The eggs were runny - and the breakfast was not hot - the chafing dishes were not plugged in or used to their advantage so the food got cold. The service was amazing and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Just get someone to get those chafing dishes HEATING the food.

Czystość pokoju (zwłaszcza łazienki) pozostawia wiele do życzenia biorąc pod uwagę standard i cenę za pokój.
Konkretnie brudna ściana i lustro w łazience, przytkany odpływ prysznica, wykładzina w pokoju z naniesionym brudem. Wyglądało to tak jak by pokój nie został posprzątany po poprzednim gościu a jedynie wymieniono ręczniki i pościel… Taki stan nie powinien być akceptowany w tej klasie obiektu. Ja już więcej nie wrócę- wybiorę inny hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by this very new property. The rooms were specious and well appointed. The staff very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. Parking in the underground lot was convenient and easy for transporting bags and loading children.
We had booked three rooms for 4 adults and 3 children. They put two of the rooms in an adjoining suite which was perfect for the kids (and adults). I would very much recommend Focus!
