It's a nice hotel with everything you need, situated at the edge of the town which is superb. We stayed at the end of the ski season. It was incredibly quiet. The rooms are really quite small and very hot. Bed was comfy. The hotel is sited on the corner of two roads. The first room we were given was on the first floor immediately above reception. I could hear the traffic and people talking as they walked by so we were given another room which was still small but without the noise. I doubt there would be adequate parking in season. Breakfast was nice, also nice little bar - good wine and good value. We didn't use the spa which was an extra 15€ per use and you also needed pool shoes. I don't know if they were supplied or extra. Little English was spoken in the hotel. It's just a nice hotel

Great Spa, if a bit pricey even for hotel guests. Staff are really nice. Breakfast was not great, i feel that could be an easy win for this otherwise pretty good hotel.

Terrible experience for the following reasons...
First of all, the hotel was advertising an indoor pool, and that was the reason we chose this hotel over other ones in the area. They DO NOT have a pool (hopefully hotels.com fixed this after my call), it's a spa and kids are not allowed at any time, so if you don't want to break your kids hearts like we did, don't go there. I told the lady at the front desk and showed her where it said \"indoor pool\", and all she said was:\"well, there is no pool and your kids cannot go to the spa area\"...and that was just the beginning of our stay.
Second of all, staff was hardly ever available. Every time I tried calling the front desk from my room the phone was busy. So I would get dressed and go down in person, and 5 out of 6 times I had to wait a while for them to get off the phone. Also, when I tried to check out at 6:30am, the guy at the front desk didn't know how to do the check out and told me it was too early to check out! Unreal!!! I wasted about 20 minutes there even though the hotel was paid in full when I made the reservation. I showed him my confirmation email, he had a printed copy of my email on his hands but was still saying I couldn't go. I finally just left, didn't wake up the family at 5:30 to sit at the front desk and wait for an appropriate time to check out.
In summary, worse costumer service I have received in years and will never go back there.

Room was a little small for my 6'8\" (203 cm) frame since it was on the loft level and the ceiling slanted in. Even with that, I would gladly stay in this hotel and this room again. Room was cozy, would've been perfect for two. Nice skylights. Hotel was hard to find since it wouldn't show up on GPS. Nice mountain stream flows right by with walking path. Beautiful town and the hotel accentuates that with personal service and local cuisine. It made for an excellent visit.

The was in an excellent location. Hotel staff spoke just enough English so that we were able to communicate with some effort. Breakfast was included with the room rate and was excellent. Free internet access was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel .

Habitación con dos camas no muy espaciosa, pero limpia, al igual que el baño. Desayuno suficiente. Quizá las 4 estrellas las haya obtenido por el SPA, que no contratamos por el precio (25€ por persona y 2 horas, para clientes del hotel).

Autrageus, disapointed and expensive
I Was disapointed. When i reserved i didn't look the advices. I booked the room and the spa in supplement of 25€ per person was not mentioned in the Reservation. The spa was not describe for beeing in Suplement on the site of booking. Of course: children are not alowed! The room was ok, but to expensive. The food was to salty and in the morning my child eat just a spoon of cereals with milk. I took 2slices of bread for her and the lady told me to put it back because it' not alowed to take off food. 2slices for the child! God sake! I was stuned, it never happend to me an emberesing expérience Like this. You can look the outher persons advices and globally the same issues happend to us. I will not return to the hotel, that's for sure and i hope you look the advices first, not having the same mistake Like me.

Hotel un peu cher compte tenu de l'étroitesse des chambres et de la proximité en bord de route . Le sèche cheveux , très vétuste, ne sèche pas grand chose. Le SPA est payant (25E) et il vaut le coup d'œil mais pas de peignoir pour y aller... Le personnel est poli et commercialement aimable, sans plus.

Weggestopt op zolder!
Alhoewel we van tevoren geboekt en betaald hadden, zijn we niet gaan slapen in dit hotel. Het begon al met het niet kunnen parkeren van onze auto. Omdat het een doorreis hotel was voor ons op de weg naar Spanje, zat onze auto helemaal vol. Deze wil je dan veilig neer kunnen zetten. Dat lukte pas op 1 kilometer afstand. Niet normaal dus. De kamer die we kregen was op de 5e verdieping. De lift ging maar tot de 4e verdieping. De laatste verdieping moest per trap gedaan worden, die heel donker was. We kwamen aan op een soort zolder, waar 3 kamers waren. De kamer was klein, bedompt en met een dakraam, die niet open kon. Je kon dus ook niet naar buiten kijken. Kortom zeer slecht. We hebben direct bij de receptie naar een andere kamer gevraagd, maar het hotel zat vol. Dus er was geen andere mogelijkheid. Er was geen nooduitgang en hebben daarom besloten om naar een ander hotel te gaan. Husa Tuca bleek nog plaats te hebben (zijn daar al vaker geweest). Dit hotel voor ons dus nooit meer. We hadden vooraf betaald en doen dat ook nooit meer.

Por ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas el hotel muy lamentable, la habitacion era la del atico, nadamas llegar encontramos 3 arañas en las camas, el baño muy pequeño y al ducharte hay para dejar las esponjas justo al lado derecho que era muy incomodo para poder ducharte bien,
el ascensor no llega hasta el 5t piso, subes hasta el cuarto y despues unas escaleritas pequeñas que el primer dia no encendieron las luces y subiamos a oscuras. Humedades, muchas grietas en las paredes, trozos de madera medio desenganchados y la cama MUY dura y la almohada muy blanda y baja, dormimos fatal. Las ventanas eran en el techo, quisimos abrir una y cayo un monton de porqueria encima de la cama.
En resumen, no se merece las 4 estrellas y calidad precio un 0.
