Loved the area and the activities, can recommend hogt och lagt and prison island. Breakfast and dinner at hotel was awesome.

Had twin bed room and it was quite basic and on the small side, but clean and functional.

Would love to come back for a longer stay in future

Fönstret i rummet var delbart men delarna satt inte ihop och gummilisterna var lösa så de fladdrade i vinden under hela natten vilket lät mycket och störde sömnen. Kranen vid toaletten droppade hela tiden och handdukstorken satt inte fast ordentligt i väggen. Sängen var väldigt skön. Synd att det inte var en smart tv, så man kunde ha använt streamingtjänst. Generellt kändes rummet rätt slutet förutom badrummets ytskikt som verkade nya. Väldigt trevligt spa och roligt med omelett till frukost.

Rummet var rent och ok storlek. Lite mörkt, då det fanns en takbelysning i form av spottar som lyste svagt och endast två sänglampor ( var av en var trasig). Kontrollen till tv: n var trasig. Vi sa till vid utcheckning och dom skulle fixa det.
Urkass utsikt. Spelade ingen roll för oss just den hör gången, men tråkigt om man förväntar sig fin utsikt.

Oerhört lyhört, lite störigt både genom ventilation och genom dörren till korridor.

Sängarna var bekväma men vi fick enkelsängar. Smala och höga med tre madrasser. Min man som är ganska tung fick rätta till de tre madrassdelarna varje gång han rörde sig i sängen då dom gled runt och av 80cm var det inte mycket som låg kvar rakt ovanför varandra. Säkert bättre om vi haft bredare säng.

Fint rum, halvtaskig bild på TV om man är intresserad av den.

Ett fräsht och trevligt hotell med smidig parkeringslösning. Men det viktigaste är bemötandet. Vi som har 180 hotellnätter om året har hotellen som vårt andra hem. Och Lisa i receptionen ser verkligen till att vi känner oss hemma och sedda! Hon har snabbt koll på stamgäster och får oss att känna oss igenkända och välkomna tillbaka. Det är viktigt för oss med många hotellnätter.

Hotellet med den bästa utsikten i Sundsvall

Inte varit där sedan 2018 så mycket har hänt med hotellet och dess utrymmen har blivit super fint! Även Strike club och Vida spa var toppen! Servicen var också bra när den behövdes. Det stora minuset är dock maten i Bistron och på 180 grader mitt råd är att släppa på dom avancerade och nytänkande fragmenten och erbjuda vällagad mat med bra råvaror.

Ok hotel - beware pool is not included.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool according to Hotels.com.
Sadly, access to the pool was tied to the spa and not included in the room price. The price for this was a ridiculous thirty % on top of the room price.
We just wanted to use the pool and were willing to pay a small fee but the staff was not flexible on this.
I wish hotels.com would distinguish between hotels with the pool included and those who demand you pay extra.

Det var jätte bra. Vi byte rum till Sviten efter första dygnet. Den var bra men väldigt mycke döda banan flugor på fönster brädan.
