The good things were the bathroom was modern and very upscale, as were the towels and linens. The coffee machine at the front desk was very accessible and I had a lovely hot chocolate. The room was spacious as was the closet space and furniture was nicely laid out. I did not enjoy the bed I thought it needed a topper or memory foam but the bedding was very nice and luxurious. The shades were nice and I did not find I could turn the tv to be seen from the bed. The breakfast was fruit bread cheese and meats with cereal, yogurt, and a hard boiled egg. I thought waffles, pancakes, or omelets, fried eggs would have been a nice addition but that was not an option at this boutique hotel.

Arrived late at night but got my key in the lock box outside and easily accessed my room. Got the Deluxe triple which was nice but not much different than my coworkers who get the less expensive rooms. Next time I’d stick with a standard room. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was clean. Staff was very pleasant in the morning and the coffee outside was great. Will definitely be staying here often.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Circle Inn. The staff at the front desk was friendly and social. One staff member Martin was was also the bartender was a world of knowledge of drinks. All rooms were remodeled and very clean. Fast laundry service at a reasonable price. Free WiFi needs some work and the shower needs some anti-slip flooring. Even though the rooms don't have AC the rooms were comfortable even with 90+ temps during the day. The hotel is only 5 minutes from Ramstein Air Base and I hope to visit again; this place will be my first choice.

Absolutely horrible. I did not stay there. When I arrived I was shown my room and there was no Air Conditioning. The room temperature was over 90 degrees and I was sweating immediately. I left right away and found another hotel that had Air Conditioning.

Convenient location for Ramstein Air Base. Very mediocre, bare minimum hotel for the price. €85.5/night is a very misleading price when an additional €40 PER NIGHT is added in taxes and fees. We are not SOFA and not on military orders. I can’t help but think this business was advertising low room rates and charging extra fees to entice military clients.

Good basic hotel, very close to the Ramstein Air Force Base. The room was of a good size with good bedding and linens. Bathroom was also of good size, however featured a corner shower unit which can feel a bit small, especially if you have to bend over to pick up something on the shower floor.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, though note that the desk closes at 21:00 so plan on arriving before that. The breakfast was very nice as well. Only significant negative is the WiFi sign in process is a little awkward and the bandwidth seemed to be lacking at times.

Great location near Ramstein Air Force Base. The staff was great. The rooms were clean and a good size. Ours had a microwave, medium sized refrigerator and table wear for two. Bathroom was a good size and modern. Average king sized mattress but two good twin comforters and linen.
Only negatives on room were less than optimal WiFi set up and a recliner with slightly ripped upholstery and missing arm rest (I don’t know why they leave it in the room, we didn’t even think of sitting on it.
Breakfast was simple but a reasonable variety of meats,cheeses, fruits, vegetables and scrambled eggs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the shower was good with plentiful hot water. Plus, the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve traveled to dozens of cities throughout Europe and the USA. You won’t be disappointed.
