It was a nice experience, we had just one night, check in and check out online available, extra large bed and very comfortable, eco toothbrushand, toothpaste with a shaving kit included in the bathroom. Safe parking under hotel for extra cost.

3 days stay in the end of September

The hotel is located near the center of the city with a walking distance to restaurants, stores and even a large supermarket. There is a parking space next to the hotel (not an official garage). Since we visited out of the high season, we had no problem finding a space.
Regarding the employees, some are very kind and some aren't.
The air-conditioner in our room wasn't really effective. Breakfast was mediocre.

Very convenient location. Plenty of parking in large car park just opposite the hotel. Really helpful bar staff who went out of his way to help book a restaurant, unfortunately we didn't get his name but a big thank you. As with hotels like this there was a bit of corridor noise from other guests talking loudly. Overall hotel is very good for the price.

Great for skiing

Overall, would recommended. Great location, friendly/helpful staff, clean and comfortable. My main point of feedback is around the spa. A hotel located in a ski area should not charge a la carte to use basic spa amenities such as a hot tub. After seeing the spa, it was even more shocking. The men’s room/locker room was bare (no shower or lockers), wet floor and not worth the up charge.

NYC Friends Love Vielha!

This hotel was great and right in the heart of beautiful Vielha. This town is a perfect base for beautiful hikes and exploring the charming towns in the Pyrenees. You can also easily access the south of France if interested.

The hotel staff gave us great recommendations. The hotel was a 3 min walk from anything we needed and very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

the good and the bad

Hotel was great, bed was really comfy, location was perfect. parking outside was free and always available. On the downside the ski-boot rack in the basement was not on at night so ski-boots were cold and damp the next day. Heating in the room was full on and super warm even when turned off from the wall panel! Also the reception staff didn't speak much English, just the Hotel manager could speak English so was a little tricky communicating with them when he was not there.

Pleasant hotel and friendly staff

I only stayed one night during the summer but this was a great place to stop off on my journey by car through the Pyrenees. Hotel staff were very friendly, there were tons of parking spaces just outside the hotel and the town itself was quite picturesque, with several fun bars around 5-10 minutes walk down the road.

My stay was marred by 2 issues one of which was instigated by Hotel.com, the first was the fact that on booking I started my booking on your site by clicking on Duplex Superior room, I always trave Trivago in the best possible way, to cut a long story short it was a Duplex room that I wanted and I ended up in a Standard room, I phone your indian call centre of which i did not enjoy the experience who reminded me that I should have read the confirmation as it says standard room booked, she was right so i could take it no further, but if thats right a room on the night was £105 take that from £149 that leaves £44 (62 E) for a buffet meal only which i ridiculous for a buffet meal in Spain, and it was a very poor meal, my only satisfaction I get is to say I will never ever use Hotel.com and its Indian cll service again, disgraceful.

Sol Vielha hotel in Vielha

Good comfortable hotel in the Spanish Pyrenees.
Rooms we had were comfortable and clean, although I thought perhaps a little pricey for what they were. Perhaps nearer a 3* and 4*. The buffet was average and I thought the staff were a little pushy - felt as though they wanted to clear everything as soon as they could.
They had a spa which included a pool and would have been great for the kids, but, because of our timing with our arrival/departure, couldn't go in it, as it wasn't open till 4pm. I can't see the reason for this - should be open all day.
However, generally speaking, it was a good overnight stay and the reception staff were particularly helpful and friendly.
Vielha itself is a wonderful town - we went in the summer and I can just imagine how great it would be in the winter with all the snow.

Hotel Sol Vielha - good for restaurants and skiing

This hotel is fantastic for location and hospitality. The staff were more than helpful and put themselves out to make phone calls for us when we were in a predicament. All the staff treated us like royalty and were extremely polite and friendly. The spa was fabulous and our room was huge and spotless. Dinner is a buffet style, but there are many restaurants nearby, so wonderful food can be found in the town if you prefer a la carte dining. A huge free car park is directly outside the hotel which is situated in the centre of Vielha. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Very nice Hotel.
Booked the Half Board Option which was a mistake as dinner was very poor.Breakfast was alright, but the 3 Dinners I had were a let down.Considering the choice of restaurants in the Area I would not go for the Half Board Option again.Overall a very good Hotel.

