We were very disappointed as the bathroom was dated, the toilet seat, shower head and rail were broken. The lift bounced several times so we got out of it. There were dead flies in a photo frame in the hallway. Having said this breakfast and the staff were good.

It is not the first time we use this hotel. We are always very satisfy. It is a very friendly hotel, staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. We traveled with 3 dogs and felt very very welcome. It is very convenient for highway, shopping and safe place where to stay.

We stayed 7 nights in hotel Express. So far hotel is clean , well maintained, rooms big enough, bed comfortable , bathroom clean . WiFi didn’t work well most of times unfortunately, not sure what the issue but will recommend to fix it . Staff if pleasant, professional and helpful, breakfast was ok . Across the street huge supermarket, done dining , in general this is nice hotel , recommend.

We were just stopping over on our way to UK.
Hotel is local area is surrounded by mountains and you can see good view of Mont Blanc. Stopping over for one night is good and we are using this hotel last few times. Rooms are bit outdated but enjoyable. Breakfast is simple . Staffs are friendly

Whenever we drive to or from Italy this hotel is always our last or first stop. The rooms are big, the location perfect to maximise the time spent resting. The beds are so comfortable too and the staff is friendly. Couldn’t be asking for more.

We stayed just one night to see the Aosta Valley attractions and scenery. The hotel is easy to get to and close to everything we were there to see. It's very affordable and I suppose that's why their breakfast offerings were not so impressive. But, this hotel served our needs and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Good hotel easy to find after 13 hours of driving. Easy check in, quiet room, free breakfast buffet. Only downside there was no shower curtain, so water went all over the floor when my wife and I showered before breakfast, had to use all the towels to mop up the water.

Short stay in lorry park!

On arrival we were not impressed with its proximity to a truck stop and glorified service station. There were two flights of stairs to climb to find the hotel lobby, although there was a lift. The lobby smelt of stale cigarettes although decor was interesting. The room was large and clean but breakfast was very limited. Be aware that this hotel has no spa, fitness or pool facilities as shown on site and the restaurant/snack bar were not the hotels but the service stations underneath, which were truck stop quality. Not what I was expecting for Aosta. We were also worried about our car's security throughout our stay as it was parked in a lorry park.

Convenient stop off but a little bit dated

We've stayed at this hotel before when it was run by Holiday Inn. Since then, the hotel interior has been redecorated, though still felt a little bit dated (though clean enough). The outside of the hotel is starting to look very shabby , not helped by its proximity to the main road and truck-stop area. Breakfast was only average - service was functional and not particularly friendly. Felt it was expensive for what it was. Will look for an alternative when passing through this way next time.

Handy location for stopover en-route to Italy

Hotel was nice and staff were friendly and helpful. I am a trucker and was on my way to Italy so this was the perfect spot for a stop-over, just off the motorway with truck parking nearby at Autoporto. Price was very reasonable.

Took two connecting rooms (for us and our 3 kids) in this hotel. The room were very very big (could easily feet 6 big kids as well), and breakfast was good enough.

Trucker spot with poor maintenance

We arrived 6:30PM and the room was not ready! we had to sit around the lobby for 20 minutes... Once we got to the room, the floor was sticky from dried soda or something yak. No replacement rooms were available. AN hour later I was going to take a shower but it was totally broken. The 2 instead of 1 comes from replacing the broken shower. The doors to the rooms were poor - all noices from the hallway were clearly heard in the room.

Good for the price

The hotel is a little bit outside Aosta, close to a shopping area and a Carrefour supermarket. It was easy to find and everything was as expected. The room was clean, very quiet at night, good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Free parking just in front of the hotel. The man at the front desk gave us a map of Aosta and showed us what was worth visiting.

Good location.

We stayed in this hotel on the way to and from Rome. I would recommend due to the fact it's location is perfect for any families taking the long drive from the UK to Italy or back. It was fairly easy to find also. We had adjoining rooms as there was 5 of us and there was plenty of room. No English speaking tv channels for the kids though.
Negatives - family room but only two cups / mugs! Had to make numerous trips back and forth to reception due to no tea, coffee, sugar etc. After a long drive, that wasn't needed! showers were powerful, however, one shower head spat water EVERYWHERE while the other cubicle leaked everywhere.
Breakfast was basic but there was plenty on offer.
Reception staff were courteous, however didn't appear to care when I complained about the rooms.
Located adjacent to a large supermarket / shopping mall, which looks as though it is undergoing improvements, means that if you need any additional supplies then you do not have far to go.

