The hotel is close to highway. Parking was limited but we could find the place. The breakfast was fine. The restaurant serves no dinner but you can order from nearby restaurants. What was good that we could use the restaurant tables and cutlery. The service was very good

This is a standard Days Inn, in an out of the way location. Lobby area is nice, and breakfast is decent. Rooms are quite small and sparse.

Interesting set of conditions for this place. The price was fantastic, as such we certainly do not expect it to be a super good place. From the outside it looks old and in need of repair, and the garden/yard area seemed completely neglected. On the inside the reception and restaurant area was newly refurbished, clean and quite modern--a stark contrast to the outside. They were in the process of refurbishing the rooms also. In fact, we had to walk down a hallway where they were working on the rooms-- floor covered with plastic, doors carefully propped along the hallway walls and workers coming and going, painting, sawing and smoking--to get to the hallway where our room was. Our room was refurbished. Small, but immaculate, and comfortable (especially for the low price we paid.) Breakfast was good with the normal offerings for a Germany hotel. Mostly, it was interesting that we had to walk through a construction area to get to our room. We were not bothered as we both have worked construction, but it just did not seem like a sound business move.

Typical Days Inn.
We've stayed in Days Inn many times in the US, but this was our first experience with Days Inn overseas. Overall, it was as expected- nothing fancy, but clean, adequate, and reasonably priced. One disappointment! We had hoped for an ice machine, as is always provided in the US, but apparently ice is not available anywhere in Europe.

Seven of us went to Dessau for the Ring Cycle operas. Accommodation in the town was at a premium so we chose the Days Inn Hotel, thinking it was not far out of town and that there was a good bus service. We did not have our own transport, which the receptionist thought unusual and it soon became apparent why. The Days Inn is really a motel. There is a bus into town every hour (with an occasional one missing) and the same service to get back from town. This was not convenient as we had other friends staying in town and it was difficult to organise meeting for meals etc. However, we found a good taxi service which was reasonable at 20 euros considering there were seven of us sharing the cost.
The breakfast at the Days Inn was good value at 10 euros but that was the only meal on offer. To eat lunch or dinner one had to go into town with the associated transport difficulties.
The hotel is in a rural area close to a lakeside campsite. There is a very busy road close by but the sound insulation in the room I had was very good. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. It was, however, looking a little tired and the carpet was wine-stained and needed renewing. The free wi-fi was welcome.
Were I to visit Dessau again, I would stump up the extra cost and stay somewhere in the town unless the bus service improves or the hotel offers a shuttle bus.

We stopped there on our way from Hannover to Berlin. It was conveniently located since we wanted to visit also MartinLutherStadt-Wittenberg. I would say it was good balance between quality and price.

Sauberkeit war nicht so gut. Das Wasserglas im Badezimmer war dreckig, es sah aus, als seien da noch Zahnpastareste vom Vorgänger. Im Doppelzimmer war nur einmal Bettwäsche. Ziemlich hellhörig, sodass man seinen Zimmernachbarn beim flüstern hören konnte. TV-Sender nur sehr begrenzt. Zu wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer bzw. Keine, die nicht von Lampen oder TV-Gerät bereits belegt wurde. Frühstückauswahl frisch und gekühlt, aber begrenzte Auswahl.

44€ pro Doppelzimmer. Wer hier eincheckt, weiß was er bekommt. Alles ist eben nur okay. Aber Nichts war so schlimm, daß es gar nicht geht. Frühstück für 10€ sogar gut. Parken gratis. Ich habe nichts zu meckern. Es war Leipziger Buchmesse. 30 km weiter gab es an dem WE kein Zimmer unter 400€. Also alles gut. Es war alles soweit sauber und deshalb für den Preis sehr ok.

In den Zimmer müssten die Gardinen mal gewaschen werden. Die Betten stehen auf Füssen unter den Betten ist es extrem staubig. Spinnweben aus den Ecken entfernen. Das Bad gründlich (auch die Ecken) reinigen. Wie überall wird auch hier Personal fehlen, daher sind wir nicht unzufrieden, es soll lediglich als Hinweis dienen. Das Personal war super, sehr zugänglich und hilfsbereit.

