Die Lage war eigentlich sehr gut, jedoch waren leider viele Baustellen
Schlecht war das die Regel das man am Pool nicht rauchen darf nicht eingehalten wurde und das Personal nichts dagegen gemacht hat.
Bei dem anderen Pool wurde immer morgens gestrichen und die Farbe hat sehr gestunken- dad hätte man auch zu einem anderen zeitintensiv machen können

Hotel was in good condition, and staff are kind as well. But it was a bit dirty because it didn't clean properly. I stayed for 2 nights and I think it's uncomfortable to ring the bell on the second morning. The staff asked me if I need to clean the room and we got up because of ring the bell. Also, when I booked the room a month ago, I requested a high floor room, but I got a ground floor room and finally I got a new room. It's been two hours since I checked in.. Lastly, every morning from 8 a.m., I heard construction next to the hotel or inside hotel, so it was noisy..

Good Stay Overall — Helpful Staff, Minor Improveme

Lovely hotel in a quiet area, very close to the beach. There’s a laundry facility but no working dryer and no notice about it. I wasted two hours before finding out. Would be helpful if the hotel added a sign. Staff were quick to send a rack and hangers to the room and the balcony worked well for drying clothes in time. Also, be wary of mosquitoes make sure the sliding door is properly closed.

The disappointing lack of hot water in my room was vastly overshadowed by how amazing the staff of this hotel are. They were kind, caring, and went above and beyond. Their customer service alone makes me wish to stay again if I am ever to return to Canggu. On top of that, it is only a 4 minute walk to the beach, and a ~10-15 minute walk to the major beach clubs. The hotel itself is very pretty and well taken care of.

Fantastic Stay in Berawa, Bali

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Berawa. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were incredibly professional and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were even offered complimentary tea and coffee on arrival—a lovely touch.

Our initial room was located on level 5 at the back of the hotel, but due to nearby construction noise, we requested a change. The staff handled this promptly and moved us to a room on the second floor in the middle section of the hotel. We really appreciated how accommodating they were.

The hotel itself is spotless—our room was immaculately clean and well-maintained. A standout feature is the fresh water stations available on each floor, along with fresh, refillable water bottles provided daily. It’s a great sustainable touch.

Another bonus is the location: directly opposite the hotel is a free shuttle bus that takes you around the town centre, making it super easy to get around.

Overall, we couldn’t fault our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I had a great stay here! I’m a solo female traveler and felt safe. There is constructions going on tho around the hotel but it didn’t really affect my stay. The views from the pool on the upper deck was nice. The restaurant food here was alright.

The location is great, it’s super convenient to take grabs everywhere and the parking makes it easy for car pick up rides. There’s restaurants and grocery stores within a minute walk radius. The staff are friendly but poor communication and understanding. I called down to the restaurant, it took 3 people to order, at the end I just went down. Also it took almost 2 hours to get towels for the room, called 3 times because they didn’t replace any while cleaning. Then there was another incident with dry cleaning. I was very specific with my laundry and even written it down to make sure it was brightened but nothing was done. PS. DO NOT USE THE WASHING MACHINES. It ruined all my nice clothes, my stuff came out dirty and murky, I don’t know if it was the water or the machines but I tried multiple and they all made my clothes dark and streaks of dirt. I think overall the amenities (pool gym) and location were their best features but they can definitely work on communication and clean their washing machines.

Good place to stay. Bed made some noises like it’s broken or just because it’s made of wood? Also there was a couple in our neighbour room and they had very vad fights every day: evening, morning and during the day. We called reception many times. So the noice cancellation is not very well. Otherwise our stay was great. Reception workers were so polite!

Citadines is an excellent option for those looking to stay in Canggu, Bali.
It’s close to a lot of the eateries and bars. Shops are at a walking distance for those that would like to indulge in some shopping during their trip.

I stayed in the Executive Studio at this hotel. Everything was wonderful. The staff go to good lengths to maintain the room cleanliness.

The only issues I faced was that the jet spray/health faucet had a very weak water pressure and the sink in the kitchenette had a faint stench. The hotel has been notified of the same. I hope the correct measures are taken to rectify these problems.

Other than this, the hotel is amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful and cooperative.

Good location and hotel, with some fixes needed

The hotel is well positioned in Canggu within walking distance of various eateries, bars and beach clubs. We love the rooftop restaurant and pool area, as well as the gym.
The areas for improvement are definitely the distinct drain smell that hit us as soon as we entered our rooms (my family booked a total of five rooms) - a short term solution could be to completely cover the drain pipe (which is what we did using a damp towel). The pillows were also uncomfortable compared to other resorts we stayed at across Bali - again, it is easy to address.

Really enjoyed my stay at Citadines. The hotel is just a stone throw from the Berawa Beach. They have a wonderful roof terrace with the best view you can get in Canggu. They also serve excellent food and entertainment at the rooftop where there also an infinity pool. Highly recommend!

Hands down the most eco friendly/sustainable property I’ve stayed at in Bali! More hotels and properties should be doing the same. No water bottles with water refill stations throughout the hotel. Ideal for families with the rooms having kitchenettes, laundry facilities. We loved the rooftop pool and spent most of our time up there. There is a fair bit construction in the area so we asked for a quiet room away from it and they gave us one. We could hear Finn’s beach club on the weekend but the noise settled by 1am. Balcony doors are quite soundproof so overall we were able to sleep fine with the noise. Would stay here again!

Overall I really liked clean my room looked. There was construction next door and it went on all day. It was hard to relax at the pool and all you hear is loud construction. Also the walls are very thin in the rooms. Whenever the room next door to me would move a furniture (grad chair on tile) I would hear it very loudly. Whenever you would readjust in bed, the floor would make the drag noises too and I’m sure it made the next room annoyed as well. You shouldn’t be able to hear furniture being moved. That such a flaw to this place. It would’ve been perfect but this issue made it hard to have a good night of sleep. I would never stay here again.

It's a very friendly basic hotel which might work for a long stay in the most trendy area of Bali. Gastronomic dream this is what Changggu is about).
The beach is in a walkable distance, not for swimming though.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
Regarding hotel- it was built just a year ago but even now you feel already a smell and some cracks because of a high humidity. Not the best construction quality. Its architectural decisions are pretty doubtful as weel- the inner yard reminds a prison corridor from the movies.

Nice property by itself but the area does not have many things as it is not like the central of Canggu. However, the property itself was very modern, nice and clean. Service was very good as well. Our room have some noise from the beach club nearby but we were okay with it. If you are affected by noise then try to indicate to the frontdesk and they can put you to the other side.

Great 3 night stay. Rooftop top pool & food was amazing.
Our room had everything we needed with a partial view of the sea.
Friendly staff & good location to walk to local dinning options.
The only inconvenience was Atlas Beach Clubs really loud music playing until midnight every night.
This is not a fault of the hotel, hopefully this is only due to it being Atlas’s opening week.
Not very good for the local area it’s way to loud & goes way to late.
We would definitely stay here again thou, great value for money.
