The staff are so helpful and all speak English. They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. They organised the best facial I’ve ever had and then allowed me to use their sauna steam room The Breakfast buffet is incredible especially if you’re a fan of Polish food but if you’re not you’ll find something you’ll like from waffles to omelettes. It’s ideal for couples but if you do go with family friends ask for twin beds. Although I slept well on the sofa bed

Great hotel, highly recommend it to any couple or as a family stay. We had an amazing time and will be back. Staff was very professional, food was delicious, spa facilities were amazing, plenty of parking around. The only thing could be improved is quality of pillows, but for a 3 star hotel they are good enough!

Rooms have very good value for money paid. Very clean. Unfortunately the location is not appealing as there's nothing to do/eat in the neigbourhood.

Deceitful advertising
No matter what the advertising says, there are no fridges. I pointed this out to the manager, and he said all fridges had been removed some time ago, and he professed to be unaware of the false advertising. Given our stay was more than 1 week ago, and the false advertising remains, one can assume they are content to attract business in this fashion. Ice is unheard of in most of Europe, so during a hot summer a fridge is important.

Hôtel Agit, on ne reviendra pas
Premièrement, le numéro appelé n’était pas le bon spot personne ne répondait. Ensuite vu qu’on ne pouvait pas réserver le petit déjeuner en ligne alors on n’a pas pu profiter de l’offre nuit + petit déjeuner. La réceptionniste ne voulant pas nous faire un geste.
La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle mais elle donnait directement sur une route très bruyante où les voitures roulent vite vu que l’hotel Se situe assez loin du centre ville.
Le bloc-ventilateur se met en route de temps en temps et cela fait du bruit et des vibrations.
Le petit déjeuner est complet et il y a du choix mais la fraîcheur de certains produits restait douteuse (jambon, fromage).
En conclusion, pour un hôtel noté 9/10, on s’attendait à beaucoup mieux. Et évidemment il ne mérite pas cette note.

Hotel od samego początku przypadł mi do gustu, jest przytulny i ładny. Obsługa miła, Pan na recepcji jakby trochę za bardzo spięty ale również miły i profesjonalny, reszta obsługi bez zarzutu. Niestety mimo że restauracja otwarta do 22 to o 21:30 nikt nie podchodził do baru mimo nawoływania, przeżyłem zamawiając pizzę, w pobliżu jest market więc o piwo też się nie martwiłem. W pokoju brakowało mi otwieracza do piwa / wina oraz pilota do klimatyzacji (był dostępny w recepcji), lecz o 2 w nocy nie chciałoby mi się iść na dół. Śniadanie jak w każdym hotelu, dużym plusem jest to, że jajecznicę / omleta Pani robi na Twoich oczach. Wszystko było świeże i był dość spory wybór oferty śniadaniowej, oczywiście miło można porozmawiać z obsługą restauracji przy śniadaniu. Polecam hotel i myślę że jeszcze wrócę. Z tego co czytałem, mają fajną i szeroką możliwość spotkań firmowych

Pobyt udany, choć krótki - weekend majowy. Pokój spełnił oczekiwania - duże, wygodne łóżko (dziecko mogło spać z rodzicami:), cisza, dostęp do Wi-Fi, czajnik i suszarka do włosów - wszystko OK. Jedynie pierwszy wieczór, po przyjeździe chłodno w pokoju - kaloryfer bardzo długo się rozgrzewał i trzeba było ciepło się ubrać. W kolejnych dniach temperatura już była optymalna.

To był tylko 1 nocleg. Przyjechaliśmy późno, wyjechaliśmy wcześnie rano następnego dnia. Tym niemniej pokój był bardzo przestronny i bez problemu w 4 osoby się w nim pomieściliśmy. Łóżka wygodne. Hotel położony na obrzeżu Lublina. Nie ma bezpośredniej komunikacji publicznej z miastem. Pokoje malutkie albo wręcz klaustrofobiczne. Wyposażenie pokoi niezgodne z ofertą. Zamiast minibarku wielka, pusta szafka. Bateria w łazience popękana, uchwyt na suszarkę odpada od ściany. Jedynym atutem jest bardzo miła obsługa. Wir waren aus Deutschland auf der Durchreise in die Ukraine. Wir waren Nachts angekommen und hatten einen Top Service erhalten. Die freundliche Concierge hatte sogar für uns den Frühstück extra für fünf Uhr morgens organisiert, da wir noch am frühen Morgen die Polnisch/Ukrainische Grenze überqueren wollten. Pobyt ogólnie był dobry. Niestety mimo zaznaczenia prośby o spokojny pokój tak nie było. Sąsiedzi tłukli się całą noc, wchodzili, wychodzili itd. Być może to nie wina hotelu. Ale to że pokój posiadał tajemnicze, zamknięte drzwi za którymi jak się okazało było pomieszczenie pań pokojowych, które zaczęły pracę bardzo wcześnie to już wina hotelu. Jednak najwięcej uwag mam do śniadania. W niedzielę śniadanie wydawane jest w godz. 7:30-10:30. Na śniadaniu byłem chwilę po 9. Na półmisku z serami jeden plasterek, na półmisku z wędlinami sucha kiełbasa, na ciepło jakieś resztki, jogurt owocowy ostatni wzięła Pani przede mną. Spokojnie usiadłem licząc, że braki zostaną uzupełnione. Zostały 40 min później kiedy już nie miałem ochoty nic jeść. Niezrozumiałe dla mnie jest posługiwanie się marką hoteli best western. Widać, że ten hotel należał kiedyś do sieci, ale już w niej nie jest i logo na materiałach usuwane w rozmaity sposób wygląda słabo. W Lublinie są hotele bez gwiazdek, które utrzymują podobny poziom.