Danke für den netten Empfang Samstag von der Dame mit den braunen Haaren, die leider ungerechtfertigt und ziemlich unprofessionell vor dem Hotelgast gerügt und keinesfalls kollegial behandelt wurde. Das ist ein no Go von der Dame in blond, die übrigens auch Probleme hatte dem Gast gegenüber freundlich zu sein und sich an dem Unwohlsein ihrer Kollegin ergötzte, die gerade angelernt wurde. Das Hotel wirkt auf dem ersten Blick ansprechend, es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze, kinderfreundliche check in Zeiten, trotz der Autobahnnähe ist es relativ ruhig, die Betten sind weich aber ok, Bettwäsche und Handbücher waren sauber, was vom Zimmer bzw. besonders im Bad nicht zu behaupten war, das Reinigungspersonal bräuchte dringend eine Unterweisung, wie Böden gesaugt, Ecken geputzt, Waschbecken, Duschbecken und Fugen in der Dusche gereinigt werden! Auch wenn es relativ günstig ist, muss es zwingend sauber sein.
Das Frühstück war ok, alles was man braucht, ab 8:30 Uhr wird kaum noch aufgefüllt, Joghurt, Eier leer. Es gibt einen guten Kaffeeautomaten, der durch den unaufgewärmten Milchschaum den Kaffee leider nur noch lauwarm genießen lies. Als Zwischenstation gut, gerade die Lage direkt an der Autobahn war ideal aber natürlich ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut.
Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Einzig die Matratze im Doppelbett muss ich bemängeln, viel zu weich und für 2 Menschen ist so kein ruhiger Schlaf möglich

Verkehrsgünstige Lage, freundlicher Empfang, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer, wegen schallisolierter Fenster stört der Lärm der nahen Autobahn nicht beim Schlafen, Ausgangspunkt für viele UNESCO- Welterbestätten in der Nähe: sehr empfehlenswert ist der Wörlitzer Park - unbedingt eine Führung buchen!

Wir würden herzlich begrüßt. Der nette Mann vom Empfang erklärte uns das wir zum hinteren Eingang fahren sollen um den Fahrstuhl benutzen zu können fuer meine behinderte Mutti. Die Zimmer sind sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Wir können dieses Hotel mit ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Dessau, aber sehr schön im Grünen und sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer wurden frisch renoviert und sind modern und schöne eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hier steigt man gerne ab! Das Frühstück war eigentlich prima, aber es war wohl ein bisschen viel los an dem Morgen, darum war öfter mal was alle.

Hotel spontan für Übernachtung gebucht, Preis ok. Lage an der Autobahn, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig. Ausstattung ok, aber das Zimmer wirkt sehr abgewohnt. Der mintfarbene Teppich ist mit Flecken übersäht, das ist wirklich eklig. Auch die Tapete (Stoffbespannung?) sieht aus als ob sie bald von der Wand kommt und durch fehlende Bilder oder ähnliches macht es einen kargen Eindruck.
Frühstück Sonntags nur bis um 10. Check out ist um 11, hatte gehofft dass Buffett wäre ebenso lange geöffnet.

Hotellet ligger perfekt vid Autobahn för en snabb övernattning på väg ut/hem. Frukosten helt OK. Rummet skulle behöva ny matta, alldeles nedfläckad. Städning av toalett lämnar en del att önska (luktade gammal urin).Känns lite som man regelmässigt får sämre rum för man har med sig hund (inte bara här). Saknas restaurang på hotellet (7km). Prisnivån tveksam mht ovanstående även om det var billigt.

Ich musste aus beruflichen Gründen einige Tage in Dessau bleiben und dachte, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein 3* Hotel passen würde - ich lag bitterböse daneben! Hätte ich nicht schon für den Aufenthalt bezahlt, wäre ich am liebsten am selben Tag schreiend weggerannt !!! Nicht nur, dass mein Zimmer eine absolute Katastrophe war -und ich habe schon einige Hotels gesehen- , das Personal ließ auch stark zu wünschen übrig. Von der mangelhaften Elektronik/Sicherheit im Badezimmer möchte ich erst gar nicht anfangen .....
Hier auch noch ein kleiner Hinweis an alle: auf dem Flur von den oberen Zimmern Richting Rezeption ist eine GLASTÜR die gut übersehen werden kann... ich habe mehrere ältere Herrschaften dagegen laufen sehen !!

