We stayed for one night for an on-site wedding. Everything was beautiful for the event itself and the room was clean and had all the needed items. Meal at the wedding was delicious and the hot breakfast buffet the next day was very tasty. Every staff member we dealt with were polite and helpful. If there was one minor complaint, we did not find the beds or pillows to be very comfortable. More of a personal preference probably but after a night of dancing at the wedding, we were looking forward to getting a good sleep and it did not happen.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are very friendly and the food was fantastic. My only complaint is that our room was in modst of updating and not finished yet so the tv was pluggged in but don’t work. There were no chairs or art work in the room and the bathroom had no shelves for toiletries in the shower so had to be put on the floor. Also one of our towels was old and frayed looked like something I’d use for my dog.

This beautiful castle that's hidden right off the highway was beyond my expectations!!! The staff was beyond friendly and kind. We spent the day and enjoyed the spa and dining. Food was incredible, and recommend duck and lamb!! It was cooked to perfection. The spa was relaxing, and the staff was beyond friendly! The only complaint is they were too good at their job 😉

This is a lovely inn and I e wanted to stay here for a long time. The check in was great. Jaz was very friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful, very clean; the bathroom amenities were plentiful and very pleasant (excellent hair dryer and amazing shower), Nespresso coffee machine, comfortable bedding. They really thought of everything. The only reason for four and not five stars was the breakfast. Because there weren’t a lot of people staying in the hotel, they had a breakfast menu instead of a buffet - which was certainly fine, better in fact. But sadly, both of our breakfasts came out cold (eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, toast). The bacon looked like the previous day’s leftovers. I asked for it to be cooked a little more and the waitress literally brought it back after 30 seconds - couldn’t have been in the microwave for more than 15 seconds. Still cold. I had to ask for jam, she didn’t bring any water, we had to ask for juice, etc. I felt like I was being a pain but these are standard breakfast items. It was disappointing because everything else about our stay was perfect.

I expected a bit more from the prestige of this property regardless of the couples budget for a wedding destination. It is these “little” things that are lost when not going above and beyond to make newlyweds and their guests feel like it is a magical and special event!

Very pretty setting even though next to 401- beautiful mature trees hide highway - we had a regular room no bath tub -just shower- info sheet did not tell where ice machine was and only one on main floor- included breakfast was very good - lots of choices, delicious pastries - spa did not have registered therapists but we still enjoyed a relaxing couples massage

Beautiful hotel in rural setting. Friendly service, breakfast buffet a little better than a typical hotel breakfast, with omelets made to order. The 33 acre estate dates back to the19th century and is beautifully kept, with fountains, statues, gazeboes and adirondak chairs nestled between stunning trees. Would make a lovely event space. Dinner menu looks phenom.

Amazing property! Great for a wedding!
We stayed for 2days . Room was great! I also mentioned a few times we were there because of my partners birthday. They did nothing special which I was surprised at. Other places we’ve stayed at give a bottle of wine or a charcuterie board or both! But nothing there. Sunday brunch is always fabulous!!

The hotel is beautiful and has a wonderful ambiance. The staff were very nice as well, but we lost water in our room and nobody picked up the phone at the desk so I had to traipse down there. We weren’t able to actually relax and go to bed or even use the washroom while they fixed the issue, and then there was zero acknowledgement of this impacting our stay, or alternative bathroom as an option.

I found this place on Expedia because I needed somewhere to stay close to an event in London. Little did I know, I did not expect to stay in Ingersoll, but it turned out to be the best thing that could've happened to me. First off the place and scenery was absolutely beautiful I loved the fields and nature, greenery, the running water fountains and trails. Second the staff were all super friendly and polite and treated me very well from the people who worked the front desk, room service, the cleaners, the kitchen and wait staff, the people at the spa even the landscapers. This place was absolutely one of my favourite places I've ever stayed at and I'd definitely would go there again no questions asked. You guys were amazing you gained one new and happy customer

Poor in Hotel Restaurant Name.

Should have a few road signs a few km away, lord Kitchener in hotel restaurant is not appropriate as a general in Boer war had role in concentration camps 1897 to 1901 killed 30 000 women and children. In WW 1 was general against my grandpa and perhaps if tactics and strategies changed I might be non existent.
