i made my reservation, had everything ready, when i arrived at the hotel they told me they did have my reservation but no rooms available, so i couldnt stay there. So even though i booked in advanced i was left with no hotel room for me and my family. this was a terrible experience to deal with, specially after i made everything in advanced with this web page.

Buen hotel para hospedarse en el centro de Texcoco. Tiene habitaciones limpias y funcionales: solo tiene el tema de control de la TV. Pero me lo resolvieron en 5 minutos. Recomendable

Estuvo buena, pero en la noche habia mucho ruido proveniente de la calle.La ventana no era suficiente para aislarlo. Hacia calor, y la ventana no podia ofrecer suficiente ventilación.
Me preguntaron si deseaba que hicieran toda la limpieza de la habitación y les dije que el baño, me sorprendió que me preguntaran, pensé que por default limpian las habitaciones.
La amabilidad fue excelente y atención al cliente tambien, excelente. Les solicité factura y me la enviaron en tiempo y forma, eso no es de servicio de habitación, pero es un plus que quiero mencionarlo y felicitarlos por eso.
