I mostly enjoyed my stay (because I know this hotel/restaurant) but I would not recommend to family and friends. For people with low expectations and willing to pay a high price, it will be okay. The area and location is excellent, and of course the Wörlitzer Park!

This is a wonderful small hotel. Quiet, clean, ample parking, and excellent parking. If we ever visit this part of Germany again, we will certainly try rto stay here.

The hotel was very nice. The only issue I had was with room comfort. The mattress and the bed pillows need to be upgraded. the bed pillows were difficult to sleep on since they were very soft. The mattress was not comfortable and needs to be upgraded. Also it was hard for me to access the soap because it is in a dispenser that required you to squeeze and I have problems with my hands and it was difficult to use the soap. They should have bar soap also in the room, as well as conditioner, and shampoo. However, overall the spa was good, as well as the breakfast.

Für mich ist war die direkte Lage am Fürst-Franz-Radweg perfekt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und kompetent. Mein Zimmer war gemütlich und für mich mehr als ausreichend und ich habe sehr bequem geschlafen. Einzig die leichten Kalk- und Schimmelspuren in den Ritzen und Fugen der Dusche fielen mir negativ auf.

Wir verbrachten ein wunderschönes verlängertes Wochenende dort. Das gesamte Personal ist kompetent und überaus freundlich. Vor allem die Bedienung in der Bar und die exellente Küche sind hervorzuheben, der Küchenchef ein Künstler. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

In meinem Zimmer war der Mülleimer vom vorherigen Gast nicht geleert. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr sauber.

Wir waren vor über 10 Jahren schon mal im Hotel. Damals gab es den neuen Wellnessbereich noch nicht. Vor allem der große Außenpool macht heute was her. Das Restaurant, inzwischen durch einen modernen Anbau erweitert, ist nach wie vor ausgezeichnet und der Service sehr gut. Leider sind die Zimmer schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das müsste dringend eine Auffrischung her. Teppich, Türen etc. Der Fön im Bad gab nur ein laues Lüftchen von sich und wurde trotz Nachfrage nicht ausgetauscht. In unserem letzten Hotel hat man den Lockdown genutzt, um zu renovieren. Das wäre auch hier in einigen Bereichen dringend notwendig

Ein wahres Highlight! Ich bin fast jede Woche in mindestens einem Hotel, hier komme ich jedes Jahr geschäftlich wieder. In dieser Zeit für mich das erste Hotel das trotz all der Vorschriften den Aufenthalt für den Gast zu einem Erlebnis macht und es schafft wieder etwas Normalität zurück zu bringen.

Behindertenunfreundliche Parkplatzsituation
Sehr gefreut hatte ich mich, auch meinen zweiten Auffenthalt in diesem eigentlich sehr schönen Hotel in wunderbarer Landschaft. Schon beim ersten Mal hatte ich sachlich und konstruktiv die Parkplatzsituation für Schwerbehinderte angesprochen. Das große Haus weist einen Behindertenparkplatz auf dem Privatgelände aus, der aber konsequent von Gästen ohne Parksonderausweis fehlgenutzt wird. Beim Ansprechen wird zwar zugehört, es ist aber zu bemerken, dass der Wille zur Abhilfe fehlt. So weigerte sich die Mitarbeiterin, das Kennzeichen der Fehlparkers anzunehmen, obwohl beim Einchecken alle Kennzeichen erfasst werden.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am Ortsrand und an Feldern. Es sind ca. 400m zur Villa Hamilton. Das Essen ist sehr gut und es gibt viel. Die Menschen sind alle sehr nett. Wir fühlten uns willkommen und gut versorgt.

Gerne hätte ich für dieses wunderbare Hotel die Gesamtbestnote HERVORRAGEND vergeben, wäre da nicht die Reaktion auf meinen konstruktiven Vorschlag zur deutlicheren Kennzeichnung des vorhandenen einzigen Behindertenparkplatzes gewesen.

Der Saunabereich ist mit großzügigen Liegebereichen ausgestattet. Der Sportbereich ist sehr klein und umfasst nur einige Kardiogeräte.

Die Nähe zum Wörlitzer Park und die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie super Bewertungen für dieses Hotel und diesen historischen Ort, haben uns schnell zu einer Reise bewegt.
Das Essen ist vorzüglich und vorallem das reichhaltige Frühstücksbüfett, bei dem auf Anfrage z.B. leckeres Omelett zubereitet wird, lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir waren noch zur nachmittagszeit sehr gesättigt und schwärmen heute noch davon.
Eine weitere Reise ist schon absehbar, da man viel erkunden und spazieren kann, was einige Zeit brauch und wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten.
Also wer einen traumhaften Urlaub erleben möchte für den ist dies etwas ganz besonderes. Der Außenpool und die Saunen sowie Innenpool und vielen Ruheräume und kostenlosen Getränkestationen haben uns auch sehr überrascht. Selbst Handcremespender gibt es hier.
