Understand there is water issue during stay but i been calling day before if the hotel effected but the staff confident say they have reserve water and no problem to utilize pool
During date stay pool can not use, water was very low pressure and worse of all the aircord not cool at all,. Me and my children cant even stay for the night, , been calling to counter they just keep lie and say engineer will fix it but noting happen, the only good thing is the breakfast is good, run down hotel, will never stay again here and for ever

Room dirty, non friendly staff to check in and check out, parking no roof, bad road condition with pot holes all around the place. Dark and no lighting at night near parking area. Staff ego and not greet customer on arrival. outside car can enter hotel area simply. no security to check.

fast check in, once entering the room, musty smelling carpets that made us felt unpleasant. fortunately front desk very attentive and sent an air purifier to our room and the musty smell slowly subsided. hotel is old but overall well maintained and room is clean. staff very attentive and helpful. we enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel but front line service need improvemt.

Nice quiet hotel with golf course view and super comfy beddings. BUT.. Front line staffs need to improve their customer service and serve with smiles. Not our first stay here. Once again upon arrival, none of the hotel staffs porter came forward to assist with our bags. They can obviously see us drove in and unloading bags wih kids. But they cont talking amongst themselves. Instead a security guard came forward and assisted. Only when we got to the front desk then the hotel porter went to take d trolley, which I'd say was too late to be helpful.

Stunning reception great country location. Don't stay in the valley wing, heard garden wing much better. There was a power cut upon arrival, said to be unusual, lasted for 3-4 hours, was well managed. Wi-Fi connectivity solid even through power cut, they disconnected me the second I check out but resolved it quickly. The bar was nice enough, the food was not inspiring, breakfast had usual wide range of options. Room was tidy and functional. Would stay again if I needed to be in that area.

NOT close the the airport!

I chose this hotel because it was supposedly only 2.5 km from KL's international airport. BIG MISTAKE! There are, apparently, two airports about 30-45 min apart. This hotel is close to the smaller and less used airport, not the main one. Also, the shuttle ride is quite expensive from here.

Speaking of the shuttle, I arranged for the shuttle to pick me up at 12:30 for a ride to the airport. I was told to be there at 12:20. When I showed up, no shuttle. They had to literally call and wake up the driver, who showed up at about 1.

It was a short stay ie stayed only one night. The room is comfortable, clean and quite spacious. Friendly staff. I managed to get a room with the view of the golf course. It was beautiful. We've been staying in this hotel for two Chinese New Years in a row. Will stay there again for the next CNY if the room rates remain affortable.

Quiet peaceful Hotel

We've been staying there many times over the years. Some wings have been upgraded but majority still dated and old. If you want to watch TV from your bed, you'll find that the TV is too small.

The carpark is still out in the open so you may get back to a very hot car or get wet when it rains.

Other than that, the beds are very comfortable. Service is great. Area is quiet and peaceful.

In over all is a nice stay with the hotel fcilities till I Met One Manager in transportasion, name Faizal WHO has made thing difficult.on Monday when I try to take the shuttle transport to LRT, within the hotel schedule,instead he asked a taxi driver to drop us.i asked him why and he just push us into the taxi.my initial response is \" scared and confuse\" Faisal is being Dominian in many ways when some try to help us with some questions. I think he is a threatened to a customer.

The worst Holiday Inn I've stayed in

Reception desk service was always slow, from checkin , to checkout and worse of all, two car transfers in my group did not sync up. One of colleagues was almost late to the airport. The reception desk did not arrange with the car company at the corner.Lost a lot of precious time in getting to the airport and for me , I was stuck in peak traffic going in KL city, Staff in general did not seem interested in their jobs and in rendering help. Called from the room to ask about general information such as dining hours etc, the person on the phone did not seem to know or anticipate such basic questions. I was disappointed with this holiday Inn as I have stayed in pretty good ones in other countries.In the night,for solo ladies, please ask for room near to the lift. The location can be quiet and walking too far from lift to your room can be a little scary as the path was quiet.

Great hotel away from the noise and able to enjoy some privacy of the golf course view. Only issue for traveller if your trying to obtain a quote for a car rental from the hotel. They are likely to double the price what your able to obtain from the local car rental. They hotel lobby is amazing but the rooms are a little run down due to its age. One of the most friendliest reception staff. Well Done !! But overall the hotel is Great.

Stay at Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie

Stayed on end of March 16. The room is humidity as you can feel the floor marble got some wet feeling (especially at the morning) and you can smell uncomfortable smelling in the room also. Only few TV channels for selection.
The break fast is rich and variety selection. However, hot tea color is clear and lesser tea aroma. If you like coffee, there were few choices for you to select from the coffee maker machine and you can take away.
If you drive, you may go to Subang Parade (nearest) or Sunway Pyramid for shopping.

I chose this hotel because of proximity to NKVE Subang access and booked the king room and non smoking for 2 nights. However, the expected garden view and quiet surrounding from my room was really the view of golf course/garden equipment store and the noise from their activities. Not only that was the situation, the room was at the far end of the hotel wing.

I had stayed at this hotel previously on business trips and had been given better room views. It wasn't the case this time around due to unspecified information.

The other unspecified information is the room lighting works only at the desk table but not at the bedside and corner of the room.

Generally, you can expect the rest of it as specified in the hotel information and normal service from the hotel staff from checking in, room housekeeping and checking out. The Kite Restaurant servers were especially very courteous and honest tip on the ala cart menu.
