have in the room. The room was very cold for the both night i have sleep. It will be nice to have also an air purifier and humidifier in at list 10 rooms ,and to target to serve for people with severe allergy as I M . Breakfast was ok. but you should focus on standing out with more greens and vegetables and fruits , smoothie. so very disappointed . you have so powerful company in Jyvaskyla that you can work with one this breakfast meniu on your hotel . it will change your perspective of making easy throw the day. The front desk lady was very nice and help me .

Rooms are functional, very clean if a bit on the small side - this is not a hotel you come to to spend a lot of time in your room.
Every floor has a tiny kitchenette (think of a microwave oven and not much else) with lockable, room-specific fridge lockers which is a nice touch.
The reception staff were young, friendly and cheerful and the lobby are had free coffee & tea. Oh and their coffee came from a local micro roastery, was organic and simply fantastic! I may have helped myself to a few more cups than I should've...
Parking could be a problem during the work week, but over the weekend they have an arrangement with the office sharing the other wing of the building and offer free use of their park places - another nice touch.
All in all a great hotel for a quick overnight stop near everything the city has to offer!

The hotel is compact and easily accessible on foot. The parking wasn’t free, the breakfast was nice and the room was fine. The bathroom is small. Overall it’s a decent green hotel that’s suitable for a short visit. There are shared fridges on the hallway but each room has its own separate compartment in the fridge so that’s a bonus.

Hotelli on erittäin hyvä hinta-laatusuhteeltaan ja tarjoaa hyvän kolmannen sängyn normaalissa huoneessa pienen perheen yöpymiseen. Aamupala ja kaikki toimi erittäin hyvin. Paikalla myös lukittava jääkaappilokero. Auton pysäköinti on melko kallista ja todella ahdasta.

Vierailu meni hyvin, majoitus oli edullinen. Aamupala oli hyvä tarjoten paikallisiakin elintarvikkeita.
Ainoa moite oli, että huoneemme vessassa haisi viemärille koko ajan vaikka laskimme hajulukot täyteen useasti. Vessassa laskutasoa olemattomasti. Pimennysverhoista puuttui yksi pala ja huonetta oli vaikea saada pimeäksi.
Pysäköinti täyttyy nopeasti, maksaa 13€/yö. Sähköauton lataus edullinen 25c/kwh Virran apilla, paikkoja toki vain kaksi.
Ainoa moite oli, että huoneemme vessassa haisi viemärille koko ajan vaikka laskimme hajulukot täyteen useasti. Vessassa laskutasoa olemattomasti. Pimennysverhoista puuttui yksi pala ja huonetta oli vaikea saada pimeäksi.

Siisti ja miellyttävä hotelli. Miinuksena en saanut huoneen pimennysverhoilla huonetta täysin pimennettyä. Saattaa olla huonekohtaista tai käyttövirhe.
Voi kyllä suositella tätä hotellia vaikka pimennys ei onnistunutkaan täydellisesti ja aamupala ei ole parhaiden tasolla, OK kuitenkin.
