Very kind staff. We had one incident which I am sure was a simple misunderstanding and the staff was quick to respond and correct. I have stayed here before with a family of 13 and I am happy to say we will continue to stay here when we need to stay close to the airport. Food and comfort!

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids and had an overall good stay. The hotel was clean and offered great amenities, including a nice pool. The restaurant buffet was reasonably priced and the food was very good. The rooms were adequate and met our needs. We also used the airport shuttle, and it was a seamless and convenient ride.

The only thing that somewhat dampened our experience was that we didn't get good attitude from certain staff. However, we would certainly go back there.

Breakfast on site with omelettes to order and a wide variety of options, including some local dishes. Staff is very friendly and helpful, fluent in English. Airport shuttle was great! Pool and hot tub, bar, nice restaurant, ice cream shop- everything we needed! Uber had no problem getting us where we wanted to go.

This is our 2nd stay. We’ve stayed on the 2nd floor. Everything was great. This time we stayed on the first floor. The first room given had a very bad smell. Musty. Perhaps the AC system? So we were changed to 403. Which was fine. We went to have dinner and there was only one thing I could have which was the Salvadoran breakfast. I asked for no meat. Because I’m a vegetarian but I recvd meat anyway. Toast was served and it tasted stale. And my foot was room temperature when it arrived .
I wish you had more vegetarian options.
Overall we would come again. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The bed is comfortable. We also took advantage of the massage. Very good massage. Especially after a plane trip.
Breakfast was ok. Wish you had tortillas and better pastries. The pastries were dry.
We still would come again

This was our third hotel in El Salvador. Upon arrival around (4pm) me and my mom were struggling to get down the luggage, the staff just observed with no help. Then check in was good, even reserved transportation to the airport for 5 am the next day. I left the hotel an hour after check in and returned to the hotel around 11pm. Once in my room I got a call from reception saying she noticed 3 people going up. I stated to her that reserved a room for two adults and a child (16 y/o). She said Expedia does not follow the hotels charge correctly. Receptionist Sofia stated since she’s over 2 years old there is an extra charge. I told her when room was reserved I put in there that the child is 16 years old. She then stated that there is still will be a charge. It’s the fact that we got to the hotel at 11pm and checked out before 5 am and was a charge. This has not occurred the

Shuttle service was nonexistent for our flight (we arrived at 8 pm local time). Other than that our stay was pleasant. Food was great especially the breakfast buffet. Has all the amenities of standard hotel (not luxurious but still nice). Mini fridge and microwave in rooms. Clean, and friendly staff.

Very convenient if you rent a car from Hertz. Drop off is at the hotel, and they take you to the airport 24 hours a day. Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Sayda was fantastic. Very nice grounds, very good bbq meet - I highly recommend the dinner. The breakfast was fantastic. The only reason I rate it 4* not 5 (I would give 4.5 if I could), is that the room has no safe (but there is a security gate with a guard), and I was disappointed in the massage: the technician only rubbed my back for a few minutes, rubbed my arms a little - it was not a good massage, and I bought one for me and one for my husband's birthday. The facial was much better.

Food at Los Balcones was wonderful as well, plwnty for my picky child to eat, and some of my local favorites
We did run into a few things, like no cups in the room even though there was a coffee machine, no coffee either nor tea, so it was confusing
The AC in our room was a bit noisy, but at least it worked
The pool was nice, not real big, but it had depth and was refreshing in the heat.

The air conditioner in the room was so loud I had to turn it off so that I could sleep. Additionally the toilet was leaking and kept running when flushed. The buffet on the onsite restaurant was way overpriced at roughly $26.00 and had a poor selection. I expect better for a hotel room that cost almost $200 for a night.

Considering the price of this hotel, I expect more.

The sheets had stains. The lamp shades are also so dirty and stained. They look like they have never been replaced. I have pictures.

There is no one available to help with the doors / bags when entering the hotel. They are not automatic doors so I saw lots of people struggling to bring their bags in.

Our flight departed prematurely due to my mother's elevated blood pressure. I sought a quiet space for her to rest and subsequently rebooked our flight. Following the booking of our accommodations, the staff member assisting us kept us waiting for approximately an hour. We opted to dine in the interim. I am uncertain as to the cost of a full dinner plate, as we only served ourselfs soup, fruit, chicken, and two shots of tequila for myself accompanied by a soda, totaling $98. Given my mother's condition and my own fatigue, I was disinclined to engage in any disputes. Upon retiring to our room, we shared a king-sized bed, which was satisfactory, but the noise levels were unacceptable, rendering sleep impossible. Our stay was in room 425, situated at the end of the hallway, and unfortunately, the person in charge was not particularly helpful. I intend to return and afford your establishment another opportunity. The entirety of this experience was unforeseen, and our departure was necessitated at 6 am.
