We loved the old fashioned feel of the hotel and beautiful views of Fenis castle and the mountains. The hotel was tranquil. Easy parking outside.
This is an \"ethical\" hotel. The ethos is great, it gives young people with special needs the opportunity to gain skills and confidence in a busy hospitality environment. The young staff we met were lovely, and they are really what make the hotel.

Tired after many hours driving, we chose from the limited menu. The mains were a salad, a vegetable tart, and turkey escalope.Our turkey escalope was the worst meal we have ever had anywhere. Terribly oversalted and resembling a British school dinner in taste & appearance. Quite like anything we have experienced not only in Italy but anywhere in Europe. With so many traditional northern Italian dishes to draw from, one wonders why turkey was chosen.
My wife's vegetable tart consisted of two tiny tartlets which were tasteless.
None of us enjoyed our meal, except for the pasta starters which were good.
The waitress said she would give the chef our feedback, but there was no apology.

This is very good location if you want to have a tour of the region or, like in my case, to break a long drive. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Beautiful elegant family run hotel
Nice quiet location close to Finis Castle. Great breakfast including homemade preserves and fresh bread. Restaurant is fantastic and has local delicacies and local wines. The hallways are lines with landscape paintings which adds to the rustic feel.

Das Haus ist ziemlich in die Jahres gekommen, die Zimmer und Bäder recht oldstyle (für den Preis); die Reservierung per Whatsapp (auf der Website angepriesen) funktionierte trotz zweitägiger Kommunikation am Ende nicht, habe dann (sogar günstiger) über Expedia gebucht. Ist aber sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen und sauber. Nachts war lange Lärm von einer Disco nebenan, um kurz nach 6 Uhr (blinder) Feueralarm im Hotel (kann keiner etwas dafür, aber es gab auch niemand vom Hotelteam mal „Entwarnung“). Im Restaurant gabs abends kein Platz mehr für uns, waren 5 Min. weiter in der Trattoria „Le Bourg“ - war sensationell gut. Frühstück war ok. Sehr positiv: Es ist ein Inklusionshotel und dort arbeiten auch Menschen mit Handicap. Also: Kann man buchen, muss man aber nicht..;-)

On my way from Switzerland to St.Vincent for family matters. Perfect for a one-night stay. Had a dog along, hotel well located for usual morning and evening strolls.Was there in winter, facility was almost empty, I imagine summer would be different. Altogether a nice hotel!!! :-)

L hotel esteriormente si presenta come un drande chalet alpino, pulito e ordinato. Alla reception siamo stati accolti calorosamente e il check in é stato rapido. Le camere dispongono di una bella vista sul castello d fenis. L interno é estremamente pulito e il materasso abbastanza comodo. Lo stile delle stanze é un tuffo nella fine anni 80, ma tenuto maniacalmente. Alcune scelte come l impianto illuminotecnico risulta insufficiente e alcune decorazioni risultano di dubbio gusto. La televisione é estremamente piccolo e non presenta nessun minibar in stanza.Anche gli spazi comuni risentono dei medesimi difetti delle stanze. Il bar e il ristorante sono molto puliti e di buona qualità. La scelta di utilizzo di prodotti locali é un plus e gli fa onore. Colazione internazionale di buon livello . Da sottolineare che é un impresa etica e l inserimento nell organico di alcuni ragazzi speciali ma sempre con un sorriso naturale gli fa tanto onore.

Le camere sono spaziose, ben arredate, apparentemente rinnovate da poco. La colazione è abbondante e varia, tantissima scelta tra dolce e salato. Dolci, pane e marmellate fatti in casa davvero ottimi. Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Se proprio devo fare un appunto si sentono un po’ di rumori tra le camere. A questo proposito l’ultima notte con l’albergo con pochissime camere occupate è stata assegnata la stanza a fianco alla nostra quando magari per il comfort/relax di entrambi gli occupanti sarebbe stato opportuno avere camere non confinanti visto i pochi ospiti presenti sulla totalità delle camere. Consiglio sicuramente questo hotel e se dovessi ritornare in zona ci ritornerei ad occhi chiusi

Ci siamo trovati la festa del prosciutto di San Michael e abbiamo deciso all’ultimo di pernottare in zona. Con piacevole sorpresa abbiamo trovato questo hotel di fronte al castello di Fénis, camere molto belle e pulite silenzioso e bella vista. Una pecca che dal sito della prenotazione non abbiamo notato che nel prezzo non era compresa la colazione , peraltro ottima, pazienza.
