HB Aosta is a great little hotel. The staff are really helpful and nice. We also have bikes with us, and they let us store the bikes in the garage. The breakfast is great as well!

I had read some reviews saying the property seemed a bit tired, but we didn't experience that at all. We arrived by train and walked to the hotel, about a 10-15 min walk. We're not young anymore, but had no problem with it. We booked the smallest room for just one night and found it perfectly fine. Clean, very quiet, great view of the mountains, good breakfast, very friendly and accomodating staff. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is located in a great location right on the edge of the entrance to the old town. There is a good breakfast spread with many options. We got a three person room and the room was pretty large and fit us three but the pull out sofa wasn’t the most comfortable. Mattress was okay. The cleaning before entering the room could have been better. Found stray hairs of previous person in bathroom and on the floor. Sheets had a few stains on them. There is only a shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo that I am never a fan of. Plus there is no shower head, only something you hold. In regards to parking, we needed to pay for it which was annoying though not too expensive (I think it was 10 EU a night) and the spa is not free! Even as hotel guests we were expect to pay 20 EU per person. This felt ridiculous to me and a major downside for this hotel. I think if I were to stay in Aosta I would look for better accommodation.

Breathtaking view from room.
This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is slap bang in the middle of town, has private parking for €8 a night. The room is good, clean and functional with a big comfortable bed. The shower is good. Breakfast is served to the table and you need to order it the night before, not everything that we ordered was served and the waitress was on the unfriendly side but the reception staff were super. The view from the room is breathtaking.

Actually easy to find drive straight on to walking street from Plaza Republica, first driveable left turn (first is a dead end alley) there is a hotel sign too, right at the end and you are there. Pull to the left of the building to the barrier and stop. The desk will open the barrier and you are in parking... 8 euro/day, 5 euro if you book through hotel website. Nice rooms, good free wi-fi, Keurig coffee make and hot water pot, fully controllable a/c, laptop sized safe, mini-fridge but no washcloths or kleenex. Plastic drinking “glasses”. All in all just a fine place to stay.

Great shower with lots of pressure although glass partition slightly small so sprays a bit on floor and toilet. Toiletries lacking but still would highly recommend. Free parking. Nice hotel in need of some room upgrades
While the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the amenities in the room are in need of an upgrade; the pillows were old, hard, and thin, and the towels had been through the wash way too many times (worn out, stiff, not too absorbent). No facial tissues (only toilet tissue)or wash cloths are provided in the bathroom, which was cramped (no space around sink for personal articles).

It's everything I want in a hotel: new, great design, squeaky clean, located in the old city, comfy bed, lots of towels, 12 minute walk to the train, great breakfast with variety, and coffee service made to order. My room looked exactly like the picture. I had a good view of the mountains, unfortunately there were a couple cranes marring it. I loved the TopCrime station that shows American crimes series--in English.

We found the hotel to be excellent. It was well placed for the old town and all the facilities. It was a little difficult to find, situated at the rear of the main pedestrian street in the old town, but not very well signed. The restaurant was very good and offered a good deal for residents. Would certainly use this hotel on any future visit.

The hotel is modern and clean. It's right in the city centre so really close to all the sites and to the restaurants and bars, but down a quiet street so you're not kept awake by noise. The room wasn't huge, but was perfectly fine for an overnight stay. We arrived by car and it was a little complicated to find - you have to go into the Limited Zone area which would have been useful to know when we booked. A great place to stay if you want to explore Aosta and the surrounding area.

very welcoming hotel in an ideal position
We spent a great 4 days at the HB Aosta. It's far enough from the busy main street to be very quiet but near enough to get to all the facilities in a couple of miniutes. We had a room which looked out onto the large shared balcony with fabulous views of the Alps. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Aosta itself is a really interesting town with lots of Roman remains as well as easy access to ski slopes and mountain walks. An excellent and well located hotel.

The staff here were extremely helpful and made my overnight stop very comfortable. The hotel is close to the town centre and although I arrived late in the evening, I enjoyed a pleasant walk after an enjoyable meal. Will definitely return as Aosta is an interesting town.

This is lovely hotel right off the pedestrian street. A bit hard to find, but there is some parking.The room was clean and modern and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant also did other meals, but we didn't try it. We made a big mistake with the car when leaving, make sure that you go back out to the pedestrian street, DO NOT GO LEFT. We got trapped and ended up damaging the car trying to back out again. The locals were not amused. This hotel is a great value for the location and the type of accommodation. The pedestrian streets, main square and Roman ruins are only a few minutes away.

La camera era al piano terra, all'altezza della vasca esterna del centro benessere per cui bisognava stare per forza con le tapparelle chiuse per non farsi guardare dentro.
La tapparella non scendeva e si bloccava quando la tenevi troppo sollevata, il personale è sempre stato disponibile ed è arrivato subito a metterlo a posto.
Il centro benessere non era molto pulito, gli asciugamani che si possono prendere non erano profumati, c'era cattivo odore anche nel bagno turco. L'acqua nella vasca idromassaggio era da un po' che non veniva cambiata.

L'hotel è in ottima posizione:ti permette di passeggiare per le vie del centro, ricco di servizi commerciali e di raggiungere la cabinovia per Pila sia a piedi 15 minuti circa che in auto. La colazione, compresa nel prezzo, è abbastanza completa e varia. Il personale è gentile e cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare le tue richieste. Le camere sono arredate con gusto, anche se toglierei i tanti cuscini perchè tolgono spazio. Unico neo degno di attenzione è la pulizia della camera: un po' troppa polvere per terra ed il bagno non correttamente pulito; dopo aver parlato con l'addetto alle pulizie ha posto rimedio. Suggerirei al responsabile dell'albergo di passare ogni tanto per controllare...
Il giudizio rimane comunque buono e ci ritornerei volentieri, migliorando magari questo aspetto.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Rand der Altstadt ist sehr gut und auch sehr ruhig, was sehr angenehm ist. Einzig bei der Sauberkeit und der grösse der Zimmer gibt es etwas zu bemängeln (Schmutzspuren von den Vormietern, das Zimmer war sehr klein). Dennoch kann ich das Hotel sehr weiter empfehlen.