Hotel que deve ter tido seus dias de glória, hj as instalações estão antigas, nada que comprometa, mas se percebe que a estrutura está ultrapassada. Para um hotel de uma região tão fria, ter piso frio nos banheiros é um pênalti. Se não buscarem uma atualização, vão ficar parado no tempo.

Buen hotel, había un pequeño problema con la ventana y avisamos manteniento. Tiene un parking gratis justo delante, aunque en temporada alta no será tan fácil aparcar. Les avisamos que en Google maps aparecían en 2 direcciones de Viella.

El hotel está un poco decrépito que no se corresponde con las fotos.
La piscina hay que pagar 5€, me quedé perplejo por el precio que había pagado por la noche.
Cogimos la media pensión, que es la cena y es un buffet de una calidad ínfima y está todo revuelto. Nos quejamos y el hotel nos respondió muy bien.
El desayuno, en cambio, es muy bueno y realmente vale la pena.

Me ha dejado sorprendida. Estuvimos en una habitación muy amplia y limpia. El hotel el muy bonito y esta muy bien ubicado. No nos hizo falta el coche para movernos dentro de la ciudad.

El personal también fue muy amable.

Hôtel bien placé et confortable. Bon petit-déjeuner. Petit bémol toutefois : nous avons réservés cet hôtel spécialement pour la piscine intérieure chauffée, mais celle ci était fermée pour travaux à notre arrivée et nous n'avons pas été prévenu en amont. Aucun geste commercial consenti par l'hôtel suite à ce désagrément. Nous aurions changé d'hôtel si nous l'avions su plus tôt !!
À quasiment 100€ la nuit c'est inadmissible.

Bien... empecemos por las partes negativas: pocas medidas anti CV19, bañera resbaladiza y muy peligrosa, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, durante el día te desconectan el A/C-Power de la habitación, excesivo olor a tabaco, algunos enchufes no funcionaban, no cambian las sábanas diariamente, limpieza muy mejorable, la neverita no enfriaba bien... Deberían informar previamente que en las \"suites\" la cama está en una buhardilla con acceso complicado de escalerilla de caracol de madera y poco funcional para PMR's... A destacar los correctos precios del bar, el parkeo y el personal de mantenimiento. Según la persona del frontdesk todo ok o podía ser todo lo contrario. ¿Para repetir? pues según la tarifa.

La habitación no era muy amplia, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y lo comentamos nada más llegar pero no nos lo repararon. El desayuno de buffet estaba bien. Las instalaciones del hotel estaban prácticamente cerradas y la piscina climatizada era de pago. La ubicación era muy buena y tenía fácil acceso

Un hotel très bien situé par rapport à Vielha et son centre-ville. Vous avez un grand parking à disposition à côté. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et serviable. Je regrette juste de ne pas avoir eût d'explications pour pouvoir utiliser la climatisation de la chambre, et dommage qu'il n'y est pas eût de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre pour accueillir le ou les clients.

Es un hotel que conserva el nivell dels 4 estrelles d’anys enrera. Net i polit, però amb detalls de manca de modernitat, armaris de fusta antics dins l’habitació, decoració freda que es fàcil de netejar però li treu confort a l’establiment, menjador auster amb poc personal ... Cal destacar el deplorable estat dels paviments de l’entrada.

El personal de recepción fue atento. He ido muchas veces y esta vez nos tocó la ferias en frente pero para la noche estaban cerradas. La habitaciones no son grandes pero son confortables. Ya no ponen aminities, imagino que si pides algo te darán. El hotel está bien.

Hote muy cómodo con una situación muy céntrica. El personal muy amable. En el desayuno mejoraría el zumo de naranja. La habitación tiene un tamaño correcto, se ha quedado un poco anticuada en cuanto a decoración, aunque los muebles todavía se encuentran en buenas condiciones. Las camas son cómodas. Carece de productos de cortesía en el baño, hay que solicitarlos en recepción.

Primera vez en la Val d’Aran

Fueron dos dias de trabajo combinados con algo de turismo en el tiempo libre.
Todo el staff del hotel fueron atentos, serviciales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa.
La localización del hotel es perfecta, por lo que no se puede pedir más.
Después de todo, deseando volver a la Val d’Aran, espectacular!

chaleur excessive dans la chambre, impossible de régler, il a fallu dormir la fenêtre ouverte.
belle et grande chambre. petit déjeuner buffet très complet pour un prix très abordable, le bienvenu avant une journée de ski. prévoir 1 h de route le WE pour \"monter\" à Baqueira..
