It was excellent! the location is great, and it was a very comfortable stay with nice bed, decent decor, and clean bathroom. And I parked on street in front of the hotel entrance free until 8am in the morning which is awesome!

Not good housekeeping

We asked twice to extend our check out time for 1 hour later and hung up «’ don’t disturb tag on the door. We also asked 2 receptionists to make sure our 1 hour extention for check out time then we went out and came back at 11:40am, nevertheless, our room was opened by house keeper and already cleaned. Some of our parsonage belongings had been moved. So, they couldn’t control their service ? Also, the first night, we didn’t have bathmat.
So, their is not well housekeeping in this hotel.

Brilliant hotel, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, my only criticism would be not having a bar but that wasn’t a problem because there were loads of bars and restaurants located very close to the hotel.

Modern Hotel but check your bill for overcharging

Hotel is nice and modern and well located. Walking distance to the gondola where there is free parking so no need to use the overpriced hotel option. We booked a triple room, for three people and when we arrived they tried to upsell us to a bigger room which we declined. When we left they then charged us a subsidy for the third person even though we had booked three people which then took a bit of effort through this website to claim it back with no apology, dissapointing.

Surprised at the good internal quality of the hotel.
Sometimes had to wait outside as reception was closed while staff had to attend to other duties. Impressive with security, but I was kept waiting! Room was large and excellent!

Such a cute hotel. Aesthetically pleasing everywhere. Staff very helpful. We were so grateful for air conditioning, even the somewhat limited Euro version (gets cooler, but not a lot cooler).

What they've done to make this a pretty, nice hotel is especially impressive if you look at the other (non-hotel) parts of the building. Rough looking. But don't be deterred. Would absolutely stay here 10 times out of 10.

Town is also very surprising. Walk the block up the hill to the old center, with extensive Roman remnants. Every turn a surprise. Nice restaurants.

The restaurant across the rear parking lot is VERY unassuming but superb. And ask for the house digestifs after.

This was my first stop on my first trip to Italy and this was the PERFECT place to ease me into it (I don’t speak a word of Italian). The front desk staff was exceptional, the breakfast was everything I needed, and the location can’t be beat. Close enough to everything that nothing was more than a couple minute walk, but far away from riff raff that it was dead silent at night. Clean room, comfortable everything, great stay. I can’t wait to come back!

We loved the room, really spacious (a family with a 6y old and my father) and we had enough space with the single bed in the little corner of the room. Our room was very bright with long windows on the lengths of the room. We enjoyed our stay there and we recommend this hotel.

Séjour d’une nuit sur la route du retour de vacances. L’hôtel dans l’ensemble est bien avec une deco atypique amusante. L’emplacement est bon car au pied de centre historique magnifique d’ailleurs.
La chambre est sympathique (pour 4 personnes 2 adultes et 2 enfants), cependant, pour le prix, nous aurions aimer trouver quelques accessoires normalement disponibles dans d’autres hôtels. Pas de shampoing dans la salle de bain, uniquement du gel douche, pas non plus d’après shampoing. Pas de café uniquement du thé et 1 sachet par personne (…). Bouteilles d’eau payantes, et fontaine à eau hors service. Pour finir, petit déjeuner à 15€ par personne adulte et 10€ pour enfant. Un peu cher quand même…

Personalmente ho avuto freddo. Con il fatto che il riscaldamento si spegne ogni volta che si toglie la chiave e va al minimo ed rimanendo poco in camera, quando entravamo da fuori avevo freddo, e prima di raggiungere una temperatura che mi permettesse di scaldarmi ci metteva troppo.

L’hotel si trova a pochi passi dal centro pedonale della città con i negozi ed i maggiori luoghi artistici da visitare. L’architettura è moderna, inusuale nell’arredo, allegra e colorata. Hotel molto anni '70 a cui sono state aggiunte pareti colorate per \"rimodernizzare\". Camera molto pulita, colazione con ampia scelta.
Purtroppo pessima recensione sul personale. Alla mia richiesta di cambiare stanza mi è stato risposto che l'hotel era al completo. Sul loro sito erano disponibili più di 10 camere.
Insonorizzazione pessima, senti ogni singola parola delle persone in camere confinanti.

Hôtel très bien situé proche du centre historique. Très propre,grande chambre, literie excellente. Très bon accueil.
Petit déjeuner correct ,manque du pain,le grille pain fonctionne à moitié, la machine à café est très lente.
Malheureusement nous étions au niveau de l'enseigne lumineuse que les rideaux n'occultent pas assez.

Bom hotel em Aosta

O hotel é muito bem localizado na cidade, muito perto do centro histórico. O staff da recepcão muito gentil e profissional, destaco Nora, que ajudou com muitas indicações de passeio e restaurantes. No entanto, o café da manhã com pouco cuidado, baixa reposição dos produtos e que não valorizavam na culinária local ( não se pode considerar adequado para um hotel 4 estrelas).

Il soggiorno e' stato piacevole,la struttura ha un design molto allegro,le camere sono comfortevoli,ottima anche l'idea di mettere dei dispenser di acqua lungo i corridoi.

Vicino al centro di Aosta,punto di partenza ideale per visitare la valle,la citta' o prendere la cabinovia per Pila.