Overall, for the price paid, it was an excellent value. It is necessary to have a car, but that being the case it is a great place from which to explore the entire valley and surroundings. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Grocery store across the street and another place selling typical food and wines of the area right downstairs. An excellent decision for budget travel.

We stayed two nights in this hotel on a ski trip. The room was clean and comfortable. On the second night, we came back from skiing to a complimentary bottle of wine and some baked goods on our table, a very nice surprise. The staff was helpful and spoke excellent English, which was fortunate, since we spoke no Italian.

The hotel is right next to the motorway. Just next to the motorway is the runway of the local airport.

We checked in during the end of the shift of the front desk staff. They handed over in the middle of the transaction and we had to go through the explanations all over again.

The breakfast room is horrible, likewise the breakfast itself. I had only a coffee and left.

Non smoking rooms have an ashtray and smell.
The air condition was out of control, meaning it was cooling like crazy. In the end I had to switch off the a/c by flipping the fuse.
The management of this hotel just does not seem to care.

Not worth the money.

Hotel was a little difficult to find as I didn't realise it was built into the shopping centre. A couple of miles from the centre of town and not much about locally in the way of restaurants, nightlife etc. Room was large and clean but nothing special. Reasonable value and included breakfast although that was nothing special either. Not exactly the 'authentic Italian experience', but convenient location if you're driving from Switzerland to Italy and need a place to stay on the way.

I can only describe our experience as awful. The hotel had taken a booking for 100+ Italian school children on the same night. They block booked all but two tables in the restaurant, which were old formica and plastic whereas the school kids had table clothes, etc. etc. That night the children ran riot through the corridors keeping us awake until 3am! When I talked to the teachers in the morning, in Italian, they said it was not their responsibility! Same story for breakfast, all the tables said reserved on them even though the kids stayed in bed, having, of course been up all night! Never, never again.

Séjour de une nuit sur la route pour Pise. Très agréablement surprise : chambre spacieuse, lit dur mais on y a bien dormi, hôtel situé le long de l autoroute mais on n a entendu aucun bruit, rideau bien occultant. Petit déjeuner à 10€ très bien fourni en buffet. Il ne nous a pas été facturé pour notre fils de 7 ans. Je recommande 👍

Hotel próximo à Aosta, há cerca de 12 minutos de carro. Quarto grande. Cama um pouco dura. Ótimo banho. No segundo dia tive que pedir para reporem sabonete e gel de banho que não foram repostos na arrumação do quarto. Nos demais dias o problema foi resolvido. Café da manhã mediano, pois os alimentos que deveriam ser servidos quentes estavam sempre frios, assim como o café das máquinas. Fica numa área onde há um hipermercado em frente. Bista do café da manhã, assim como de todo o hotel é fenomenal, pois fica num vale entre montanhas que atualmente estão nevadas.

das hote ist schön und gut komfortabel war uns wohl da. die einzigen 2 kleinichkeiten das zimmer war nicht sauber abgestaubt und das frühstück könnte vielseitiger sein wie z.b speck oder beim aufschnitt mehr au lokale spezialitäten setzen. aufschnitt war nur schinken salami und 1 sorte käse.

Hotel inglobato in centro commerciale adiacente l'autostrada, buono se dovete spostarvi molto, è a 10 min dal centro di Aosta. La colazione è buona e varia ma niente di eccezionale. Finite le buone notizie perché le condizioni dell'albergo sono mediocri. Tra interruttori rotti, aspiratore del bagno non funzionante, porta della doccia che non chiude completamente, insonorizzazione pessima, frigo bar vuoto, bollitore e tazze ma nemmeno una bustina di te. Insomma avrebbe bisogno di una bella sistemata generale per meritarsi le 3 stelle.