Für ein oder zwei Nächte und mit Haustier ist das Hotel ganz ok. Es hat sicher schon wesentlich bessere Zeiten erlebt und unser Zimmer war also 100% ig mal mit renovieren dran.
Kompensiert wurde dieser Eindruck durch das dortige Personal welches kompetent, freundlich und absolut aufgeschlossen war.

Days Inn l'ho scelto come sosta di un lungo viaggio.
Avevo controllato che accettavano animali, ma mi ero dimenticato di comunicare la presenza del mio cane all'atto della prenotazione.
La Receptionist quando ha visto il cane e la sua esuberanza dopo 14 ore di viaggio, ha sgranato gli occhi per la sorpresa e ci ha cambiato ls stanza precedentemente assegnata, adducendo che era più consona alla presenza del cane.
Effettivamente la moquette era irrimediabilmente rovinata e la carta da parati distaccata quasi ovunque, ma, visto che il letto sembrava comunque comodo, il bagno pulito, e l'ora veramente tarda, abbiamo soprasseduto.
In conclusione: abbiamo riposato molto bene, abbiamo potuto fare una bella colazione all'aperto godendoci una bellissima mattinata, l'ampio spazio verde ha permesso al nostro setter irlandese di correre e sfogarsi senza disturbare nessuno.
Nel complesso il giudizio è positivo.

Die Autobahnnacht
Wir waren auf dem Weg an die Ostsee und machten auf dem Weg dorthin eine Zwischenübernachtung. Meine Wahl fiel auf das Days Inn Dessau, weil es nahe an der Autobahn lag und direkt südlich davon das Strandbad Adria liegt und wir mit unseren beiden Kindern, 7 und 11 Jahre alt, nach einem heißen Tag im Auto noch baden gehen konnten. Die Einrichtung des Hotels war wie erwartet, unser Zimmer war zu klein und sehr abgewohnt. Der Teppich sah aus, als wäre eine Horde Bisons drüber gelaufen und in der Dusche roch es nicht besonders angenehm. Aus den anderen Bewertungen wusste ich schon, dass die Zimmer nach und nach renoviert werden, wir hatten leider ein unrenoviertes erwischt. Am unangenehmsten war allerdings, dass man nachts das Fenster nur kippen konnte, weil bei offenem Fenster wegen des Autobahnlärms nicht zu denken war. Was nicht so toll ist bei Gluthitze und mit 4 Personen in einem kleinen Zimmer (ich hatte ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht und ging davon aus, das das eine adäquate Größe haben würde). Im nachhinein muss ich allerdings sagen, dass wir mit Sicherheit ein anderes Zimmer bekommen hätten, wenn wir nur danach gefragt hätten. Hier sind wir nämlich beim großen Plus des Hotels: seinem Personal. Freundlich, umsichtig und sehr sympathisch! Das, und dass das Frühstücksbuffet wirklich sehr ansprechend war, hat uns einigermaßen für die nahezu schlaflose Nacht entschädigt.

Seht freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, Zimmer soweit o.k. Leider sind die Teppichböden in keinem guten Zustand. Wünschenswert wäre, dass man Getränke als spät Anreiser bekommt. Der Getränkeautomat funktioniert nicht verlässlich und die Auswahl ist nicht sonderlich groß(schnell ausverkauft). Aber wir kommen wieder!

Ich habe bereits in verschiedenen Hotels in Dessau und Umgebung übernachtet. Das Days Inn hat meine Erwartungen bisher am besten erfüllt: preiswert, freundlich, sauber. Es liegt außerhalb der Innenstadt. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Wälchen, ein Badesee und die Autobahn. Mit dem Auto sind alle umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen.
